cinblossom: Regions is a joke. Am there almost daily because the company I work for banks there. My main complaint is the length of time I sit there for even the tiniest of deposits. It's like my (customers) time isn't valuable. Between the constant rotation of employees (only seen one constant there in the close to 5 years we have been going there) and the blatant lack of respect for my time it's maddening. And they don't care.
Ann Pendley: 😡🤬 SAD BUT TRUE!! Today I visited Regions Bank at 7400 Eagle Crest Blvd Evansville IN and had one of the most AWEFUL and FRUSTRATING interaction with the branch manager Kyle Fikes. My visit today was my 2nd visit to the Regions Bank Eagle Crest Blvd Evansville IN in a 7 day period to resolve an account fee issue:Last a week I went into the local Regions Bank at Eagle Crest Blvd Evansville IN branch and sat down with their Regions Bank account representative to solve my issue. Once told how to avoid the fee going forward I deposited the recommended amount. Unbeknown to me this bank representative provided me incorrect information as I incurred fees at the beginning of Feb.Today I sat down with the non-client focused branch manager Kyle Fikes to solve my issue – this being my 2nd visit to the local Regions branch in a 7 day period. I was frustrated and not the happiest person to speak with but instead of trying to defuse my frustration Kyle Fikes FUELED my frustration. Kyle Fikes proceeded to tell me that that employee didn't work there anymore and I shouldn't have listened to him AND then further told me it's my fault as I should have read the fine print more carefully. I agree I should have read the fine print more carefully but the week prior I personally went into branch to resolve this issue.In my opinion Kyle Fikes is not a good choice for a branch manager of a bank where clients keep their life savings and/or get loans for their life.Regions is a bank that I will NEVER recommend or speak positively about.

Ashley Maness: I've had regions for 6 YEARS and used them in 3 states. Always loved the experience. However their app was awesome and my favorite part but now it has messed up 3x this month and has been off by HUNDREDS of dollars. They say "Idk how this happened, I've NEVER seen this before. Idk why it would show different." Customer service is hit or miss. The ATM doesn't always work. Not happy. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere. THREE times?
Annie Evans: You want them to mess up your loans, by all means bank there. The incompetence is outstanding. Just wonderful how they know how to work with all of their loans and tell you one thing but yet it's a lie and you have to figure it out through the calling system.

Sara Friede: I rode my bike here in the 97 degree weather. They were so nice to me. I let them know I was going to sit in the qc before I left and they offered me a bottle of water. They were super professional to both me and the other person inside when I was there. The floor was clean and the lobby was large enough to accommodate a line. Great service and friendliness.
Jim Davis: I was banking with Regions but they charge excessive fees. I switched to Chime where they don't charge any fees. They've always been very courteous and friendly. They have never made any mistakes that affected my account I am very careful when it comes to my money. I felt pretty confident about my relationship with Regions and I don't have any qualms in recommending them to my family and friends. I give them an A for their effort. At least they're trying to do better. If it weren't for their high fees I would still be banking with them.
Brandi Douthit: I am glad they are getting tougher on transactions over the phone. I respect the staff, for doing what I ask as far as if they don't actually see me don't validate I've had trouble with unauthorized accounts on Cash apps and credit card companies, saying I purchased stuff on Google play. Which I don't have a credit card or cash app. Kudos to Regions for having my back. Thanks Regions
Tyler Drum: I banked with this bank for 4 months and two days before my paycheck got deposited they closed my account do to the branch manager forgetting to send a copy of my driver's license then I called and he said they would send me out a check and I told them my new address and they still sent it to the wrong address now four weeks later and several phone calls I am still without a check and the customer service is horrible all they kept saying is we understand your frustrations I will never bank with regions again
Cards And Carnivore: Every single day I am assisted by Regions and their team. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my business. I recommend them highly and the manager Kevin takes an interest in helping me grow my business through lending options and was able to assist in purchase of my first home.
Amy Walters: If I could give no stars I would. This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. Unprofessional, will not get back to you on any matter of importance in any timely manner, disorganized and a true disappointment in every single way. You would be better to take your money, throw it in a hole and set on fire rather than let this institution deal with it. The manager is completely incompetent.

Superior Express LLC: I’ve banked there since 2016 , every month I transfer money from my business account to personal over the phone with no issues . Today the girl wouldn’t do it because she says she didn’t know me and nobody in there knew me . Which is a total lie because every time I’m in there the ones that help me ask how are you Jared as soon as I get up to the counter . I’m currently working out of town 2 hours away and need to transfer money . The apps not working for me and this is super annoying . I’ve had other issues in the past about them cashing checks for me but that’s another story . I may switch back to German American because I never had issues there .
David Brugger: I've always found the people at Regions very nice and always helpful. I opened an account in Florida and moved back to Evansville and enjoy banking at both. There has never been a problem.

M&M Suarez: This is THE WORST financial institution I've ever experienced in my life! I've spent literally 4 days and HOURS on the phone trying to handle WHY THEY PLACED MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD for a $100 Zelle payment, which I ALWAYS pay and use.... NO ONE could tell me what the problem was and when I finally got someone in the right department, he was rude and transferred me back to the FIRST PROMPT, where I had to start all over again!! SO FRUSTRATING!! I am pulling all my money and banking else where, which is what I suggest if you're reading this... DON'T BANK HERE!
Marcha Parker: I’ve been banking with regions for almost 6 years. The mobile app has always worked just fine for me. I switched from old National to regions because old national charges for everything. I would give regions a good review but there was a time when the banking staff spoke so loudly about the small amount I had in my account at the time and I felt embarrassed. She repeated the amount several times while looking around the room for approval almost as if she was trying to embarrass me. That is not at all professional. I don’t think the woman works there anymore but she definitely made an impact because I rarely go to the branch anymore. I will wait hours on the phone to avoid going in. I wonder how many more unprofessional bullies they will hire that talk about people who are struggling between jobs.
Bret Grimes: great staff, great service, convenient bank if you do much travelling in the southern states, but inconvenient for Evansville. (having only one branch)I am skeptical of other reviews. I use the on line app all the time with no issues, when I do use the local ATM, it has been updated within the time I have been banking there, and is as modern and as fast as any I have used.I've never paid for cashing checks unless It to expedite a mobile deposit.My only pet peeve is the length of time they put large deposit's on hold. I think the time to fund checks from reputable sources is unreasonable.
Richard Garrett: Locally the employees are fine, branch is dated, ATM usually isn't working and is slow, also dated. Mobile app and site are nearly useless and are always down for "maintenance"... do NOT recommend unless its a last resort!
