They just sent me a letter stating that I hadn’t been paying as agreed and that they monitor my employment. Basically threatening to try to garnish me again or tie me up in court again. Was thinking of making a lump sum payment so I can be done with it but now I’m considering using that money to retain a lawyer. They use some really unethical practices! I was shocked because I actually pay early every month & theyve never called or reached out to say otherwise!

Now they conveniently tacked on almost 2 grand in "attorney fees" that I am being charged for on top of the ridiculous medical fees I'm being charged. This should be illegal.

Out of 14payments since then, I've made 11, and only missed the other three due to my own forgetfulness (I even made a double payment at one point to catch up), I called and asked if they could just automatically take it off of my card so I couldn't forget and was told, "sorry you'll have to plead your case before the judge in garnishment court. Can't help you" I've never had a debt/court issue before and while I understand it is ultimately my fault for the debt and my fault for being forgetful, they have not been willing to help me at all, it's not like I have been a common problem or have had to call them, Very unsatisfied with my dealings with them.
