LaToya Bussell: I received a package and wasn't at home I was at work, so this morning I called the FedEx place to let them know I needed the package to be delivered after 300pm today well they attempted to deliver the package again at 11 and I was at work just like I told them I called at 1 pm and told them and they said that they were going to deliver it at 3 well waited and called again and they said I could pick it up I told them I had no vehicle to and that I would be at work until 8 tomorrow and that no one would be at home tomorrow either they were supposed to deliver to night and I didn't get my package so I guess it will be sent back FedEx is no good they are liars
Josh Baker: My package has been sitting at this location for more than a month, when we called in they say they can't find the address, we have verified the address on the package, and we have received other FedEx packages since they have received this on. They will not get me in contact with this location to figure out what to do about this package. Very very poor customer service.

Arthur Westcott: I was supposed to receive my package yesterday but the delivery person didn’t bother to knock and left a note saying he missed me and that a signature was required. So I went to their location to pick it up myself but was told that it couldn’t be released to me because my address on my ID didn’t reflect where the package was being delivered. (I recently moved and haven’t changed it yet) Which is fine, if that’s the policy then I’ll respect it. Although I had the receipt, the Amazon bill address, and the card I bought my item with which all reflected the right address. Didn’t seem to matter. I was told it would be delivered today. So I spent the day near the door waiting for it to come so I’d be ready to sign off on it. The delivery driver pulled into the parking lot of my apartment complex, sat there for a minute without even getting out of his truck, then turned around and left despite me trying to flag him down. Completely ignored me. I called customer service AGAIN just to be told he may or may not show back up to deliver it. This has been the most ridiculously unprofessional experience I’ve ever had receiving a package.

Millie Patton: Seriously what is the deal with your Owensboro delivery drivers NOT being able to walk to a door and deliver it there? We run a business and this guy will not put forth the effort to bring it even close to the office. Yesterday he literally left it in the middle of the parking lot. Today it was on top of the garbage can. Yes, I’m including photos as proof! Calling the 1800 number does no good. Delivery Manager with instructions does no good. Get some decent people on your routes please and thank you!!

Erin Coady: Went in to send a return item of clothing. The lady who helped me was patient and pointed me in the direction of the packing material I needed. While she processed my transaction I mentioned I was working on a project and that I would need to have some things printed at a later time. I said I was pretty excited about it and she invited me to come back when I was ready and they'd get me all taken care of. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes and I left looking forward to my next visit to this location!

I thought this time It really arrived. After waiting for a long time, the package delivery man drove away without even getting off the car. Then my mobile phone showed: the customer is not available ,will deliver it tomorrow, holly mama, again? ! So next time I'm going to run after their van.
None Required: Never again! I just left here 2 get 2 black and white copies made from an Amazon return email. I have had these printed numerous times and only paid for the copies. The lady, Maiane (sp?) Proceeds to also charge me a "full service surcharge" of $2.50! I fee for her to literally do her job that she is paid to do charging me almost $3 dollars for 2 black and white copies. Absolutely insane a place would charge a surcharge to open an email and print labels. This has NEVER been charged to me before. No way will I be back here. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Andrew Lobacz: I just picked up some 5x7 birthday thank you notes from this location and they charged 7.50 for photo enhancement. The photos we sent were good quality. I mentioned to the manager that it seemed like a price they were tacking on just to see if people would pay it. He did nothing. Not impressed.We have used them quite a bunch in the past, but I will take my business somewhere else when I get charged like this they don’t clear with me first

Designer Understanding: We went in and got in a line of one person ahead of us trying to return a printer he bought from there only to be told it's not happening after 14 days which was the first 'off ' thing that occurred. Then we watched 2 people walk right past us in line and go to the other side of the counter by the printers and get serviced before us, by the other person behind the counter, then the guy servicing the line left after servicing the printer return guy, and go service two other little at the cash register line, and then the other worker started to service the second line cut person, so we got left standing whole they waited on everyone but us.Horrible service.

Liberty4All: This place is inside a Walgreens. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot, even with lots of traffic. I'm not sure if they always scan things in right away, so you may see a delay on tracking your packages from the FedEx tracking website, but the employees here were very nice. I have no major complaints overall.
Shawn Thomas: Customer service is terrible. Cant speak to human. Delivery driver didn't bother to wait for my response after hitting doorbell. By the time i got to the door, driver was gone with my package. Wont deliver again bc my package sender only paid for one attempt. IT WAS DUE THURSDAY DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL FRIDAY WITH NO WARNINGS. So, now i cant work bc FEDEX HAS MY PACKAGE AND WON'T TELL WHERE IT IS AND I CANT TALK TO A HUMAN. BC THE DRIVER DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB, WONT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE THAT I NEED TO WORK TO PAY BILLS. SO WONT USE FEDEX. TERRIBLE TRY TO AVOID USING FEDEX IF POSSIBLE. This was where i sent my package from. TERRIBLE. WONT BE BACK.
