Stuart Dorsey: Spa city has been terrific for us. We shopped multiple stores for our spa and they had the best price and were really great to work with. We recently had a clamp come off and we left a message on a day the store was closed. That same day,We went out and when we came back we had a message that they had come while we were gone and fixed the spa…and at no charge! We highly recommend!

julie kelley: I went in to buy a hot tub in june of 2020 and they were having issues getting them because of the pandemic. They required $500 down to hold one for me. After calling, going in once a week for 6 months and seeing all these hot tubs go to other people, I finally requested my money back. I was dying and never got my hot tub and they kept the interest on that $500 for the 6 months. That interest in my invesments at that time would have gotten me $250. I am now writing this review as I finally am down to a few months or less to live and really could've used that hot tub and the $250 they kept from the interest I would have made if they hadn't required $500 down. If things were so hot in the hottub market, why require a deposit since they were 'being bought sight unseen before they even got here' according the them. The only reason was to take my interest. Rip off company robbing a poor disabled woman of her money.

Paul Hemmert: I drove seven hours to buy a grill from this facility. One week after buying the grill I had issues with it. Burners wouldn’t fire and I called the store to get help. I called three consecutive weeks with my concerns and no responses after I talk to somebody. He said parts were on the way, but nothing ever showed up. Two weeks later, I still haven’t heard from them. For such a high priced item, you would think they would give a little bit more concern to the customers that paid such an high price for a grill.

I knew that I needed a new insert & that I wanted stone. I had no idea where to start or what steps to take next. Enter Bassemiers team…they helped me every step of the way. They showed me exactly what models would fit my space & helped me choose a hearth that required custom edging to achieve the look that I was going for. I couldn’t decide on a stone. I leaned heavily on them since they see different setups all of the time. Jeff Bassemier took the time to really look at my setup & choose the perfect stone that compliments the hearth & blends perfectly with the floor. I can’t say enough about Bassemiers & their team! Great company! I highly recommend them for any fireplace needs.

One if the electrical terminals literally twisted off with no effort, took it back today Moday 10/18/2021, I showed the factory defect to them, it was clear to see and they said I had to BUY another heater and I could get a small discount off of it. They got me for almost $165.00..Stay clear of this place is my opinionJewell WatsonHello Mr Bassemiers,I do appreciate the discount, to which I was never told the discount amount and we both know what the chances are of the factory claiming this issue, but I hope they do because that is a decent amount of money to just lose over something so simple yet ridiculous but anyways, Why would I PURCHASE another part from here after I just bought this one 2 days ago and especially after the service I have gotten thus far has been this hard? Id hate to see if someone bought a new $14k hot tub and had issues with it. If the issue had been I overtightened or broke it myself, I would have no issues buying another one, it has a factory default, and I showed it to the service guys. I hate having to leave these kind of reviews, but when a business doesn't care enough about their customers after purchasing something that has issues, that is just not right or fair.Have a great day

Nina Bambina: Darla and her whole crew are so easy to work with and always pleasant. Any time I have had a problem with my pool, Darla or someone in the office calls me right back. Last year, we had a bunch of problems with the electricity to our pool pump after we had our fence replaced. It was so stressful and it took a number of trips by our electrician to fix it. Darla was so helpful and flexible. She came out to meet the electrician more than once and always had a smile on her face. Knowing she was there for us and was sticking in until the end made a difficult situation much better. The winter before that Jimmy fixed our pool cover when we thought there no hope. Darla and Jimmy make a great team! Everyone I have worked with at Darla's Oasis works hard, is dedicated, and does they best they can to help you out. They're awesome!
Ryan Gates: Darla and her team have been a huge help. I had a pool that was not well taken care of and they transformed it from algae infested green to crystal clear blue. They set me up with a new pump system and my pool has been great ever since. Can’t say enough good things about Darla’s Oasis!

mercedes bastain: Had a 30 foot above ground pool put in last fall sent me a bill for a water truck that never came they used pur hose water we were all home the whole time a water truck never came they also never explained to us how to use the filter or that we needed a plug put in by electrician. When they out the filter up it leaked water they came out said they fixed it and it still leaks.
vandi gooch: I had initially called in fall of 2020 about my pool heater not working. They replaced a part, replaced another part, and replaced one of the new parts. In August of 2021 it is still not working and a different technician figured out there was a gas leak.I asked Darla to send someone to help me look at my system and instead she wanted to tell me how to fix it myself over the phone. I expressed discomfort but went ahead and did what she told me to. I broke my sand filter, flooded my yard, and I had to replace the sand filter and buy all new chemicals for the year.When I was explaining to her what all had happened she said it happened because my equipment was old and that the company cannot provide services to the best of their ability with the volume of customers. She made a point to take my credit card over the phone before listening to any concern I had.I’ve paid this company thousands of dollars and lots of stress to have a pool system that does not work as well this year as it did last year.

Lorna Snow: If I could give this company zero stars I would. The owner, Darla, and her husband Jimmy, have no idea what they are doing. They can possibly open and close pools, but even that's in question. The liner they installed for me in 2013, which we constantly had issues with, failed after only six years and needed to be replaced. Then our nightmare really began. The main issue? These people don't know how to install a pool liner. The pool also almost collapsed in on itself due to their previous liner install and negligence.When they couldn't repair the pool, they simply stopped coming, while we had to hire a qualified individual to come in and repair/finish what Darla and Jimmy could not.The icing on the top of this cake?? Darla presented us with a huge bill that had no itemizations. When I asked her to please break down the cost, she refused and then to my absolute shock, fraudulently put her bill on my credit card, something she had no permission to use. My bank, finding her charge was fraud, reversed the change, and refunded my money.Darla's comment to her fraudulently charging my card without my permission? "Wake up, nothing happened. The charges were reversed."This business is a joke.

Jimmy and the staff and crew that came out and installed the liner went above and beyond as well - managing the entire removal of the old liner, patching the foundation, installing the new liner and even supervising the water hauling service! Hannah Reinhart: The manager there is pretty rude. Because of how we were dressed (in outdoor working on the pool clothes) she was very "concerned" that we wouldn't be able to afford what we needed.I went back this year hoping to give them another shot. It was the same manager and she was pretty rude. She talked down to other customers for not knowing what do to, how to treat their pool, etc.I will not be back.
