Ora Duck: It's sad 😥 to see how people will talk negative and downgrade a facility that is trying their best to help feed our families.My experience here at Tri State Food Bank was top knotch. I arrived to deliver my load around 7:50am for a 8:00am appointment. Received a door right away. They started unloading me at 8am and I was leaving with paperwork signed and in my hands by 8:13am. Everyone I encountered was polite and professional at all times.Information about backing up to the docks and overnight parking....I didn't have to do a blind-side backing to get to the dock door because there was plenty of room for me to turn my truck around to do my backing and I was the only truck there at that time however if you arrive later in the day and there are other trucks in the dock doors then you will have to do a blind-side backing to get to the dock.I'm not sure if they allow overnight parking but there is some space that maybe one or two trucks can pull to the side and not be blocking any driveways or parking areas. If you don't want to take the chance there is three truckstops about 13 miles away.
