Britt McNeely: We have bought food from Farm Boy for over 10 years and had worked with a Fairfield account person that evidently is no longer with Farm Boy. We are the Geff Ruritans and we are a national based volunteer service organization and offer help to local people that need help. Farm boy folks have told me that now we need to come to Evansville to get food (70 miles). The FarmBoy truck continues to come weekly to Fairfield and I volunteered to come to Fairfield to pick up the food (6 miles) and was told that picking the food up in Fairfield was not possible. Obviously I am missing something and guess the business we gave FarmBoy means nothing. Frustrated in Geff!
Jim wood: Great place to shop the staff is helpful and friendly but after they sold now they are not restocking the shelves.

87 ricer: Not terrible unload times just small area to back a 53 foot into needs more space to stretch the trucks out and get in and out ..... but I guess depending on how long it takes another driver said waiting 3+ hrs just to get into a door .....

Indie Wind: If you are coming here to deliver be prepared. You must drive all the way to the back to turn around. They dont make it easy for you, this a hoarders paradise. Slide your tandems all the way up and inch your way around debris. This is a no go for me again.

Love trucking T: After reading all the drivers comments i was a bit worried, but it went very smooth for me . i arrived about an hour and 20 minutes early and they unloaded me within 30 minutes. Thank you.

Luis Soto: Freezer receiving hours are posted 7am to 3pm. I arrived at 6:15am and they checked me in and gave me a door. Gone at 7:30!
Redzheb Redzhebov: Appointments are not only useless but also a way to make you feel guilty for coming on time for these guys. The person at the check in office was extremely rude - screaming and yelling - and acting like whole warehouse was his own and everyone and everything depending on his willingness to serve. This behavior is unacceptable for any reputable company.Please, take it into consideration future reference.If I had an option not to give any star,I would have given negative five (-5)!!!

Kiersten Barrett: I'm not too happy with today's visit. Our waitress was wonderful so none of this is a reflection on her. My boyfriend ordered and was excited to do the Wall of Flame challenge. Once the food was ordered and he already started the challenge, our waitress informed us her manager said they didn't have any t-shirts and we would just get the challenge food for free. Which I'm pretty sure is part of it anyways. My boyfriend finished the challenged victoriously and asked if he was getting his picture taken. He was so proud of himself. Then our waitress said the manager told her they don't even do the challenge anymore so they don't have a camera. It was all over the menus and our table was literally next to the wall. We asked if they could order shirts. She said Matt her manager just started getting hateful to her and not giving her answers. She seemed really upset and said this was her first time she had a guest ask to do the challenge and she hoped he would have helped her. Since we couldn't get an answer about ordering the shirts and the manager refused to come talk to us we asked to have the shirt off the wall. After our lovely waitress went back and forth to him they finally took the shirt off the wall for us. The manager helped but wouldn't even look at us or acknowledge we existed. It wasn't the right size and it had holes all over it from being hung but my boyfriend was happy to have his trophy. Our waitress took pictures on her personal phone and promised to hang a picture of him but I hope she doesn't get mistreated for going out of her way to try to scrounge up a little bit of excitement for us. As young parents we don't get to get out alone together and it was a fun time that turned very sour. From the way the rest of the team sounded this was pretty on brand for Matt's behavior. They shouldnt have to work under that attitude. Idk if we will be back the food was good but that was just ridiculous.

Jeff Eichholz: Service was decent. I Had to get up to find a server to ask for condiments. The atmosphere has some real potential. The food is the problem here. Seasoning, freshness, and appearance are missing. For a 70 dollar meal (no alcohol) for 3, it should be better. We had 2 appetizers. Potato skins were the best of any of the food we had. The onion rings were very bland and the flour breading was all but gone and they were cold when they arrived. Our entrees were chicken parm, taco salad, and grilled tenderloin. The taco salad was inedible. The taco shell bowl was soggy and cold. The salsa served with it had a sour taste. My son said the chicken parm flavor was good but it was nearly all breading and served in a pile of spaghetti which made it very mushy. I had a grilled tenderloin. Nothing special... it was very small and had no flavor. It wasn't bad. It just had no flavor. I ordered it with homemade chips which seemed hard to beat. They were inedible, also. They had been sitting around awhile. They were limp and flavorless. No salt, seasoning, or anything. It may just have been a bad night in the kitchen with staffing issues, which I sympathize with. Some good quality control might turn around what are really simple dishes. There's potential here. They just missed the mark with the food.
