Jeff Johnson: lack of response to punch list of repairs needed. Failed to have sod laid in yard as promised. It's now almost four months past when that should have been done. Now it's just a song and dance every time we inquire.
SHELLIE RIVERA: The house are nice, but the roads are full of holes....
H D: Neighbors seem friendly. But the roads need work, lost of holes and a lot of mud.

lady driv3n: If i could rate them 0 i would. We have been waiting for them to start building our home since march of last year. The first issue was they waited to have us sign our contract and they uped the housing prices. That made us mad because it was not our fault it was Thompsons fault. The increase wasnt crazy, so we signed the contract and designed our home. We were told they would start building in December, then it was February, then they said 2-3 months past that, with no actual start date. Communication is non existent. We finally just cancelled our build, as they keep pushing it back and they do not Communicate. Do not build with them, after reading others reviews seems everyone is having the same issues. Seems if we would've continued we would've been in the same boat as others waiting for them to finish little details. Feel like we dodged a bullet with them.
