Game pro: They " MISTAKENLY" gave an adult CoVid vaccine to a 4 year old instead of a flu shot. If anyone knows the protocol of administering a vaccine, then you can draw your own conclusion. No way this was a mistake. Whoever is responsible I have a question. Who are you to decide for others???? How do you look in the mirror or sleep at night? Karma is always around the corner, hopefully you bump onto it.

Good for Walgreens for making onechronically ill man feel welcome in you're store.,

Trent Dirks: This is a nice little Walgreens location. They have a FedEx drop off deal where you if you have prepaid postage from a eBay sale for instance you can drop off at Walgreens if you bought your label with FedEx. I think that makes them the only FedEx location on the north side.

Richard Pfister: This is the reason I recommend not to trust this store with your health, it's too important. After about 5 months of partial refills and excuses from computer glitch or not bringing the script 3-4 days in advance (this script is electronic) or blaming corporate for not allowing that much inventory (28 doses). Today I called and was scolded by the Pharmacy Tech and was recommended I try a different store if I was unhappy. These are the reasons I cannot in good faith return to or recommend this Pharmacy.

Kayle Morris: I have had multiple bad experiences here. 1) I received a message saying that my refill was ready for pickup. Once I got there I was told there was nothing ready for me. I asked for my specific medication and they said, "O that's been recalled" This was a daily medication that will affect you if you miss (for thyroid). I didn't have any at home and this was a Friday. They said they couldn't offer me anything and I would just have to contact my doctor. 2)I once again received a message that my refill was ready and I went to pick it up and got 2 medications. I was not told which ones I was getting. When I got home I realized that one of them was a wrong medication and one that I didn't even take. I went right back to the pharmacy and told them that it was the wrong medication and they said they couldn't take it back. I had not even opened the bag that the bottle was in! They said they couldn't give me a refund either. I strongly encourage you to not get your medications here. I will be switching pharmacies. 3) There have been multiple times that my medication has not been ready for pickup when I have received a message that it was ready. I also never received a call from them about my thyroid medication being recalled nor a call when the thyroid medication that I had to switch to was on back order...I just get all this information after I have loaded my kids in the van and wasted my time and gas driving there.

Vicki Lashbrook: The last 3 times I have been here one or more prescriptions have not been ready. I either called or ordered my medicine online 3 to 5 days in advance. After not receiving my insulin or test strips I changed to a pharmacy that delivers.

Mary Caateel: I was printing pictures for my nephews funeral. When I was done the kiosk started they would be ready at 12:45pm. I went to the front counter and ask if there was anyway I could get them earlier as they were for a funeral.The manager I think [bret) was his name, immediately took care of me and stated, no charge and offered his condolences.Thank you for such terrific service.

I haven't used the pharmacy and sometimes I really feel like bad reviews on pharmacies are because of the recent narcotics crack downs and so many pharmacies are really being strict about filling certain scripts so people are blaming the pharmacies because of their problem of not getting pills. Please make it clear when making a review because these people have been nothing but nice!

karen smith: Staff friendly but totally OVERWHELMED they were too under staffed to work the register and help with photo orders which is their equal responsibility. It took more than 3 hours to get my photo order completed because they had to stop every few minutes to help check out customers. They should not offer services that they don't have the staff to achomplish in a timely manner. Very frusterating experience!

Melanie Hoffman: Had a horrible experience with same day delivery from Walgreens app. Had a missing item for a delivery for my mother. It was not a big deal until I was told my only solution was to drive from another state with my receipt to get the 4.49 refund. I was also told to contact Door Dash because that was who I paid to deliver!?!? But I ordered it off of the WALGEENS APP. I do not have info for anyone but Walgreens on my receipt. The Manager of "20 years" Sabrina Hart continued to yell at me, speak over me, and then hung up on me. WAY TO GO WALGREENS! The worst part was that I had my sweet mother on a 3 way call with me. She had to hear it all and is now too scared to go back to that store. Absolutely disgraceful! Hopefully no one else has to deal with this kind of abuse from a store manager ever again.

Walked into store to find out why. gentlemen walks up and asks if I’m there for a pickup, I say yes and he tells me not to put that im there if I’m not there. Well, don’t mark items as picked up if they aren’t picked up. Sorry you hate your life!
