Gilbert Duggins: If i could, I would give them zero stars.The staff here lacks any sort of understanding for how to greet customers or make them feel at home. We spent maybe 30 or 40 minutes here on Friday after thanksgiving and in the entire time nobody took notice of us or even spoke. It was a very unwelcoming feeling and certainly made us feel like we needed to find somewhere else to shop. The staff stayed huddled around the sales counter and it made us feel like we had been judged not worthy of their attention.We will certainly never shop here again and will tell others to avoid it when looking to shop local.We came to Evansville specifically to shop local and visit some friends.Our very first shopping encounter left us feeling like we were either dressed wrong for their establishment or we smelled funny to them. Either way it's not good for business.Drop the snobby attitude, you're running a business, at least act like you are happy to see shoppers intead of making them feel like they weren't invited and needed to leave.

Adrienne Jones: Beautiful stuff, rude staff.Stopped in with my mom on the recommendation of a friend.Beautiful stuff, but two staff members couldn't be bothered to ring up the purchase for my 75 year-old mother out while all three of them stood at the counter for over ten minutes. Both employees then went in back leaving my mom, her cash, and her desired purchase without acknowledgement.They reappeared when we gave up and started to leave.It was clear they felt we were beneath them.I will not be back.

The owners are extremely friendly & help to encourage people to gain a finer appreciation for the detailed skills & craftsmanship that goes into each piece they sell. All of the items are sourced from artist and makers from around the world. Each item has a small card next to it telling about the item and where it was made. The owner changes out a lot of the items about every month so there is always something new to look at. Great place for finding a unique gift for someone special.

I like the shop though!Edit: even when I get a coffee without syrup I'm charged a dollar more than the menus listed price not including tax when I request a dairy alternative. I even got the same drink with cows milk to compare and the dairy drink was cheaper.
