The gentleman behind the counter got off his phone long enough to tell me he might have some around but it would take half hour and cost $20. I told him that I thought his price was high and he accused me of trying to get something for free.I found the watch pins online, 300 pieces for $4.00.

HAYDEN rector: Getting ready for work this morning and noticed my clasp on my necklace I wear everyday was broken. This necklace means the world to me, I was devastated. I figured after work I would stop by this place I drive by everyday for the past two years and see if they would be able to assist. After one of the worst days I have had at work, I stopped by and was promptly greeted by a lovely man who immediately saw the issue and was able to replace my necklace clasp in minutes. On top of it all, he didn’t even charge me. I walked out in tears due to the compassion and amazing work this place does! I was having a terrible day and I don’t think this man realized how much his kind gesture truly meant to me today! Will recommend to everybody!

Dalton Griffith: Closed for lunch which the webpage says nothing about. They have a cardboard sign on the door informing customers. Bathroom is not open to the public. And they was 10 minutes late reopening after lunch. Terrible

I am being charged 3 times for 1 item, and was told not there problem it's my bank and to have a good day, end of conversation. Probably get better service with a sweat shop than this place. Beware if you order online you will be charged 3 times.

Ryan Trimbath: I went in to get a watch battery replaced. There are 3, maybe 4 people "working" one person was helping a customer, one lady filing paperwork, one guy cleaning jewelry talking to what may have been another employee (?) And telling anyone who walked into the store how busy they were before turning back to the other employee to complain about how busy they are because they don't have staffing. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. Stood there doe 30 minutes waiting for someone before I had to leave.

Kaila Beach: Buyers beware! Once you’ve bought your jewelry the customer service goes out the window! I’ve purchased all my jewelry from Kay totaling over $30K and they could not care less. I brought my wedding ring in to be repaired because the prongs holding my solitaire bent completely over and broke for the second time now. I paid up front for a custom platinum 6 prong setting to prevent this from happening for a third time and have now been there three times to pick it up, when I live an hour away. All three times my ring has came back completely wrong and they tried to charge me to have it fixed correctly. I’ve spoken to the manager Vicky about this and all she does is either blame the other employees or deny anything she can. I personally work in dentistry and if we treated our loyal customers like this we would be sued. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from Kay’s or Jared’s again!

Kregg Woosley: We've shopped at Kay Jewelers for 25 yrs. Used to be a great place. That has now changed. At separate times, my wife and I purchased anniversary presents for each other. Both of us were deceived about our purchases and warranty cost. While no "lies" were told, we both felt like we were dealt with in a very rude deceptive way. I completely understand commission sales, but no customers (repeat customers) no commissions at all. Honest salespeople will always have a job. Dishonest ones are always looking for one.

Olivia Payne: I have had to get my ring resized a total of four times now because they can't figure out how to correctly size my finger and make the ring the appropriate size. The first time I got it resized, it came back a size bigger! The last time my ring had to resized because it broke spontaneously (bad product), they resized it incorrectly AGAIN! I don't think the sales associates have a clue what they are doing. I've only been engaged six months, and I have been without my ring more than I have had it. I would not recommend them to any friends or family. Does anyone know of another Kay Jewelers store in this area?
