Daniel Stone: Had hard wood flooring installed by Dan & crew from Benny's in Newburgh. Few months later same crew did carpeting, 1 1/2 year ago. We got a ripple in the carpet recently and Dan & crew came out and fixed it free of charge. Great customer service.
Nick Shaw: Very pleased with our new flooring. Their entire staff, from the sales team to the installation crew, were very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using Bennys for our future projects.

Chrystal Keller: Bought my flooring and had it installed a couple of years ago from bennys and it covered two levels of my house. They covered an area of my floor that I asked them not to. It was my entry way and it had a stone walkway that matched the wall. They covered the stone with some kind of cement and covered it with the luxury vinyl flooring I bought. It was ruined and they said if I want it taken off and redone I would have to find the stone and pay for it to be done. They also never finished putting the edge on around the walls. And they also did not place the flooring under my stove so the flooring is separating in the middle of my kitchen. I am very displeased with the service. I have tried calling them several times and they tell me that I have to talk to their contractor. I talk to the contractor and he tells me when he has the time to come out he will call me.The call never comes. I am tired of trying to get them to fix their mistakes and I will now be paying someone else to come out and fix them.

I also can not say enough good things about Chris and his crew that built up my floors and installed all the carpet and hardwood. Everyone who represents Benny's flooring did a tremendous job in helping me with this huge project.
Lori Herr: I don't even know where to begin. When we first walked into Benny's, we were greeted immediately by Kayla. She listened to what we were looking for and not one time did she make us feel rushed or that we had to make a decision. When we found the floor we loved, she quickly worked on our quote, and I was shocked at how affordable it was! I expected to pay hundreds over what the price was.Not only was it such a great experience, but she contacted me personally 5 days later to let me know the rugs were in. The entire staff at Benny's makes you feel like one of their own. It's so refreshing to walk into a business and immediately feel comfortable. Benny's has gained a customer for life, and I would suggest if you are ever thinking about flooring for anything, check them out first!! I could go on and on, but I just want to say thank you for the amazing service.
Andrea Short: My husband and I visited the Evansville store on 8/8/15 to look at carpet. We was assisted by the founder of the store Benny himself. Although the store seemed to offer many options for what seemed to be a fair price the customer service was horrible. The owner made us feel as though we was bothering him and while looking at a carpet sample and struggling to put it back in it's proper place he never offered to help or to get other samples out for us. I got the feeling he thought we couldn't afford the carpet? It's ashame he cost himself an approximate $3000 sale. My husband even stated he would prefer to pay more money than go there because of the customer service.

It took 4 trips out, 2 months of and so many calls to get the job finished, they forgot to do work for my house and then supplies left at my house, mis-mached trim, completely tore up my stairs. I will work very hard to never work with them again. I wish I could post pictures so you could judge for yourself. I had a bad experience but I have heard many good stories, too. Good luck 🤞
Carolyn Oxford: I’m manager of Sunrise East Apartments and in my book Dwayne, Butch and Braden are the best! Today they not only installed carpet and laminate flooring in an apartment that had to be redone but they also stretched carpet in another one that had come off the metal pice next to the laminate. They got her before 9 and had EVERYTHING done by 2…And it was done right.

Ariana Tanoos: Very pleased with Greer's flooring and how quickly we were assisted. Justin helped us pick a Greenguard Gold certified floor that I would've never chosen myself, and it turned out to be the only sample we loved. Sean scheduled our installation so quickly and answered all of our questions - even sent out Nathan to help us figure out how to remove our flooring in phases. Bryce and Matt installed the floor quickly (finished a day early) and were so considerate and respectful while in our home. They always asked our opinion and clearly laid out our options. They educated us and worked around our toddler, even going the extra mile to offer help with things that were outside their services (SO kind). We love the new floors and our entire experience with Greers!
Alandra Crowe: They where so helpful Amanda was my Sales Rep and she answered all my questions and helped me find and pick out the best carpet for me and my littles. Dionte and Vinny, where not only professional but quick and efficient in installing my flooring. They talked me through everything they where doing and actually made me feel comfortable in leaving them in my home while I ran and did my errands for the day. I love my new flooring, it is everything I wanted and more. They did an amazing job and I will recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets done.

Gary Green: Greer flooring America just finished installing our new hardwood laminate floor. We had a water damage claim. Greer was very easy to work with. They cooperated with our insurance company very well which made the whole process extremely easy. We had to order the flooring and then await an installation date. We were anticipating something the first week of March but they actually just completed the job today on the 24th of February. Our installers, Bryce and Matthew were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Greers flooring America to anyone looking for a new floor, hardwood or carpet. They also have a complete line of kitchen cabinets. We used them about six years ago when we remodeled my mother-in-law‘s condominium, we purchased the cabinets from Greers and had them install them. They did a great job with that also.

Jodi O'Dell: My experience with LL Flooring is probably the best customer service from start to finish I have ever had. The multiple times I went in trying to decide on flooring the staff was always patient, completely attentive and invested in helping me do what I needed to do to make a decision. Their hours far exceed any other competition as most customers, like myself, work Monday through Friday and they are available on weekends. When it came time for installation I had a very small window over Thanksgiving to get my flooring in. They called their corporate and regional offices in effort to try to make my dates work. When the ultimately after significant and diligent effort could not work out my dates and I was able to find another installer, the gladly and promptly refunded my installation fee. I absolutely love the flooring I purchased from them, the price was incredible, and the service phenomenal. I’m completely satisfied and blown away at the service and I am in love with my flooring.

Horrible product, sooooooo many issues with fitting the planks, boxes full of chipped (threw out total of 2 boxes full of defects) and the floor lined up Horribly!! We have 2 different installers (not from LL flooring but from a reputable contractor company) come to try to fix it, and Still have issues! It should have been a Big RED flag when the customer reps could only show us 1 customer picture that was quite dark…for a flooring they said was very popular sold in all their stores. The flooring and color is Beautiful, but the product, installation and the finished look is Not worth the high price we paid for the flooring. Also, it is a nightmare to clean, due to the grooves in the vinyl and gaps, you need to be cleaning it with a toothbrush :/ I would Not recommend this specific vinyl flooring!But, customer service was very nice!!! They helped me load my car Twice, they were respectful, quote was as expected without any fees!

If you go with them for flooring, expect the best customer service from a team of trained, highly knowledgeable flooring professionals. Recommended!

She spent a long time in the store and answering questions, she emailed me sample colors when I could not make it to the store (we live far away from the store.) She spent time emailing me about product and deals, and was generally very helpful. Even after we went with a different product, or seemed to be backing off, she was polite and professional. At this point in our experience working with LL flooring, I would highly recommend Shay as a person of contact to help you with all your flooring needs. Also, the other staff at LL flooring were very accommodating and worked with us to get the best deals!

I came here and there were two gentleman working, Alex & Brandon. I worked with Alex to figure out the best flooring type for me and took some samples to decide which color would look best. The ordering and pickup process were seamless. Not only do they have awesome deals, their customer service is awesome! If I redo the other rooms in my office I’m definitely coming back!

Justin (Sem): The staff in the store are very knowledgeable and friendly but beware of the installation.Our installation was delayed due to shipping, then once arrived there were damaged boxes of product. Once the installation started we had three different installation crews over two weeks on what was quoted as a two-day job. These were both items outside of the control of BK and understandable.They did agree to discount our invoice $100 and even included flooring the closet under the stairs on the ground floor with excess material for our inconvenience.During the installation, they pulled the carpet from the upstairs while leaving the tack strips down including in front of my son's door.Post-installation we are left with multiple spots where you can see the subfloor due to poor transitions as well as mismatched quarter round due to running out mid-installation.If you choose to go with BK I hope you have better results. Again the staff was friendly but the experience was terrible and the work was not satisfactory.

Kent T.: Ordered carpet was supposed to be in on a certain day, but it didn't show up. No one cared to call. When I call the store to see what is going on the lady that answered the phone said to me "I hope you know this is 2021" this was her way of excusing the product not being delivered on time. When I told her that I was offended by her commit she said, it's the truth. Then I am told my installation is scheduled for Saturday. I said "WOW, how is that since no one called us to set it up." Then I asked what time Saturday and she couldn't give a time, only said they start later than weekdays. So for the sarcastic comments, lack of communication I went to the store to cancel my order and get a refund. The owner of the store didn't say sorry about someone not calling you or sorry about the employee's sarcastic remark to me, all he said was there will be a restocking fee. I looked at him and said what his employee said, oh you do know this is 2021, you don't have the carpet, and you can't guarantee it will be here Thursday, so I wasn't paying any restocking fee. The owner refunded our money and didn't say a word. They may be great for others, but the customer service I received wasn't good.

Farm Boy Warrick: The install was pretty good. They did not finish the install. They did not run the tile all the way to the wall causing us to install a trim strip that was not going to be put down. They were supposed to come back and finish the job and never returned. I contacted the store several times with no results.

Brandon Berzas: They have great selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinets in stock.

It was necessary to exchange two cabinets for different sizes and the staff was very helpful. I also liked that the cabinets were in stock. I would highly recommend Barton’s Home Outlet.

I left feeling like the young man that waited on me could have cared less how I was treated. I will never go there again, I guess they don’t need my business. I worked retail most of my life, I would have been let go if I would have done what he did.

Kip Wilson: Not super impressed. It was okay. Yes, I would shop there again, but wouldn't go out of my way to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful, but maybe a little too helpful. It's nice to be acknowledged with a "hello, can I help you with anything?", but not everytime you turn around. It was a bit excessive.
Tabatha Helmick: I thought I left a review a while back but I'm not seeing it. I just have to let everyone know that this company goes above and beyond to provide good customer service. What started out as an iffy experience last year was quickly corrected and made right by the store manager. I don't remember the details but I do remember that he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We went on to purchase new flooring for our entire house from here and they are beautiful! They were affordable and we have had them almost a year and they are still holding up, very durable and we love them. One of the items we purchased did have a problem. The faucet sprayer stopped working and they took it back without hesitation. We will continue to shop here for all of our home improvement projects in the future.

Lynn Cooper: We purchased a vanity from ProSource of Evansville for the new home we were building. We paid $872 for the vanity but it was too large for the half bath. We asked them to give us credit for the vanity returned unused. They refused. We asked if they would put the vanity on their floor to help us sell it.They refused. We spent a total of $15,000 on other product from them until this vanity issue. We spent no more.

Jeanette Zeabart: People are great really enjoyed working with all of them. Cabinets were not so great dents, scratches and sawdust in the finish. Had to request all new doors and drawer fronts and skins. Project was pushed back a few months. Quality Rep. came to my house and tried to tell me the saw dust was supposed to be in the finish. They did credit the account $500 for the labor of replacing the fronts of the cabinets and the skins on the sides of the cabinets. Tammy did try her best to fix the issue she was awesome! The flooring we bought was beautiful. Just wish we would have gone with a different brand of cabinets, was very disappointed lots of headaches and very behind.
