The boutique is amazing, have bought so many cute and very useful items for my hair and skin! The pillowcases are amazing! The decor of the entire facility is very relaxing and mood setting! The permanent jewelry ️ is next for me!
I wanted to get lash extensions for my wedding in Pensacola last June. I did my research and discovered that Holly’s had the BEST reviews. I called to get some information and spoke to Holly. She was so kind and very thorough on the phone making sure I would be satisfied with my appointment. Fast forward 6 weeks later and I had my first appointment with Olivia. She is amazing! And, I had no idea how cute the “Beautique “ was going to be. So girly and everything pink! Fast forward again 9 months later and I’m still going to Holly’s for my fills. I get compliments on my lashes all the time about how beautiful and natural looking they are. I look so forward to my appointments and absolutely love the pampering I receive when I’m there. These ladies and this salon are one in a million!

Rhonda Webber: A high cut above the rest! An actually relaxing eyelash experience. I appreciate the experienced, friendly, comfortable atmosphere. This place is very clean with attention to detail. You can find some pretty cute clothing & accessories there also. Now that I know where to go, I would not want to go anywhere else.
Janice Oliver: I went to another place it was terrible. At lach queen they listen to what you want they take their time and are very friendly. The girl that does my lashes is so sweet I have had major surgery and she always puts the table down so it's easier for me to get on and she still helps me.

Camry Utley: They got me in to get my eyebrows threaded within 30 minutes of me calking. She was friendly and took her time to make sure she fixed my eyebrows that another eyebrow salon messed up a few months ago (too thin and one higher than the other). Normally places shame me if I wait too long in between getting my eyebrows done, but she didn't mention it. She was very understanding when I told her why I waited so long (so they could grow out). She fixed them and made sure I liked them before I left. Also she took her tjme and didn't rush, so it didn't hurt nearly as bad as it typically does at other places.

Ok fine, but knowing people in a public place could be embarrassed perhaps offer an option like threading instead of out and out telling them nope you have broken out skin. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way. You have lost her business. Our business and I guarantee we will spread the word.
