Gene Travers: Good burgers. Lots of selection. A little pricy but hey, they're fancy burgers. For comparison they're a bit pricier than Five Guys but they ARE a bit more diverse ingredient-wise. This last time I got a cup of chili and a Cobb salad. The chili is awesome! Some of the best I've had in this area. If I had to do it again I would have just gotten a couple of bowls of chili for my whole meal. The Cobb salad, by the time you add chicken, was close to $18...and it's not a true Cobb salad. It's more akin to a Caeser salad in that it comes already tossed in a Caeser style creamy dressing. And, a true Cobb salad comes with a selection of meat on it by definition (usually ham and turkey). Not this. If I hadn't added blackened chicken for an additional $7 it would have come with no meat. It was good, and quite large, but a Cobb salad it definitely wasn't.Nice for a visit a couple of times a year but too expensive, and the food is a little too pretentious, for a frequent visit.The server was outstanding, though!Parking: Small parking lot was full at 3pm on a Saturday. There was plenty of street parking, however.

Beth Cantrell: Another fun place to visit in Evansville! Loved the old Greyhound station. The food was delicious! My husband got the Bru burger and really enjoyed it. I got the triple dip appetizer as my meal. Very good! We also got the fries appetizer with the homemade ketchup, black pepper mayo and the chipotle bbq sauce. The ketchup was our favorite, followed closely by the mayo. If we're back in the area, we will definitely go back.

Mari Varner: The First Ave Ritzy’s has been going downhill for awhile. Very unfriendly and sarcastic employees - especially the females. They don’t want to be there and it shows. It makes me question their food prep procedures/safety after eating their last wk. We didn’t eat the chili that was dark, old & scraped from the container bottom. Yuck.A yr ago, I called & spoke with the owner about his ‘bad attitude youth employees’ & he proudly told me his goal was to help ‘teach & guide’ the youth in our community, which is a noble cause but when it comes a food safety, customer service & a pleasant dining experience…. no thank you, we won’t be back.

Terrible customer service. This is not our first experience with the same issues from you. Glad Burger King is next door, they can have our business.
Leia: I was picking up a Doordash in the evening and the guy at the window asked if I'd like some breadsticks because he has extras. I didn't take them because I had eaten already, but he was so kind that I wanted to give him a good review anyway. I haven't tried the food, but the service must be good because I was offered free food just for picking up a doordash order.

Julia Adam: Ordered 7-way chili through drive-thru. Got home to eat it and yuk! First off I didn't know I had to order eating utensils and after retrieving my own spoon I tasted it. I've been eating 7-way chili for years. This tasted like that's how long it sat on the burner--for years. It was burned. When you have something burned, you can't get rid of that taste even if you don't scrape the bottom of the pan. I tried to call to let them know but, of course, they don't answer. Bad enough you serve burned food but then don't answer the phone to make it right. Should have gone to Wendy's, my first choice.

The woman who had my food said “Oh, uhm…yeah one sec. “ she came back asking if I had another way to pay because using Apple Pay it would be a lot of circles and how it would’ve been easier if she knew in the beginning I was using Apple Pay. You have signs and advertising showing you accept Apple Pay but essentially it was an inconvenience to you. Only reason 2 stars is for quick order and food.
