The most impressive thing about them was their courteous, friendly service, both in the office and on the job. My service men were on time and efficient. My windows had to be taken to the shop to be repaired and scheduled to be reinstalled late afternoon. However when my service man noticed a rain cloud approaching, he called to see if he could come earlier to make sure my home was protected, which he did. Very happy with Service Glass.

Rachell Hurt: I love this store but the employee who was helping at the register was extremely rude to everyone in my family. We were asking simple questions and she was very short with us. When my youngest child was checking out using a gift card she needed to pay the extra with cash. The cashier Taylor seemed very irritated that she had to check her out along with the rest of the members of my family. We all got the impression that she does not like her job. This is really unfortunate. A career change might that doesn't involve customer interaction might be her best option.

I love the Happy Planners and everything that goes with it! They have stickers, great decor, ANYTHING you could craft, they have! And plenty of options. Loved it and will definitely go back!!!

I do NOT like the new self checkout. 7 were waiting for the 1 cashier who called for a manager twice, that never came but over the PA sent someone twice that also never showed up
