Heather W: Horrible time management. My daughter had court at 8am along with 20+ more people so we were here over 4 hrs long. My daughter had to miss an entire day of school and me & her dad an entire day of unpaid work! Completely unacceptable!!! They need to give specific time slots to each case, not act like other's time is not valuable.

Jennifer Mccutchan: Our family paid Mrs Taylor $1700 2 weeks ago to represent my sister! We have yet had any communication from her after calling her office and nobody answers the phone nor can you leave a message as well as leaving messages with no calls back! Mrs Taylor has not even been to the jail to visit her or anything! As of right now, we feel Mrs Taylor had taken advantage of our family! No communication from her after two weeks! Not professional! We don’t have money just to be throwing around! No communication from this lawyer or her staff!

Charles Stone: I had Jared Thomas as my attorney on divorce and child support matters, I ended up having a criminal matter and going away. After I got out I was told that Mr. Thomas never turned in the correct paperwork for my child support and put me a few thousand dollars behind in child support! When I called his office about it, their phones don't even ring just straight to voice mail several and times and they never called me back. I would never use them.

Christina V: DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!! Bungling in trial at best, no communication with client. Ineffective. Disappeared for weeks and was completely unavailable for my daughter. I had to drive to Evansville from Owensboro several times to get any communication from his office. Doesn’t answer phone calls or emails. He called my daughter’s deceased partner a “dead body we have to contend with” to me when discussing the case. Asked for $1000 to file a motion of contempt against my daughter’s son’s father. We gave the money within 24 hours. We were told the motion would be filed in a cpl of days. WAS NEVER FILED! I kept calling and emailing with no response. I went to the office and every time the staff would give me an excuse and another date for when it would be filed. After a week and a half I went ahead and terminated our professional relationship and hired another attorney who had the motion ready same day. Then the battle of getting an itemized list of charges so we could get our money back began. Same mess different day. They used the same tactic of avoiding calls and e-mails that they had before. Then when I would drive to Evansville just to find out anything they would use the same stalling tactic of, “We are working on it. It will be done in a couple of days.” Then I’d wait a week to try again to get the same response, but a different excuse as to why it hadn’t been done. After over two months I finally got an email with two sentences from the office manager. This was the first written communication I had received from them. When we received the list there was no mention of any contact we had had with them after October. (When he had disappeared and before he took the $1000 in December) Somehow our bill with them from before Oct had magically come to almost completely equal with what we had paid him. No mention of the $1000 or why he had said at that time in December that he needed it to file the motion. He deliberately misrepresented why he was getting the money and then ran off with it. He cost my daughter valuable time with her son after a traumatic event in their lives. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!
