Justin Spencer: Took my daughter here looking for a fish and tank. The lady was very helpful and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. We got a betta since they are easy to take care of. Only down side was the plastic aquarium was cracked when we took it out of the box.
Reg Raphmor: Great store for all of your aquarium needs. Every time I’ve been there a nice lady is working and she’s very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s my go-to place now for fish and supplies. It’s on Burkhardt but it’s north of Morgan and away from all the traffic and congestion.

Logan Boyd: We went in and an older gentlemen at the register didn't acknowledge us, and someone else came in after us and they started talking. Three of the tanks had visible ick on the fish.They do seem to have a decent selection but we were never acknowledged one time, and were there for almost 30 minutes.We ended up leaving and getting fish elsewhere instead. They seem to have a good saltwater selection as well, so if your looking for that this could be a place to go and check out.

Abigail Pruitt: I recently ordered two freashwater catfish and had them shipped. After emailing back and forth for a couple of days the fish were shipped and arrived the next day. The package did arrive wet but that is no fault of Whitlyn Aquatics. Both fish were alive and doing well, it has now been a couple of days in a quarantine tank. Both of them are eating and swimming around well. Thank you Whitlyn Aquatics for making this easy and as stress free as possible for everyone (including the fish)!
Evan Worlds: They are so knowledgeable with their products and livestock. They help get what you want even if it's out of stock. They know you by name when you're there enough lol. Seriously, love this place and appreciate all they've done!

Logan Fraize: We just bought a sump from them last week and turned out we didn't need it, brand new and never used. They wouldn't take it back or refund in any way (in store credit or even a quarter of the price) because the box was cut open and they stated that they already restocked this product. Just so everyone knows since they don't have a sign posted that 'every purchase is final', don't try returning anything especially if its expensive because they won't do anything for you. bad customer service and I would not recommend this place. Great quality but horrible business practice and for a "small business" as they like to throw in, they don't seem to want to keep their customers
Zac C: The staff are very nice. I worked with Jeff to create an order for my 220 gallon fish tank. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had about the fish and coral. The order was shipped out in a timely manner that fit my schedule and weather. The fish and coral all arrived healthy in good condition. To my surprise there was a freebie coral in the package! I would defiantly order from Whitlyn Aquatics again.

Todd Hewitt: So, I was just in the store. 2 employees and 1 other customer. The only time I was spoken to was on my way out of the door. I guess if saltwater is your thing then the staff will bend over backwards to assist you. Freshwater people, not so much. It's really too bad because I was ready to spend some money. I will NEVER AGAIN visit your establishment.

Food that was making my sheepie throw up. I was on my break and she was willing to turn me away. The owner was amazing he had no issue. Upon the owner telling her to refund me she asked him “are you sure”. Not a good way to hide the fact that you didn’t want to refund me when you ask the owner is he sure he wants to right in front of me. Owner is a great guy he just needs a more customer oriented manager.

Tim Freudenburg: First, what a misplaced store name, the selection of gourmet cat food was lackluster at best. Found an employees box knife on a shelf that a toddler could reach and paint himself red with. The straw in the shed out front had 3 homeless people doing something unsavory inside. Found dead rat in restroom, was not impressed.
TONI M. Reese: I think they have re-done the fish aquariums and they look so nice. I like the big aquarium with the big exotic looking fish and it just seems so clean every time I am in there. The people also seem helpful and nice and seem like they are knowledgeable about the store and pets there. I would DEFINITELY go to this one and not the westside one.
Tracy Cassaday: I have to drive an hour just to get feeder mice for my snake. Every time I have bought them the past few times the majority of them die. I'm not sure what's going on with this. I used to never have this problem.
