Andrea Shofner: Fed Ex are liars .. we had a delivery scheduled for today that required a signature and instead of delivering it the driver LIED and marked it as attempted without EVER being here. Called and spoke to a supervisor named Chris who had more excuses than help and stated even though the scan said WE MADE A DELIVERY ATTEMPT, that this was not an actual attempt but means the delivery was never out for delivery even though it showed it was this morning. He was zero help, unapologetic, and clearly should not be a supervisor. Fed Ex as a whole as gone down hill and its ashame. If Im ever given the option to choose a different carrier, I will definitely choose anyone else but them.
Amy Gardner: Anytime I have an order coming FedEx it gets stuck in Southaven MS. I do not like FedEx, their drivers will return packages and say wrong address or can't be found because they don't want to search for an apartment. Then when I leave apt # off and just put address to office, they complain there's no apartment number. Can't win.
J.T. Craddock: Critical:ResponsivenessMissed pick-ups for the past 6-7 straight days. We're looing at our other options. We had some bad weather 2 days last week but it was 60 yesterday and 50 today and no show.
JusWiffin: I'm beginning to think FedEx has stolen $700 worth of PC parts from me. They say they have attempted to deliver my packages for the past 4 days but nobody has knocked on my door besides USPS and UPS. I literally sit in my livingroom waiting on a knock only to find on their tracking page that they have attempted delivery but nobody was home. I have called numerous times and nothing is getting done! It's sad that I have to sit and wait around a package delivery for 4 days and counting. Not to mention the damage that has been done to previous packages when they DID arrive.

Ryan Daugherty: Had a pallet (250lbs) shipped from Florida to the Evansville terminal a week ago. I called the office shortly after the tracking indicated the shipment had arrived at the terminal, as it appeared that the instructions weren’t correct on the shipment. I intended to pick up the shipment on Friday (day it arrived) vs waiting until the next week to get it delivered as I am about an hour and 40 minutes away and needed the part before the weekend. Tonya promptly called me back, sorted out the details and had her folks set my pallet aside for me to pickup that evening. 5:00 pm on Friday, I pulled in to the terminal, drove around to the fork truck ramp and the gentleman standing by the ramp said “are you here to pick up a shipment from “xyz”? When I replied I was, he told me to pull up about ten feet and he’d bring it right down and load me up. He brought my pallet down the ramp, carefully loaded it in my truck, taking care to make sure he had it centered and far enough in that the tailgate would close. He had me sign the delivery form, gave me a copy and wished me a good rest of my evening. Super friendly and extra cautious at loading. Very happy with the experience.

Mark Thatcher: The photos of the chair on a pallet from a previous review is NOT the carriers fault. That was insufficient packaging by the shipper. They should have refused the pickup entirely but it's the shipper that did NOT package freight properly to withstand a move across the country in the LTL environment. Holland's service is not what it used to be after being acquired by YRC/Yellow, but some of the bad reviews, such as the one w/ the picture of the chair that was just stuck on a pallet by the shipper, are NOT a fair assessment.
Aaron Tanner: My shipment was picked up in Oregon on April 14th and didn't arrive in Indiana until June 3rd (1.5 months). And when it did finally show up, it was a TOTAL LOSS. Vinyl ripped, large metal pieces snapped in half, pieces missing, etc. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Brian P. Bretz: The employees are friendly. The company is pretty disorganized and there is not much training for new employees. Talk to the local terminal manager before you hire on. The recruiters and the local staff are not connected in anyway.
