Thrive Marketing Strategies: what do users think?
John Pena: Thrive has been an incredible partner for us at ZeroCarb LYFE. Their ability to create strategies based on our company objectives and then translate those strategies into tactical execution plans has been a key part of our ability to grow quickly as a business. Their entire team is a joy to work with which is just the cherry on top. Thank you, Thrive!

Tammy Stallings: As the Director of Operations for Enjolé Interiors, we have worked with Thrive Marketing Strategies for several years! Thrive has driven results in all aspects of our marketing plan from Social Media approaches, email campaigns, client base direct mail, radio promotions, print promotions and a host of other services. Thrive is exceptional with providing all of their services with attention to to brand detail! We appreciate the team’s professionalism and communication skills in a fast paced business arena! We are pleased we chose Thrive to help us grow our business!
Tara Overton: We have been working with the team at Thrive Marketing Strategies for several years and have been thrilled with their assistance and results. Everything Thrive has designed for us has been top-notch, and always looks so much more professional and polished than materials produced by other agencies... and even by our high-dollar corporate advertising group! The team is very quick to respond to our questions and tweaks and is also good at giving us gentle reminders when WE are the ones that are not staying on target with the objectives and goals for our marketing strategy. Overall we are very pleased with Thrive Marketing Strategies!
Casey Voelker: I've had the pleasure to work with the Thrive Marketing Strategies team on a few different projects over the year. Most recently, I was able to listen in on a couple of their current clients brag about what Thrive has been able to do for them. From my experience working with their team, you can tell that each member is passionate about helping businesses grow. They don't take just one approach, but instead focus on strategy and are able to implement the tactics that help push that strategy forward and help businesses reach their customers and audiences.I highly recommend the team at Thrive Marketing Strategies!
Kristina L Terry: I have been working for Thrive Marketing Strategies for a month now and absolutely love it! Alissa is so great to work with and I have loved learning so much about the marketing world from her. I have enjoyed the work I have done so far with our clients and I am excited to see what the future has in store for Thrive!
Alissa Paik: Love my clients and the creative professionals I get to work with each day!
Curt Hamilton: Since I hired Alissa and her team at Thrive, the experience has been outstanding. In my line of work, I've been marketing my services for many years, and most of my competitors follow the same disingenuous formulas. Thrive has been different; Alissa and Krissy met with me and my entire staff, tried to get a sense of who we are are and what we want, and has delivered a campaign and concept that is authentic, unique, individual, and not contrived. Most importantly, it is working very well for us! They treat us, like every client, like the biggest client in their growing portfolio. That how we treat all of our clients and it is much appreciated. Highly recommend!!!
Connor James: I was feeling helpless and hopeless. I had been trying everything I could to work through a marketing struggle I was having when a close friend connected me with Thrive Marketing. I can honestly say I would have given up if it were not for Alissa supporting us. She was a huge help resolving an issue we had on Facebook and I can't thank her enough. Her expertise and knowledge about the platform helped us get back on track.
Ken Stevens: Exceeded my expectations in regards to effectiveness, results and costs. I have a teammate that treats my business like her own-and more!
Alisha White: I love working with the Thrive Marketing Team! Alissa started the ads for my photography business and with in 24 hours I was getting more leads than I could keep up with! Those quality leads turned into great business and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Alissa and her team!
Candace Stull: Love the clients we get to work with on a daily basis...such a fun variety! Alissa is great at what she does, and she is such a great person to work for. I highly recommend this marketing company to anyone looking to grow their business!
Karen Johnson: I've seen their great work across Evansville. Highly recommend!
Lindseyxdx. Vzvcpdo cod. I Hoehn: I had a great experience with Thrive. Alissa, helped us create a welcome brochure and also helped us generate other great ideas. We were very pleased with our results.
PPE Auction: Alissa has been a fantastic partner in starting my new business. She’s taken time to understand my business goals and marry these objectives with the most appropriate and cost effective marketing outlets. It’s wonderful being a small business owner and having a relationship with Thrive Marketing that mirrors what large companies do in-house with their own marketing teams. She’s relieved a lot of stress by designing my website and marketing materials to hand out to clients. Thrive Marketing is fantastic!Bonnie Paik, Owner, Finally Home, LL

Bryan Bourdeau: Hello,I’m Bryan Bourdeau, faculty at University of Southern Indiana Romain College of Business and co-founder of Startup Weekend Evansville.Startup Weekend is a global grassroots movement of active and empowered community leaders, and entrepreneurs who are learning the basics of founding startups and launching successful ventures. As a non-profit organization, Startup Weekends can be found in over 150 countries with over 193,000 alumni.Moving into our 6th year, Startup weekend Evansville (SWE) remains the largest event of its kind in Indiana. SWE is a 54-hour event where developers, designers, marketers, product managers, and startup enthusiasts come together to share ideas, form teams, build products/services, and launch startups. SWE receives participants from over 24 counties in Indiana and several surrounding cities. But, after 5 years, there are still people who have not heard of this incredible event. For SWE 5.0, I reached out to Alissa Fricke and her team at Thrive Marketing Strategies to help provide a strategic direction for social media efforts to optimize promotion of SWE 5.0 and provide a larger audience with our event details and expose them to this unique opportunity.Alissa immediately wanted to be a part of this effort and graciously became an in-kind sponsor for SWE and wanted to donate her time and expertise to prove the value of what Thrive can accomplish for a new client. She expeditiously provided an initial strategy and tactic ideas and a social media campaign including an online presence, Facebook Ads, and contesting to incentivize heightened awareness and participation for SWE.Needless to say, SWE 5.0 was a notable success based on new reach and impressions. SWE will most definitely utilize Thrive Marketing Strategies again to continue to grow and sustain our annual event.Best,Bryan K Bourdeau

Huber Strategic Marketing: what do users think?
Shely Ferguson: Believe all of the horrible reviews - they can’t print labels, they can’t email labels and they will charge you $10 for a box for a return. The staff or incompetent. It’s sooo frustrating.
Blake Hochstetler: Unfriendly and unhelpful to customers and lack of knowledge about their job, I’d go anywhere else
Meet Thakkar: Notary experience - called before hand to make sure that they do notary for passport documents, once i got there and they were like sorry we do not do notary.
Lorie Stephens: The store loses packages and then will not return phone calls or even produce a manager to help track down where the package is.The staff is very rude and has the I do not care attitude.I will never use this location again!
Levi Massey: 10/18/22 Store randomly closes at 5 when they advertise 6:30. Very frustrated.
Johnny Q: Never had a problem. Nice workers and very helpful.
Chris: Always helpful and courteous
Christopher Buchhorn: No notary as advertised. Find another place. Scheduled an appointment online because that’s what I was told when I called…only to show up to be told it can’t be done because the person wasn’t available.
Pat H: UPS store on Evansville East side had closed early due to no electricity. I called the west side store on Pearl Drive to verify they were open and closed at 2:00 PM. The lady that answered the phone CURTLY let me know they were closing at 2:00 and would not stay open a minute later. We arrived at 1:50 PM. There were 2 customers being waited on at the time. A short blonde lady was barking orders at the other 2 employees and being very rude to the customers. She tried locking the door at 1:55 PM but one of the other employees had put duck tape over the lock earlier in the day because it kept locking customers out. You could tell this frustrated her even more. She came back to the counter , looked at me and barked, "Who is next?" I had 4 return codes to scan, each with a print out sheet including return item descriptions. She scanned 3 of the bar codes grabbing what she THOUGHT were the items and moving them across the room each time. Before scanning the 4th code, I advised her there must be a mistake somewhere because the item on the last code did not match the item being returned. She got very spiteful and told me it was my fault and I needed to figure the problem out. I told her I needed the previous items scanned in order for me to figure out what the problem was. She stormed across the room, retrieved my items and slammed them on the counter in front of me. She kept being rude so I finally asked why I was doing her job.(while she stood there watching me and let me know I was taking too long) She snapped it was MY FAULT because the return was not organized! How rude can you get ?!?!This woman is NOT good for the business. Every time the door opened and another customer came in the door, she would get even more aggravated. This woman does not need to be working with the public. On the positive side, there were two other employees( a lady and a young man) that were very courteous and helpful. They were doing extremely well with the situation at hand.
Kallie Gambill: I returned some of my Amazon packages here and it only took 5 minutes. I thought they were very professional and efficient.
Brittney Fisher: Always slow service. Employees are too lazy to unlock both doors causing issues when entering or leaving.
andy stocker: Went to ship soundbar, 130 bucks, which I get is UPS prices. Not really helpful to start with. Then tracking number wouldn’t work for 24 hours. I called them and they could find in their system, but were very sarcastic about it…”nobody ever has trouble with tracking number”. Don’t go here.Lady called back and made it right and I apologized for what I said to her. It started working, all of a sudden, but hadn’t. She made it right but next time I will go somewhere else to avoid confusion/hassle.
Ealisa Hardin: Making an appointment with the notary is pointless
Kimberly Davis: Will never return to this store again! I’d rather go out of my way than to be treated with so much disrespect.I was given specific instructions by Spectrum to send something back to them, and was told to provide all this to the UPS store, so I tried to provide it all - the woman at UPS refused everything: the box the stuff came in that had all the labels ripped off and had the stuff packaged securely, my account number that Spectrum told me MUST be in the box with the equipment. And when I get a bill from Spectrum, the rude old lady with the white hair who thinks that being rude to customers when they are working with someone else is appropriate will be the one that pays it. Hope that old lady isn’t a Manager because she’s terrible at her job if she is!
Nicole Price: The lady at this store interrupted me while I was talking to let her know what I was calling for yesterday. Customer service sucked from the second she answered the phone. All I wanted to do was pick up my package instead of having it delivered too me since it was running late being delivered. She was extremely rude and quick to hang up on me right after she interrupted me and said I needed to call another store. I know we all have our bad days but from all the reviews on here it looks like everyday is a bad day for her. You guys need to find someone else to fill her position and quit letting her be so rude to customers. Now I left a voicemail asking her to call me back yesterday because other stores were directing me back to her store that I first initially called. She has not picked up my phone calls nor responded to my voicemail and here we are into the next business day. So very very very rude!!! I want this addressed immediately!!!!
bernie miller: Friendly service very helpful made my experience there very pleasant.
Donna Nix: Fast service. Friendly staff!
Kais Boukthir: They lost my package and refused to answer the phone. Very unprofessional employees that do not know what they’re doing just want you to get out as soon as they can to get back on their phones
Jess Ehm: Called during business hours. It rang 3 times. I got a recorded message and a beep.If you're not going to answer the phone, at least put that in your recorded message.
Sarah Hartman: Nice UPS store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Store itself was clean.
Mandy Steinback: I normally ship with usps but decided to give UPS a try thinking that my items would be even safer being shipped through them. The item I was shipping was a handmade and painted 2D wire sculpture. When I arrived at the store I found two high school kids working so I consulted them about my shipping options, asking directly if I needed to worry about my item being bent in the bubble wrap envelope. They told me it would not be bent, it would be fine. I was perfectly willing to opt for a more expensive package if it would ensure the item’s safety as this was a meaningful and personal item that can not be easily reproduced and took several hours to make. The item was completely destroyed in shipping, the person received a completely mangled mess of wire which was both heartbreaking and embarrassing for me. When I came back to consult with the manager (I’m assuming this is also the person who elected to schedule two high school kids to run the store without a more knowledgeable adult present) she said I needed official documents to prove the items worth otherwise she could not help me. She offered no apology nor did she seem interested in consulting me further on how I could be compensated as a poor working artist who was laid off in the pandemic who just had their original artwork destroyed. The alternative to this situation would have been a knowledgeable UPS staff member easily upselling me on better packaging that would have resulted in UPS making more money and me being pleased with the service I received. This store seems to be poorly managed.
