Jon Dickey: The worst of all kenworth locations. Every Palmer location we have been to has had the worst customer service, the worst turn around time and seems like the least knowledgeable techs. I always do my best not to be “that customer” but these locations are horrible. My company has only had a few experiences with them and every single one has been horrible. Lack of communication, everyone you talk to sounds like they hate their job, they chase issues like they don’t know what they are doing or just want to rack up your bill. If you have a small company, be prepared for this place to put you out of business. If they give you an ETA add a week and a half to it. They have lost my business. I will let my trucks burn before they are in another Palmer location. It’s sad that company management continues to let this reputation continue.

Charlotte Poole: I drive a 2020 Kenworth. I have been the only driver to drive this truck. I had transmission issues and was towed to this dealership. They replaced some parts. They got the truck running and shifting. This truck has never shifted and pulled sooo good. It will actually pull and not bog down in 12th gear like it used to. Come to find out, my truck had issues straight from the manufacturer. They did an awesome job on my truck!!!

Patrick Norman: I went here for a sensor and come to find out it was a turbo actuator that why my truck wouldn't reading in dash low derating. Once I got that done setting at shop waiting on the bill or paperwork to be done the radiator busted. Ok now got all that done and once I started to leave stop around the corner to dollar store got a few items come back to truck, still had the same situation that brought me to them... Low derating in dash. Be here almost a week and having trouble with them getting it back in shop. Had sleep over night outside gate me and wife my co- driver until 7am to open because night crew didn't have the staff to look at truck. Morning crew takes forever to look at truck! Disappointed!!! but have nice ipeople but feel they are not to knowledgeable!!! Already took payment but job not complete...

Fran And Shannon Lucore: Great expieriance.. by far one of the best of the best shops arround. We were towed in and stressed out. They were so Professional, Friendly and upfront honest that they calmed us right down. Expecting to be there several days because of the sensor issues these days but we were rolling in 48 hours! Really can't say enough.. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly. Out of our normal route but we will detour when needed just to go here for repairs.

Adam Greven: I had to get towed to this shop because my truck derated and indicated the DPF filter was full. They got us in right away but said the filter didn’t need cleaning; it was just a nox sensor so I cancelled the claim with my warranty but After they replaced the sensor the truck wouldn’t regenerate and instead of calling me they sent the filter out for cleaning without my authorization. For this reason I wasn’t able to resubmit my claim to the warranty and it added a whole day to repairs resulting in the loss of two loads. The Night Shift blamed the dayshift for the whole thing which doesn’t do me any good. Twice they quoted me under $1,000 for the sensor and $266 for the filter cleaning but the final bill was $3257. I didn’t have a choice at that point but to pay so I could get my truck back.

Epic Adventures: Pulled in and within minutes they were prepping my truck for service on the computer. I highly recommend this dealer!!!

Steven Winland: Went in for clutch replacement came out with a vibration, air leak on air lines to transmission, and hard to get into and out of gears when stopped. After several times and thousands of unnecessary repairs such as rear differential replacement and got truck back with axles not torqued and leaking and still having vib. Next trip back replaced clutch servo cause of still having issues with gears and clutch pedal had 2 1/2 inch free travel on a hydraulic clutch. Got truck back same issues. The dealership sent me to ofallon mo. Mid America Peterbilt where I was under impression they were going to hook a loaded trl and test drive it with equipment that finds vibrations. Mind you the vibration only occurs when going up long steep hills between 1100-1200 rpm’s in 9-10th gears on an Eaton 10 speed transmission. At times it was so bad it seemed that something was going to come apart. Ofallon only tested engine vibration to find #5 injector bad which has been showing a misfire code for 5 yrs. yes and explained that was not the vib. Issue. I was assured it would fix issue and it did not. Brought truck back next day with a loaded trl. and their equipment failed so I left due to time of delv. On load. Got to Knoxville with load could not shift properly (grinding and not able to shift into gears while moving) took truck to Pete store in Knoxville to. Good people.good work and very helpful. That night it was troubleshoot and was told it could be internal trans failure. Took transmission out found input shaft worn out, carrier bearing fork worn out, and input shaft bearing bad ( had movement) and clutch wear pattern poor ( different from one side to other) replaced everything and truck runs great seeking attorney. First time I took truck to Evansville Peterbilt they changed the radiator only to put the old one through hood, door and sub panel. Took truck in for an overhead, didn’t make it home before ck engine lights were on and only live 20 miles from location. It was late so took it back next morning to find out I needed main wire harness replaced ( maybe some big feet Da!) while overhead was being done in the grease bay I called because of grease all over frt and rt side of truck. Was told it didn’t happen here. I asked them where my foot scratcher was and they said come in we will look for it. When I got there I was told let’s go back to the grease bay that’s where it was worked on

PONY17: Misdiagnosis done by night crew. Was told chassis node was bad and part not available. I later locate part and go to a different peterbilt only to be told chassis node is good. The wire going to node was bad. Headlights work just fine. Misdiagnosis done on regen issues. 1800.00 spent on hub fan.and $1400.00 spent on wasted misdiagnosis (fixed nothing) and to fix a clamp on exaust. Again gouged hrs. First and last time to this dealership.
