Cereal Killer: Flirted with the front desk lady named Destiny. Critiqued children's TV. Got a strep throat swab. Came back negative. Destiny cured me for sure.
Tiffany Largent: The practitioner I saw today was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. A fever is not considered a fever unless it is 100.4, not 100.3 or any degree lower than 100.4. I was not permitted to ask questions or make suggestions regarding my own health without consequence. I was treated as a number and a statistic and someone far less superior. She wielded power and threatened to notate in my chart my dissatisfaction and she made good on that threat by adding a note to my chart stating I was “agitated,” when it was her that displayed an angry outburst when a varying opinion or suggestion was made. She also documented that I refused an EKG, but she left out the part where she said, “We can do an EKG, but it’s just going to be normal.” She knows everything despite what you tell her you are experiencing. I would not take my chances on encountering this practitioner again by visiting this urgent care clinic again. While reviewing my medical records after the visit, I discovered the same practitioner I saw today misdiagnosed me in the past. When I called with worsened symptoms and complaints of a possible allergic reaction, the man on the phone, whose title not listed in my chart, advised me to continue taking prescribed antibiotic. Soon after I was in the emergency room diagnosed with an allergic reaction and a proper diagnosis. I would not recommend this place to anyone. At the very least, avoid Virginia Scully.

Carina Phillips: Do not recommend.Waited 2 hours total to be seen and one test to be ran.Rooms were not well kept as there were scrap marks on the seats and walls.Staff seemed to have no sense of urgency for treatment to be completed.
Brandon James: Don't dismiss the reviews about the extraordinarily long wait times, they are all true. There is nothing "urgent" about this place at all.
Jaydian Mahan: This place is a joke! It’s supposed to be an urgent care. There shouldn’t be no 4 hour wait. I’ve been here since 8 and this has became a joke!
David Zickefoose: Took my daughter for a second trip after having Covid and still having issues and was told by the doctor she would write her a doctors note on mychart for school and after it not showing up on mychart we called them like 3 times asking about the excuse for our daughter and receptionist said she would ask and on the last call was told it was too late and now our daughter can not go to snowball because they didn’t do what we was told they would do and I think the receptionist never even looked into it and just blew us off after calling her 3 times and now because someone couldn’t or wouldn’t help us get the excuse, we was told by doctor that she would do on mychart, now our daughter doesn’t get to experience snowball. So thanks a lot for that because that was at least 3 days excused. And she wouldn’t be at the point now where she she couldn’t go and would been able to attend if she had excused them days, so thanks a lot n I doubt they will even see this but it is a bad deal for our 16 year old.
Cody Adler: Facility’s staff faxed and relayed my medical information over the phone to an unapproved party. The document both parties signed acknowledged the test as a private matter and I am the only individual to receive results. This decision did not sit well with the LPN which she then proceeded to play childish games with the rest of the paperwork by choosing to only fill certain pages of a carbon copy paper and leaving other pages without data. After requesting the data be properly filled out I was told I had an “attitude.” For someone to do this is beyond me and the whole situation is the epitome of unprofessional. I hope the staff will handle themselves like health care professionals moving forward.
J Burdette: Quick getting me in and out while thoroughly addressing all concerns - Nell Clay is amazing! Other than my primary doctor she is the nicest and most upfront person I have ever encountered between Deaconess and St Vincent

Tracy Fritts: I'm very irritated right now. I made an appointment for 12:10 than about an hour before I was supposed to go they changed the time which was fine. I checked in with the pad. But I sat for about 25 minutes before they called my name and checked me in. Than after they called me in I sat in the room I don't know maybe 30 minutes for a doctor to come in. All I hear is laughing outside the door at the nurses station. My anxiety is about to get the best of me. My wrist is really hurting. Finally got a xray. The tech came in did sloppy job wrapping my wrist she didn't even wrap the right way. So when I got to work I had one of my nurse friends wrap it for me. I don't know how hong to wrap. The doctor didn't say what was wrong or tell me how to treat it. The doctor didn't come in and say anything about the x-ray. Luckily I have MyChart I can look on there.
Jeff Johnson: Took wife in for irregular heartbeat. The receptionist went and got a CMA. She took my wife’s blood pressure and pulse. She said that her b/p was a little high and her pulse was good. Told us she was ok, but if she insisted on being seen to go finish checking in. We checked in and thru the whole visit we were made to feel like they didn’t want us there. They finally did an EKG. They found an irregular heart rhythm. Then the provider came in and she was more attentive. We ended up in the emergency room.Funny that the CMA tried to send us away at urgent care and now she’s being treated in the ER.Two stars only because the Nurse practitioner at urgent care was nice.

Adam Hall: Got my physical done here and they didn't even sign it. Then come to find out they didn't date it either. Now I'm trying to contact them 16 minutes after they are supposed to be open and they won't answer the phone. Highly unprofessional.

Still waited over an hour before they called my name, and at that point I had to leave due to other obligations. What is the point of making an appointment if they aren't going to see you at the scheduled time?
Erin Faunce: AWFUL. I scheduled an appointment this morning for 2:40pm and it was moved to 3pm. Get there and get signed in and was told is going to be at least a 2 hr wait with an appointment.
Lisa Botello: The front desk ladies were very kind and welcoming, and the nurse was the best part! The only bad part was the PA. Wasn’t very welcoming and asked if I did karaoke at Lamsco’s… and then seem tickled whenever she asked “have you been drinking” and I thought she meant alcohol… meanwhile having the flu so hence the confusion from drowsiness. I didn’t even get a goodbye or told to feel better, besides from the front desk lady. Overall, good experience.

Bianca Heck: I was admitted very quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially want to praise Christine. She was my nurse and went above and beyond for me. It’s like she could read my mind. She would give me plenty of time to rest, but would pop in at the perfect time to check on me to see if I needed anything. She made me feel comfortable and had me laughing during a time where I felt miserable. I felt like I was in the presence of a longtime friend. While I don’t want to be in the ER again, I do wish to cross paths with Christine again.

Courtney Weinzapfel: I was in excruciating pain and discomfort, and the staff was kind, patient, amiable. I didn’t have much of a wait at all, and the doctor and nurse were informative, and spoke to me as if I’d been going there for years, making me comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, all while getting me in and out and taken care of very quickly!
Debra Hoffman: I just left the Mercy Urgent Care on South Green River Road. I was in and out quickly and great patient care. I have a double ear infection, Jerrod Wilson APN, was excellent!

He listened to my problem and didn't just brush me off like another doctor did earlier this week at a different urgent care facility. What he found and told me was the exact opposite of what the 1st dr told me, and it made much more sense with the symptoms i was having. I was extremely happy with my visit and even already recommended Dr. Jared to a friend who is having similar issues.

Ashley McFall: I absolutely love the receptionist there at the S Green RiverRd location. I never have a bad experience when I come in and o come in a lot for sinus and ear infections and they always take care me. I had a really bad sinus and ear infection two week before my wedding in September. I told them that I was worried about still feeling bad on my wedding and honeymoon. They told me no worries come back in before your wedding day if you still don’t feel good and they would take care of me. Of course I still did not feel 💯 so they took great care of me again and felt amazing for wedding day and honeymoon. Thank you so much for being awesome!!!
