Brandon Berzas: They have great selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinets in stock.
Victor Jennings: Lots of very good remodeling supplies, needed a vanity top, they had it for a very reasonable price.
Micah Lacher: Great store and selection. Recently visited the store and I was very impressed with the wide variety of flooring, cabinets, tile and other home remodeling products they carry. The employees were very helpful and well informed as well. Highly recommend.
Emily Smith: I am very impressed with the quality of the cabinets. The staff was exceptionally helpful through the process of a home improvement project. It was necessary to exchange two cabinets for different sizes and the staff was very helpful. I also liked that the cabinets were in stock. I would highly recommend Barton’s Home Outlet.
Janet Cummins: I had the worst customer service today that I’ve ever had anywhere. They knew how rude they were to me and didn’t care. I left feeling like the young man that waited on me could have cared less how I was treated. I will never go there again, I guess they don’t need my business. I worked retail most of my life, I would have been let go if I would have done what he did.

Kip Wilson: Not super impressed. It was okay. Yes, I would shop there again, but wouldn't go out of my way to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful, but maybe a little too helpful. It's nice to be acknowledged with a "hello, can I help you with anything?", but not everytime you turn around. It was a bit excessive.
Tabatha Helmick: I thought I left a review a while back but I'm not seeing it. I just have to let everyone know that this company goes above and beyond to provide good customer service. What started out as an iffy experience last year was quickly corrected and made right by the store manager. I don't remember the details but I do remember that he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We went on to purchase new flooring for our entire house from here and they are beautiful! They were affordable and we have had them almost a year and they are still holding up, very durable and we love them. One of the items we purchased did have a problem. The faucet sprayer stopped working and they took it back without hesitation. We will continue to shop here for all of our home improvement projects in the future.

It's great. You have to go to see all the great things that they have.

Tonya Rickard: We went to buy a new grill/smoker. The employee Ralph at the Evansville store was very helpful and provided knowledge of the equipment.We were ready to make our purchase and required assistance to get the product from their storage area. Dylan (employee) agreed to get our item. We waited for 45 mins and had to ask a few times if the item was coming. Ralph saw us and checked on us. He said he would go to the storage area and help Dylan. Ralph came right up to the front with our grill. This item was very heavy, and Ralph helped us load it into our truck. We never saw Dylan again.Wished Dylan would have asked his co-workers for help to allow us not to wait so long.I appreciate Ralph’s excellent Customer Service!!

Rob Nunley: Megs was the most rude employee i have ever come across to date in a Lowes. I just wanted to do a water exchange. I brought my empty containers and put them in the return receptacle, only for it not to give me a receipt. Megs told me "oh those have not worked in over 5 years." This would not normally be a problem, but they were out of water and I had no proof of my exchange. It was very hard for Megs to get me a receipt of my bottle deposit and treated me like I was less than for requesting such a receipt. Long story short, do not use the water exchange program here. If you do, all you have to tell them is you already gave them a deposit because "all my cashiers know" according to Megs. I'm sure Primo and Lowes will appreciate everyone avoiding the bottle surcharge for new purchases.
Charlie Garrison: They did not have Ni Ca batteries for my dad's 20 year old Skil drill. However they were very helpful in finding him a replacement tool.
Cat Sparling: Thank you to the young lady that offered help finding the bathroom! As for home improvement needs, I was easily able to find everything. This is a very de-cluttered location. When check out gets busy, the line up area can get a bit clustered but I’ve never had to wait long to get thru! So. Many. Plants.

In fact, I didnt even see an associate anywhere. Lowe's is always hit or miss. Either you get a helpful, knowledgable person or you get someone who is just there for a paycheck.
