Tyler Dixon: Great service and interesting store. One half is a small ice cream shop and the other a boutique. My wife was more interested than I was but to each their own. They had a couple of interesting flavors of ice cream to try. They also serve artisan colas.

Julia Chaney: Even when this place is packed (and it usually is when we go) the service is fast and wonderful. Even the times we have went and there's only one person on deck we never wait long and they're still speedy and nice. Love trying the new flavors that come out.
Jonah Kuhn: Tabitha's customer service was beyond excellent. She was working alone and took care of 30+ customers by herself in the small amount of time that I was there.
Alicia Austin: Went in last night with my daughter around 5:30 ,couple people sitting but as we were there ordering our stuff the line got pretty busy, the girl kept a smile she changed her gloves after every dish and was so patient as I didn’t know what I wanted exactly. I even asked her are you stressed with all these people here,she smiled and said not really but sometimes it can be. And then Tabby comes out from the back with a big smile and eager to help. Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time and the service made it even better.

Sabrina Wright: The manager at the Eastside Cold Stone creamery is very rude. She was very snappy with the people in front of me in line. Apparently there was a glitch on the website and they couldn't honor the order I made for a cake which was fine. When I first got asked what I had needed, the girl disappeared and started working on something else. I've been went out to get my phone to show her the order, and when I came back in she rudely said come over here. I told the manager that they should probably get that fixed in a regular tone and she yelled at me as I was walking out the door and told me that nobody's perfect very rudely. I completely understand that sometimes things happen when electronics are involved, but the way you talk to people can be helped, especially when you're in management

Some reason I ordered again can't find my order. I asked to speak to a manager he said she going to call right away. No ot was a lie she's not going to call. So long story short 2nd time I spent over $100 and didn't get what the kid's wanted. They didn't even touch this stuff so I'm out $100 with no care from the manager and all this extra Ice cream. So take it from me stay away from this place!!!

Detrick Willett: Growning up, this was Definitely the spot. Adult and kid friendly. The food is Really Good and the specials is really affordable. You Don't have to go large on the combos, because you can get a small fry and they will dump almost a medium portion of fries at the bottom to. Their really famous for their Twinkle kote ice cream 🔥🔥. Definitely an Evansville Historical Icon for the people on the South side.

Meme Parker: I grew up eating this ice cream and have always ordered the same thing...sorbet shakes. They've always been made with some kind of seltzer and sorbet. I moved out of town, so I haven't been back in years and ordered while I was in town. What I received had dairy in it which was confusing to me since sorbet is one of the few non-dairy options on the menu. When I asked the staff about it, the woman at the counter rudely chastised me for not knowing the menu and I just threw my order away. In short, I won't be back. Next time, I'll visit the ice cream shop around the corner on Green River Road.

Tasa Cardinal: I ordered a deluxe turtle sundae shooter(which was on the menu) they said they don't have anything like that. Got to the window and tried to let them know it was on the menu board. The kid that was there just said ok and proceeded to charge us for a large. She was very rude and didn't make any attempt to say I'm sorry I will let them know it needs to be changed or make it right. Have always loved Lic" s, but my sundae was literally whipped cream hardly any ice cream and lots of hot fudge. So I couldn't eat the $7.00 sundae.
Kim Davis: Ordered a club sandwich and a bowl of chili. Club was supposed to have bacon on it, no bacon and a very pitiful amount of ham and turkey. The sandwich was more bread than anything. And the chili is more like tomato soup than actual chili. I won’t be back.

CULVERS home of the butter steak burgers you can get a TRIPLE “over a half lb” WITH cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles for $6.49. I’m must be missing something here. I get prices went up and Im all for supporting local businesses but when they take advantage of people and charge 10 times more then the cost of the product thats ridiculous. Taking advantage of customers is a sure way to put you out of business.

Had not been since before Covid in the pandemic, so I went in to get my favorite Choco creams and the price had went up so much, I think it was like 40% more than it was the last time I bought them, and I openly told the person that was helping me to tell the manager and the owner that I would not ever be back because I’m not paying $15 for a quart of ice cream covered in chocolate. I can make that at home for way less, so I will.
