Brittany Fougnies: Went and bought a gift card yesterday from evansville location. They sold us an INVALID CARD!!!! 440$ worth and requested to fix it. The 888 number is a joke as well as this place. They stole this money from us. Hard earned money. All we get is a run around from every single one. We took action into our own hands. This place is disgusting 😒. It's not their money so they don't care. Unfortunately I was forced to even leave 1 star. You should be ashamed of yourself. Lies upon lies and rude. Plus theft! I rate this place negative 1 million.

Dem Cowboys: Like the customer care but the hp laptops seem to always fail my dad had an expensive hp laptop when it was finally paid off the motherboard crashed and there was nothing anyone or the staff could do but I did in the end ig get a good deal on a router there.New review: My issue is the can run any specs on a electroic unless you buy it in full its crazy you half to buy the product and try it out like a test dummy .. but at least you get two weeks until you half to return it
Rick Williamson: I went to buy a tv today at the Evansville IN Best Buy. Walked in and talked to the first salesman, told him the tv I wanted to buy. He proceeded to tell me that TV was 60 hz refresh rate and really needed the model up that was $400 more. I said I thought the one I wanted was 120 HZ, just like the higher priced one, he assured me it wasn’t. I was not prepared to spend more so I thanked him and left. Went to the car and checked Best Buy website and found he had lied to me. Went back in and confronted him about it and he said he was wrong, but did not lie. I was upset and left. Lesson learned, Best Buy Salesman will try to sell you up, when they don’t know what they are talking about. Look else where!
