Isabella Tepool: Even short staffed or not took over a hour at times to get meds to me or to even see my nurse. I'd go a entire nurse shift without even seeing my nurse but one time at times. But yet they have time to play on their phones. Also dietary never tells you when food is at your door even when they have orders to do so. Came in with infection ended up with pace maker and this has been the worse most unorganized unpleasant unreasonably slow visit I've ever had here.From here on out I'm going to St Vincent's hospital. Deaconess has turned into a jokeTook them 8 days to get me pressure socks for swelling like seriously it's beyond reasonable. It's just plain lazy and lack of effort or care for the patients themselves

lori ann: Pacemaker put in wrong... nurses playing on phone tell patient theyre *to busy* to attend to patient.. nurses arguing loudly in hall... running only 4 + hours behind schedule ... had to tube and vac pump patient heart cause of bad pacemaker.. this is horrible... stay away!! One dr even said patients earlier diagnosis were wrong.. then another dr comes in and says nope theyre right.. Deaconess should PAY the patients ...

Paula Key: I had a no response till I bugged them on a Question from the receptionist dept I thought you should have gotten a response in 24 hrs after leaving a voicemail for nurse I had to bug them the next day to get a phone call back Glad it wasn't anything life threatening Just didn't like getting treated like a Old Woman that doesn't know anything New generation of non caring workers Wish I could treat people like that in my job Times are changing

Beyz 4 Dayz: I'm 33 years old and had triple bypass open heart surgery on December 7 2017.. I was scared and felt like giving up but with the help of my family and the nurses and staff here I was able to overcome all of that!! Abby, Lori, and everyone else I had the pleasure of working with I thank you all!! I just finished my rehab yesterday and already I miss you all!! I would highly recommend the staff here at Deaconess Cardiac Rehab!! And also all the nurses who took care of me at the Heart Group and my surgeon Dr Lee Wagmeister for saving my life!! And also Dr Banuru for having caught this before I did have a massive heart attack!! I love you all and consider you lifelong friends!! 😀😀

Terri “Rivanni” Willett: It was difficult finding the emergency entrance because the signs were very confusing. That's a major problem if your having an emergency or like myself trying to find the E.R. because my mother had just been flown in for having a heart attack.

Steve Below: Absolutely the best! I seen three doctors before and after my stints where put in. They each took time to answer all my questions and made sure I completely understood the before, during and after expectations. Then all the nurses that took exceptional care of not only me but my wife also. Wish I could remember all there names. Sarah was the nurse that took care of me during the day and was awesome! And the other two nite shift nurses where just as good. Thanks to all that hook care of me and my family!!

T Fisher: Visited here for a check up and procedure as referred to by Dr. Fleck and Dr. Casino due to having been in the ER with chest pains after having to take 3 Nitros to calm things down. I had the procedure of Echo Cardiogram and Chemical Stress test. The nurses were also outstanding and explained every step of the process. The office was clean and so were the bathrooms. If you are in need of a good Cardiology group...I high suggest checking out St. Vincent Cardiology in the Center for Advanced Medicine building on the higher floors for all your needs. Wait time was zilch and was able to get my needs met ASAP. They took my symptoms very seriously and got me check out and checked on immediately. The chemical stress test was easy but takes a full morning to get done due to the process. The Cardiogram was painless and the radiologist was quite nice and talkative throughout the procedure. Thank goodness all my testing came back negative for any issues. I am thankful for the courteous and thorough clinical customer service that I received through this hospital. Thank you for this!
