Teresa Alfaro: They where close, with out explanation. People was waiting loosing their time, their office don't answer calls.
jason murphy: Quick, easy and very professional. I was out of there 20 minutes before my appointment time.
Samantha Sheffler: Very good experience even being a walk-in. The process was easy and staff were extremely efficient. I would recommend an appointment, however, because they stay very busy and there is no guarantee they will able to squeeze you in. I was fortunate that there was a no-show.
Mike Strawbridge: Made an appointment, online, was told they would “try to work me in” as they took care of customers who had appointments after mine.

Karen R. Wallis: If you have your correct paperwork, passport easiest, your in and out quick. Just a note, the hospital certificate with your hand/foot print is not an actual birth certificate!

daniel rothrock: If at all possible go someplace else. Woman at the front desk is the spawn of satan. She can't answer questions because she knows nothing. They don't keep a record of appointments and ask you if you printed off a validation of your appointment.The folks doing the fingerprints are fine and respectable but make sure you dont have any questions before going to this place. I can't believe this is an acknowledged channeler for the Gov't.

Ashley Medlen: I have made two appointments at this facility for fingerprints. One of those I received an email on the morning of the appointment telling me the appointment had been canceled by the facility due to facility closure for the day. I made a second appointment for the next week and received a confirmation email. I did not get a cancellation email this time. I took the day off work and arrived early as suggested in the email. The facility was closed with a sign on the door. Poor way to run a business, if you could email the first time you could have emailed the second time. I missed a days pay and still don’t have what I need. The previous reviews addressed behavior that was not courteous. I wonder if it’s the people or the employees. Terrible business practices. I will not give this facility a third chance. Also, I have filed a formal complaint with IdentoGO as you subcontract their services. Someone in Evansville should open a new place that offers the service that could be reliable. I drove over an hour for this appointment as well, it’s not like I live there and can just come whenever. Beware folks, appointments mean nothing to the owner here.

John Paulson: You have to wear a mask at this place which is Ridiculous. Then they want to charge you a dollar for a mask and only take cash which makes no sense. Cause I handle the money and having to give you cash that I’ve touched spreads Germs. But hey its ok Never coming back. Covid is the least of peoples worries.
Miranda Moyer: I had an appointment at this place this morning. I had to get a money order to pay them because they are living in 1980 apparently. I did everything they asked of me but got yelled at then kicked out for making a comment: "I find it ridiculously funny that they're confirming your identity while at the same time taking it away," referring to having to wear a mask. Other than making a comment, i was showing no signs of hostility or ill will. The woman was extremely rude with me and kicked me out. Talk about taking your job too seriously! I even tried to apologize to her, telling her I'd cooperate. I wasted $12.95 on a money order I can now not use. Lighten up people! WOW! I spent time, money, and energy on this, get a sense of humor!
