John Heiken: Atm is out of order almost all the time and it became such an issue that if they don't care enough to keep there equipment up I'm not banking there. I opened an account with a huge amount of money and after a couple days without warning they closed my account, claiming I had a bad check unpaid from years ago. Found out it was a stolen check I had no idea about, they jumped the gun all to quick, kinda scary.

Eduard C Hanganu: I went to deposit a 5/3 Bank issued check (!!!) to the ATM, and it was rejected because something was wrong with the check (!!!). I did better banking in New York with Citi Bank in 1986 than with this primitive bank in 2021.

The Bank Representative Ms Paige is a excellent bank associate, she took interest in my problem, and my problem (not bank) was solved. I recommend this Bank.

William Myers: Absolutely ridiculous. They charged me overdraft fees when I had money in the account and have charged me everyday for a week or two without notifying me. I call them and they admit they are in the wrong but say they can't do anything about it on the phone I go to the bank and they admit they are in the wrong but wont refund me overdraft fees so I still have to pay them! Closing the account. I have banked here for 6 years. Ridiculous.

Marcha Parker: Closed my Old national account because they used to charge me for everything it seemed like. And that’s when I was only working part time so money was tight anyways. Even when my account went paperless, Old national was still charging me $10 a month to send me a paper copy of my banking statement. The app barley worked for me. Old nation is useless. There was a time I went to pay my rent at the Washington Ave location and when a hostile customer began to take his frustration out on those around him, there was an employee who engaged with the man by taunting me, calling him names, challenging him to a fight, threatening him, and chasing him out of the building. She was completely unprofessional! She was seemingly proud of what she just did because she was boasting as she walked back in. But honestly, if this man was mentally ill or under the influence AND had a weapon, all of our lives would be at stake! I’m sure old national doesn’t train their employees to behave that way! I would not feel safe at all if a real emergency took place. The female employee even seemed to brag to the police when he came out. I haven’t been to that old national since! I wouldn’t know if that woman still works there. But when I sent an email to the manager, I never got a reply or an apology or anything. Don’t waste your time with old national!
Carri West: A few of the tellers are nice, but...slow drive thru! Almost always a long wait. This last visit really was frustrating. On my lunch break, i tried to cash a check. Waited at the terminal, after sending check in the capsule, for 15 min. There is never anyone to say "be with you in a moment", you just wait. I press call button(others around are clearly upset). No response. I called the bank and asked if there was a problem. Finally a man shows on the screen and states he needs my account number. I did not want to say it aloud for all to hear and didn't have anymore time to waste. I asked for him to send my check And licence back, i have to get back to work, I'll cash it later. No apologies for the wait, no "have a nice day".

Samantha Poulson: Spoke with a man asking for details about a transfer. He was very rude regarding everything I had a question about.
Courtney Hawkins: This location has amazing customer service and the people are great!However, there has been a cone in the nightly deposit lane for well over a month. It is dangerous for businesses with large amounts of money to not be able to pull directly up to the drop off box. Not only do we have to worry about theft, but with the winter weather there is also a chance of falling on the ice when crossing lanes to drop off. Please put a sign up for customers to pull to a different lane and leave open, or move and remove the cone after business hours to help out the local businesses during drop off hours.
Adam Parker: The manager there is very rude with her own employees and with the customers!
Shane Taraschke: I had 724 dollars in fraud charges. Disputed all thecharges and they needed 6 to 10 business days to refundthe money that was stolen from me. The bank itselfis a joke. Went to the branch to talk to a human about itwas told i needed to wait. Thanks for screwing up myplans on seeing family. Im done with banks. Going backcredit unions.

Its Me (Seriously): No one knows what they are doing here, even the managers. If they see you are in a hurry (on my lunch break) they seem to take longer on purpose. Wonder why you see 5/3 banks closing and no new ones?Also, its cheaper to bank at walmart.I recommend ETFCU or Heritage FCU.

Jessica Lohman: I’ve made two appointments to meet with a banker in regards to some of my accounts. Every time I come in for my appointment, it takes them 40 minutes to even get to me. The tellers who work the desk are rude & unfriendly. I’ve been in many times and they are always the same. I never get a greet I just get a snooty look and they say “what can I do for you”. Sometimes they will just stare at me before even mentioning anything that they are ready for me. Needless to say I love banking with 5/3rd but this branch needs to step up their customer service.
