Delaware Trace Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Rainbow prince: I love it here. It's a great location and everything you need is within a few miles
Jasmine Baity: Very unprofessional definitely was a waist of my time. The women in the office are lazy always on their computers shopping on Amazon. They never pick up their phones. Me and my husband got denied after they gave us the run around because their a low income apartments but they won't tell you that. You have to be on assistance to live there because they accepted me but not my husband they say credit but his credit is not bad so I call bs. I highly do not recommend this place the women in the office have bad attitude problems. They will give you the run around then tell you no. I gave them everything they needed plus I have good good credit and we still got rejected.
Teresa Warren: Best place to live clean and quiet. Price is reasonable. Best staff ever.
LatteDave: Great place to live. I have been here 7 years current staff does a great job.
Stephanie Anderson: I love it here!! Nice floor plans and pretty pieceful.. nicer place I have ever lived on my own! And as of management I haven’t had a problem with!!! Totally recommend this place :)
Kamryn Lamb: Been trying since November 3rd to get a one bedroom here. Boyfriend and I went in to fill out an application, a guy in the office helped us considering it would be our first apartment. Said it would take 7-10 days to hear back. Called them on the 9th day to check on the applications and they said we needed to come back in and fix them (didn’t even bother to call us and let us know). We went back to fix them and said we’d hear back in a couple days. Heard nothing after a few days so I called. Was told we weren’t approved because we apparently make too much money. (Again, didn’t bother to call us) and said we would receive a letter in the mail and we could open a dispute if we wanted to. What a waste of time.
Evonne Butler: Very very quiet where I’m at. Been here almost 2 years. Totally peaceful! Couldn’t asks for a better place to live!! Especially coming from where I was. The only thing I can say that was wrong when I moved in was that it wasn’t clean at all! Very dirty under the ice box and stove as well as on top of the cabinets. Cabinets look like they hadn’t been cleaned on top since this place has been built. And bathroom cabinets where you keep your hygiene products are really old and need to be replaced and had to be scrubbed out as well. So I had to do a deep clean before I put anything up. Which I didn’t mind because I would have done it anyway regardless. But they still should have done something 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s so quiet at night time and day in this apartment I sometimes don’t know how to act! My last apt was like living at the club/zoo! No joke!! It’s so quiet I can literally hear a rat 💨🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s a beautiful thing😊😊
Anthony Newton: Love it already!!!
larry short: Checking on an friend at this place
Tina Gooch: I moved in on November 19th. Nice place to live. It’s quiet and the staff is very friendly. It’s close to everything out here.
Heather Connett: I don't live here just visited. But from what I see nice apartments, maitence people keep up on their job.
Lena Williamson: Love it
Lacarra Mullis: Affordable housing with some market units. Great, knowledgeable office staff. Location is near everything.
George Bobbitt: Easy okay and will check it out in future
Julie Stanley: I was a visitor there picking up a coworker. Extremely jammed packed parking lot. Hard to maneuver. Felt very close. Too close for comfort. I was afraid of scraping up against another car because it was so tightly packed.
Hope Helm: Trying to get a place here.i don't care on ratings you can't please everyone.some people make stuff up because something else tiny pity problem happen to them.so far the staff is nice to me and my fiance
Peggy Dewitt: Could rent to older people on a higher income then ss secuity check and give them a discount
Judy Stock: I have been here FOUR weeks. After moving in I found out the apartment had NEVER been cleaned - I signed for a handicapped bar for the bathtub and this has NOT been done. NEIGHBORS CONSTANTLY HAVE BASS BEATS VIBRATING MY FLOORS AND BED. NOTHING IS BEING DONE! John at the office just laughs. The neighbor upstairs harassed the hell out of me and management didn't do anything about him. This same neighbor makes bad posts about the management. I moved - just about killed me before I got out and was harassed up until the last day. I couldn't get any sleep, as this person kept on all the time. At 10 pm it stared over my bedroom. he had his friends stalking me. BAD place and management doesn't care. NEVER done one thing about the problem.
Jobn Street: I don't understand why management can't do anything about the speeders, and stop sign runners here at these apartments. Such a nice complex, but awful drivers. I can't even let my grandkids go out in front of their great grandmas apartment here cause I'm afraid they'll get ran over by eresponsable drivers that live here.
sam flanigan: Very friendly staff especially Monique.
Judith Hassel: Not impressed. Nowhere I want to live

Village Green: what do users think?
Nicholas Talerico: Been with village green for 2 years now and absolutely love it. Quiet place, awesome neighborhood and definitely pet friendly. Totally would highly recommend this place to others.5/5 🌟
Ash Crowe: This place has the fastest and most professional maintenance crew (some of them are even friendly, can't knock that) of all time. I've been here 8 months now and haven't found anything to complain about, 5 stars
erik schultz: Current resident. Village green has gone downhill dramatically since I lived here back in 2019! The laundry mats are in terrible condition, the machines work about half of the time. The gym has a bunch of old crusty equipment from the 2010era. This place has seen better days.
Mike Merrick: After several conversations with the office it was never disclosed to me that qualification is based on credit score or what that threshold is or I would not have thrown away $40 application fee and an hour of my time submitting documents. I evidently do not meet their high standards with a couple of credit dings during the onset of the pandemic even though I have a perfect rental history and a good income. Rejoice in knowing that if you qualify you won't have to live near lowlife like me.
Tam Trinh: I was so ready to move into this apartment because I heard a lot of good things about it and had wanted to move in last year but couldn't due to complications, but I checked the reviews today after touring a model apartment, and I'm so happy I did.Apparently staff here don't disclose all the details regarding what rent does and doesn't cover, and a lot of the positive reviews left had been written by staff. I requested a self-guided tour online, and both of my requests were ignored. Instead they sent me a link to their online application when I hadn't seen the apartment in person yet. I had to call for them to finally allow me a self-guided tour of their Chestnut model.I was impressed with how spacious the complex was and well maintained the landscape seemed to be, so that's the only reason as to why I'm giving this place 2 stars. Other than that, this older woman and seemingly, only person, in the office acts like a robot or some sort of answering machine. I apologetically asked her what utilities were covered in the rent because I didn't quite hear her the first time over the phone, and she repeated her exact vague response from earlier in an irritated tone. It's almost as if they don't want you asking questions. They don't give you a chance to ask questions; their rehearsed scripts make it hard to.posted 2yrs ago, editted 7/24/22
Dr. D'Angelo Taylor: Lee Cooper is one of the best property managers in her profession. She is very responsive and caring for the tenants in the Village Green complex. Village green has many of the amenities that one needs in a safe area. I would highly recommend this area for families and young professionals.
L Scisney: I See Several Negative Comment's Regarding Village Green Apts --- My Almost 10 yrs Of Residency I've Never Experienced Any Issues..The Staff Is Incredible, Properties Are Maintained Along With Beautiful Landscaping , Clean Complex.I Give 5 Stars And Highly Recommend Village Green....L Scisney
Emily Dickinson (Emmy): I would not recommend this place at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE, they will show you the model homes that look amazing and you will get the oldest apartments on the market for a huge price. We pay $890 for a apartment that is 2 bed 1 bath and completly outdated. When we came in the carperts were disgusting and we cleaned them ourselves because the apartment maintence manager so "oh dont worry about it you wont be charged." We have had problems with our dryer and it took them 7 times to come out and fix it. Now we are having problems with our A/C and they are taking multiple days to come and fix it and we have a infant that can not be in these conditions. This place is very disrespectful and does not care about the well being of their residents. AGAIN DO NOT LIVE HERE we cant wait to get out of here.
Tony Weldon: Moved in about 6 months ago. Nice place, grounds are kept up. Staff and manager are great and will explain things to you.
Jonathon Cullen: Great place to live. Office staff is friendly. Place is clean.
Theresa Hobgood: Working with my boyfriend who works for GrubHub
J B: Okay place to live. Not the worst not the best. Never had any problems.
jai patel: This is the place my parents lived because they were looking for house then they head to move out because they found the house they count speak English that well they went inside clean everything but this are the charge they have to pay for fexing stuff like some of this stuff don’t make sense what kind of place charge 50 dollars to repair small hole. Door stop cose 5 dollars they charge to time for clean carpet 75 dollars first time then 100 to clean it aging window blinds cost 150 dollars for them I hope you don’t stay in there mansion need to fixed your prices my friends . I will recommend everyone find other place to live worse than experience my parents head. They don’t have any kind of management they don’t care about your service they just want there money.
Arthur Westcott: Village green may seem like a great apartment complex to live in from the outside, but I absolutely do NOT recommend. We lived here for a year. Consistently, the air conditioning would go out and we have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it to be fixed (during the summer, we would have to wait 2-3 days each time for the issue to be resolved only for the air conditioning to go out again a few days after)When we moved in, there were bugs. When we contacted the office about this, they insinuated it was our fault and would not bring anyone out to deal with the issue until months after contacting them. Even then, the person they sent to us only sprayed the kitchen for a few seconds and left. Eventually we had to live with it and fix the issue on our own.Additionally, they are extremely dishonest about charging move out fees. We had some damage to the apartment that we were totally prepared to pay for. The issue is that when we moved out, we were sent a statement through email about what we owed after the deposit. No problem, we lived with animals so we understood the possibility of it. Unfortunately, they overcharged us. We had a sum of money left over after moving out that magically disappeared when they contacted about charges for damages. In fact, they charged us the exact amount we had left over in our account. They claimed they absorbed that to put forward on our fees but after doing simple math, it showed they were not being honest. When contacting them about it, the lady over the phone was very rude about the entire situation and refused to hear anything I was trying to say. Would never recommend to anyone. Still wondering where our money went to because it certainly hasn’t come back to us.
William Butler: More like Village MiseryHi if you’re looking into possible moving to these apartments I’d advise you not too. I’ll be happy to share with you my experience living here. One of my several complaints is that these apartments (besides there new studio apartments) are VERY outdated. My AC unit outside was a square commercial sized unit that has been there since the 60’s. Finally halfway into the lease six months in, they replaced it. My windows were old and outdated so they fogged up on the inside during the winter letting me know heat was escaping out the cracks of the window. Costing me in my AC bills. My stove was outdated and there was no red light indicating it was on while you were cooking. So when they show you a tour of the one nice apartment that has new appliances don’t fall for it. Yours won’t have as nice appliances. The maintenance team has a small budget so they only replace something till it’s absolutely broken. They’ll just slap a band aid on it till it’s broke. Then they’re were BUGS. Me and my ex were clean people but we’d at least see a roaches in the bathroom at night and kitchen. No matter how many times they sent someone to spray there I’d always see a few a month. And no matter how much we cleaned after ourselves they still came.Another complaint was the old lady who’s a staff member that works in the office. She was very rude and always acted like my presence bothered her. I seriously don’t know why she still has a job there. There’s multiple reviews alone online where people complain about her. Also Calling and seeing if anyone was there to drop off my rent was difficult because I could hardly get a hold of anyone on the phone.Me and my ex paid 800 a month to live here. That’s what most people pay for a house! Worst apartment experience I ever had. If your reading this I highly suggest you look for newer apartments. That was the worst year I ever had living in an apartment. That sign should say village misery.

Breanna Seal: I have lived at Village Green Apartments for 1 year and 8 months. In my first year, I was in living in the 1 bedroom Cypress floor plan. This apartment fits my needs for the time being. This apartment was enough to get me by and was affordable. After my lease was up I upgraded to the 1 bedroom Cedar Premium floor plan and I loved it! Very spacious, and feels more luxurious than the Cypress floor plan. Also, the environment here feels safe and is very animal friendly. There is a ton a space to walk and take your pets out to use the restroom. Another good aspect is that there is 1 month through a 12-month lease, which has been helpful. Lastly, the maintenance crew has been very amiable and quick to solve any problems that may arise. I have never given such a good review for an apartment complex before this one. I give it an A all around.
Jackie Dalby: Nice and clean visitéd a friend
Andrew Hawkins: Have lived here since June and have enjoyed my home. I was new to the area but the office staff was super patient and helpful during the move in process. They still help me even now navigate through evansville! Very much appreciate it
Josh Martin: This place is horrible ppl are loud and office ppl won't do anything stay away unless u like noise and no privacy.we got lied to when we looked at this place .can't stand all the loud stomping and screaming and our neighbors fighting every night .. Dont recommend this place
Shadrach Mensah: Serene residential environment, safe for families. Timely maintenance request response and amazing staff

Woodbridge Place Apartments: what do users think?
Holly Langston: I was recently interviewed to work here. I was very disgusted by the amount of trash that was from one side of the complex to the other. They charge over $1,000 a month for rent but can’t keep the grounds clean? Gross the management company seemed very disorganized and unprofessional.. I will make sure to go get pictures and post them so potential renters can see.
Kristy: I LOVE IT. Sandi Nikki John and Scott. Friendly.. Really care about us. Doing updates on apartments. Really pretty. Pool closed alot this past summer was no fault of management. They did all they could to get it open. Even getting into the pool themselves. If any problems they try to take care of them.. When the time comes I will be sad to leave
Mary Saum: I just moved to a newly renovated apartment. I love it! The appliances and finishes are so nice. I've started my 11th year. Sandi and Nikki have worked tirelessly to make everything right for me. It's a great place to be home!
Cordia Moore: Great place to live. Beautiful lakes. Tucked away from traffic noise. Convenient to everything.
Cory: Good times
Daniel Gustafson: Terrible Management. Never in the office to handle problems. Pool Closed most of the time. No Clubhouse as advertised. Made up fees after move out and Rent is not Market Value. I’m currently preparing to do something about what I believe to be an illegal eviction. I’m waiting on Code enforcement to give me a report about possible safety violations
Hunter Messmer: I have only good things to say about Woodbridge. My wife and I moved in when they were undergoing a change in management but our move in still went smoothly! They respond to any issues we have within a timely manner and make sure they get solved, such as any bug problem or leaks! The price has increased but they are renovating and updating all the apartments to a more luxurious feeling. We have enjoyed our time here but unfortunately are leaving due to relocation but I would recommend them if you’re looking for a secluded safe environment 😊
Jasmine Boger: I have lived here for two years and we have gone through 3 different owners. While the new owners say they are trying to update the place, they have only painted the outside walls and redone the road. They also raised the rent from $645 to $899 for a 700 ft 1 bedroom apartment for 1 person. The one bedroom apartments don’t even have a washer/dryer hookup and for what they’ve done, this is no way worth $900. The appliances are all outdated, the ac unit leaks, and I have to clean my pipes with drano and a pipe cleaner every week to keep them from clogging. I could call maintenance but they take over a week to show up every time I do. There is also a major rodent and roach problem. Every spring and fall no matter how careful you are, you always end up with several nice inside. I have a skin condition so I keep my apartment very clean and I still end up with roaches in the house. If all of this wasn’t bad enough, they let me know only a month before my lease expires so now I have to scramble to find a new place or me and my cat are going to be homeless. If you took the time to read this, please look somewhere else for an apartment because I 100% DO NOT recommend this place.
Adasia Wery: I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment complex, apartment managers, or neighbors. Nikki and Sandi are some of my favorite people and make us feel so welcome and at home. Love to call this place our home ❤️
Sandi Smith: Absolutely love Woodbridge Place Apartments ❤️ Community Manager * I couldn't ask for better neighbors
Ivy Winstead: This is an amazing place to live! The managers are by far the most kind and helpful managers I have encountered at any apartment community. They were able to approve my application and had me set up to be a new resident in less than 48 hrs. I am thrilled to call Woodbridge my home and raise my children here.
Nicole Price: I Am the assistant manager and a resident here at Woodbridge and I honestly enjoy my time here and the connection I’ve made with a lot of the residents.
FreewillMango 43: I've traveled a lot for work and by far the best apartments I've lived at! Customer service 100/10 and neighbors are amazing! Love the new management and what they have done
Gabriel Whitley: Great people
Abi Savage: We love it, the office speaks to us every time we see them and even ask about the family ! The office ladies are on top of everything and make sure that everyone feels safe and loved ! We have no complaints !! We highly recommend the friendly, safe environment !
vijay patel: Good apartments
Karen Crowley: The office ladies lie say 1 thing then do the opposite, 15 yrs of rental by disabled ex & the property has been sold to 5 different companies changing his landlords for the worse each time with no renovations to the property till you move out
Chaz Jarrell: They are wonderful they helped me in every way possible Nicole price is outstanding I would strongly recommend her
fuck you: Do not rent from this place. They will charge you multiple, unnecessary fees through your lease. The trash cans are always overfilled. The leasing office never answers their calls.
Dylan Storey: Trash
Jackie Dalby: Clean
