Paul Hemmert: I drove seven hours to buy a grill from this facility. One week after buying the grill I had issues with it. Burners wouldn’t fire and I called the store to get help. I called three consecutive weeks with my concerns and no responses after I talk to somebody. He said parts were on the way, but nothing ever showed up. Two weeks later, I still haven’t heard from them. For such a high priced item, you would think they would give a little bit more concern to the customers that paid such an high price for a grill.

One if the electrical terminals literally twisted off with no effort, took it back today Moday 10/18/2021, I showed the factory defect to them, it was clear to see and they said I had to BUY another heater and I could get a small discount off of it. Id hate to see if someone bought a new $14k hot tub and had issues with it. If the issue had been I overtightened or broke it myself, I would have no issues buying another one, it has a factory default, and I showed it to the service guys. julie kelley: I went in to buy a hot tub in june of 2020 and they were having issues getting them because of the pandemic. They required $500 down to hold one for me. After calling, going in once a week for 6 months and seeing all these hot tubs go to other people, I finally requested my money back. I was dying and never got my hot tub and they kept the interest on that $500 for the 6 months. That interest in my invesments at that time would have gotten me $250. I am now writing this review as I finally am down to a few months or less to live and really could've used that hot tub and the $250 they kept from the interest I would have made if they hadn't required $500 down. If things were so hot in the hottub market, why require a deposit since they were 'being bought sight unseen before they even got here' according the them. The only reason was to take my interest. Rip off company robbing a poor disabled woman of her money.
