Rob McIntosh: I used to go to Home Depot for my Echo equipment. I used to hit the big box stores for all my needs. But what happens when you need service? Where do they send it for repair? I finally learned to buy from Power Equipment. Believe it or not he has the same prices on most equipment. Plus he’ll answer any questions you may have and will remember you if or when you do have a problem. There’s not a lot of in town equipment repair shops around. Even if he is a few dollars more it’s worth the piece of mind knowing they can fix it. Plus Ricky is a gorgeous older man. Some even call him the “weatside silver fox”. His wife is a very lucky woman.

Aaron Henson: UPDATE - Still no response and no action to correct these issues. I do not recommend using this company at all.INITIAL POST - I have been waiting on Chris to call me back after the repair wasn't completed as expected, and in addition the mower hood (which was just replaced recently) was completely broken during the repair. I am hoping he gets back with me, and makes this right, and then I will adjust my rating and review for better or for worse.RESPONSE - Yes, there was a patch on one hinge, but it was working fine until I received it back from you. And now, both hinges are completely broken, the hood has been cracked and broken during the repair, and has to be held together with bungee cords. Again, this hood was just replaced within the last year. Regarding the repair, I wasn't told until after I had already paid and was dealing with the broken hood, that what I had brought it in for (to fix the float in the carburetor), wasn't actually fixed, and instead a shut off switch was installed on the fuel line. This has to be opened and closed every time the mower is started or shut down. Which is quite a chore now that the hood is broken.At this point, I'm more interested in walking away with either my money back so I can use that to replace the hood again, or fix the carburetor or both.Let me know how we can work together to fix these issues. Thanks!

He had it for over a week before he got back to me with an estimate. Very overpriced & unprofessional. I own a small business myself & wouldn't dream of talking to or treating a customer in the manner that I was . I will never do business there again.

Tami Smith: They had my mower for 2 and a half weeks. They did not call me to inform me that my blade was beyond repair. They took it upon themselves to replace it, which is a cost I think they should eat because I had no say in it. I asked for an oil change and a blade sharpening, was yold it was $70. They failed to tell me there was a $30 pickup and delivery fee. I have no idea what the old blade looked like. I guess when you are taking someone elses money, its easy to overlook things. I wont use him again! I shouldnt have to ask you should let your customers know what the hell is going on! I dont have to make you look bad because your actions do that all by themselves. I am down with small business, if it is run correctly!
