Cat Sparling: Always speedy and friendly! I get a rotation of 3 or 4 different coffees and they’re made perfect every time. I hope they know how much a cheery “Good morning!” helps get the day started. And my kids love to pop in once in a while when they get treated to chocolate croissants! We love checking the monthly theme board. The bathroom is always clean too.

Jonathan Lile: I USED to enjoy coming to this location, I would stop by in the morning in drive-thru & sometimes in the afternoons stop in and get another Frappuccino to kill a little time. This afternoon on Feb 17th 2023, I went in and ordered the usual and paid using the app on my phone it was 3:27, they was busy but not the busiest I have seen them, I waited, I noticed people coming in ordering and waiting then getting what they ordered, while I still waited, at the 30 minute mark, I went up and asked if they lost my order, but it turns out the gentleman working, just left the drink I ordered in the blender and forgot about it while he took care of all the "ladies" maybe I wasn't good looking enough to get my drink before the ladies, I don't know! Should I wear a wig next time and high-heels, will I get my drink before the people who orderd after me? Management needs to do a better job addressing issues here, like any disgruntled customer I asked about it and was pretty much brushed off. If management would like to watch the video I ordered at 3:27 on Feb 17th 2023, received drink a few minutes before 4, but the gals who ordered after me sure got there's. I won't spend my money at this establishment other places you can spend six bucks at. And they want you to tip them! Here is a tip learn to do your job in a polite frequent non-bias manner.

Daniel Wick: Waited in drive thru 20 minutes. Finally got our order. We had asked about one of the coffees didn’t seem right she argued with us it was correct etc. we pull off only to check it and there was not coffee in the cup only hot frothy milk. Had to turn back around go inside to explain what happened to someone else for them to actually make the drink correctly. She was very kind and apologetic but the drive thru girl was rude and arguing it was in fact made right when it was not. Management needs to be checking and helping better.

Employees are very friendly and actually give back correct change unlike a many other fast food who don't watch the change they and back and actually RIP you off. The great thing is they are actually open for business! The other Fast Food restaurants in Evansville Indiana want to lock their dinning room doors at 4pm and make it drive through only!!! That is just BAD and STUPID Business!!! They don't have to hire as many people and still make more profit because of poor pay and lack of employees. Long drive through lines, long wait times, and yet higher prices for poorly made food!!! Starbucks is not like that! Go where you don't get sick from undercooked food and sit for 40 minutes in drive through lines! Poor management at fast food restaurants = lose of business but poor mangers can not figure that out yet!!! Starbucks has figured that out by staying open!!!

Kelsey Weyer: Drive through wait is 30 mins, they make your drinks way ahead of you getting to window, which causes ice to melt, drinks to mix when not supposed to mix. Just ruins the drink over all. If you go inside to beat the line they sometimes have a worker tell you how long it will be before you even make it to the line to order as if they are trying to make you leave before you order. Never have enjough supplies ordered,which i get but when i asked for a warmer sleve for my kids cup the worker was rude about it. So i said can i have a second cup so does not burn the kids hand and i got itll be a minute we are busy. My last straw was 4 Frappuccinos got handed to me looking like soap bubbles. When asked what was wrong with the drink they lady said I don't know, does it taste okay? Like if want to keep it instead of trying to correct it. They looked like no one should drink them and the server asked me to try it. Never again
