Went in to get a watch band adjusted, after 3 other stores said they were "too busy" and it'd take about a week. The lady here did the work on the spot, in about 10 minutes, and didn't even charge anything. Later, I found a repair ticket for a watch belonging to my grandfather, that my father had apparently dropped off and I wasn't aware of until we were cleaning out his effects. I stopped in, in the off chance they still had a watch dropped off a couple years before - and THEY DID. This is a good, honest, knowledgeable family-owned local business, that still does business the right way.

I didn’t plan on selling anything or even asking for an appraisal of anything but was told by the friend to bring the items I wanted looked at.There was one ring I particularly wanted to know more about and found out, through the great jeweler there, that this diamond ring was very old and more precious than I originally even thought! I found out that the diamonds in this ring were European cut and would have been made before 1910!They steamed all the rings I asked them to look at and I was very pleased with the service. I’ll be going to Turleys for all of my Jewelry needs from now on.
