Abby Mathis: I've been coming to this office for almost 5 years now and I don't see myself going anywhere else! The staff here are so nice and kind. Crystal and Rasheta are amazing and when I come in make me laugh and smile even if it's a bad day. The nurses are so caring and I look forward to coming and seeing Candice and the Sharon Williams is the best psychiatrist I've seen. Very understanding and very patient. This place is amazing. Would highly recommend.
Brenda Johnson: Just wanted to share my experience with the help you have in the office on Professional Blvd. Rasheta and Crystal enlightened the atmosphere. I am so pleased with the assistance I received in the front office. Professional and polite. Don't know what they are making, but they sure make your office more pleasant to come in. Laura Gail: Don't waste your time with this office. I was referred here when I had to find a new doc. 1st visit. I get to virtual consult to see nobody in the building up front. Rung the ringer for nobody to show. Apparently they have 2 offices on the SAME STREET. The one I showed up to "nobody see patients in". Took me over 20 min to contact to find out it's down the street. Get there to (just like others) can't see me, reschedule. So, I did, waited another month. I walked into this office 100% stable on current meds. Top 20 flex agent within my whole company. I was told "I can't prescribe anything until I have every record If I get them in 2 weeks I'll send them in". Next appointment, "We don't yet have all your records gonn have to wait." As she is pointing out my mental health flaws that are occurring while OFF my meds. Due to them. I'm now facing job loss, nowhere near top 20 agent status and more emotional than ever. THANKS FOR NOT CARING doc, remind me. Why do you even. Exist again? Apparently you can't diagnose nor understand mental health disorders. NO THANK U!
Samantha Newell: She asked and answered questions for me. Basically telling me how I felt before I had a chance to find the words. I got emotional speaking on something I haven't talked about in ten years and she made me feel less than. Seen my tattoos and piercings automatically felt judged from the second I walked in like I was seeking narcotics when I needed therapy and tools to work through past trauma. Wasn't comfortable enough to go back and even worst is the one hour long session cost me around 200 bucks with insurance.

Shania Ricer: I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very unprofessional with how they do things. My 6 year old was seen here for his ADD and the way it was handled was not very professional. I have removed my son from this place per doctor's orders and now that I have filled out medical release and have called MANY times they will not answer.
Karla Marie Swift: I have mixed feelings about even writing this review. On the positive side, I have been a patient of Dr. Jariwala for about 5 years. I started off in Johns Creek, followed him to a new practice in Decatur, and followed him to this third practice when he started it. Dr. Jariwala is extremely kind and patient. He has never rushed me, he has always listened and been empathetic, and has given me great guidance and medical advice. HOWEVER, I am so sad that his newest practice is ran so inefficiently. After my first appointment with him, I was told the front office would call me to schedule my 3 month check up, as I had done for many years prior. However, they never called me, so I had to reach out to them. The phone number always rings and rings and no one ever answers. I emailed him about this and he let me know he would write me one more Rx refill to hold me over, but that I couldn’t get another one until I scheduled another appointment. I let him know that I can’t schedule another appointment because the front office never calls me or answers the phone. Eventually, it got to the point where I had to quit all three of my medications COLD TURKEY because I’m unable to schedule another appointment due to the incompetent office support staff. I’ve officially been off my medication for 3 months, and I won’t be going back. Such a shame because Dr. J was a huge part of my wonderful mental health for 5 solid years. I hope he reads this and knows that I appreciate everything he’s done for me, but the lack of aftercare from this practice is borderline negligent and medical malpractice.
Sherlyn766: I was excited to begin my journey with them. However, the technology was not good. The video kept freezing and the audio was jerky. The session went black, so they moved me to another room. The same thing happened. I finally just left.
Mindy Voegel: They treat their staff/ employees awful. It was a toxic environment and a staff had to leave and they refused to pay said employee for time worked. If they don’t care about their own staff I wonder if they care at all about their patients. OR IS THE MIGHTY DOLLOR ALL THEY CARE ABOUT.
Katherine Coin: I'm a new patient here and at first I had high hopes but so far they never answer my calls. My doctor took me off one of my medications cold turkey thinking it would be best and said she was putting me on another which was fine, I had to get a test done before starting the new one, which is fine. BUT, they won't answer my calls to tell them about my test so they could get the results and start my new medication. Can't make an appointment because they never answer when I call. My therapist at another place said she can't just cold turkey my medication without a back up plan and to follow through with it. Almost two weeks and no new medication when I got those tests done the day after my visit. Can't reach the office I always get voicemail when I try. Left so many voicemails. No Medication! I am having a serious issue without my medication and will most likely never return here after this experience.
BlueMageRaeg: My girlfriend was recommended here and tried them out. Her new doctor took her off almost all her medication suddenly and told her to get a test taken to see if she could be put on another. She got the test and tried to return the results so she could start and they do not answer. After a week of her and her therapist calling them they will not return their calls and she is doing worse because of it. They have both left messages requesting to be called back or notified of changes, anything. No response. Cannot recommend a place where they strip you of your medication and leave you high and dry.

Mike Schaefer: I was a patient here with both a therapist (or 3) and a NP almost 3 years. Before Covid it was so so, minus the office sending me bills 4 different times, and after calling explaining insurance had already paid they explained that the bills they sent me was in error. During Covid they'd have me video call from my home every few months. But when they opened back up, had me come into the office for a "visit" every month. It's Virtual. So why couldn't I just video call from my phone, like I did during Covid? I'd completely understand if it wasn't already virtual in the office. My main complaint is the office staff and "nurses". They really don't care. Get you in and out (and in no hurry) Often I'd have to wait close to an hour after my scheduled appointment time! I'm thankful for my Dr and insurance letting me go somewhere else.

And this was from my very first experience walking into the Evansville location for a new patient appointment.I was told to show up 20 minutes early for paperwork, etc. (9:40 am) when first called to schedule the appointment. I asked if there was anything else I needed to know or bring with me, other that ID and insurance card, they said no. The day of my appointment, due to rain and some *active* construction, meaning actual people out directing traffic, I was 5 minutes late and it took me an additional 2 minutes to find parking and to exit my vehicle. I was told they would need to ask the doctor if she could still see me that day since I was late past their 5 minute grace period. It was 9:47. I was forced to rescheduled because of 2 minutes. So now another month of waiting all because of 2 minutes! I have NEVER been told anything like that in my life! I tried so hard to keep my cool, but was a struggle for the vibe at the check in desk was not a nice one.Now if you are that strict about being on time, you need to mention that to new patients when they ask you "is there anything else I need to know" Maybe give a heads up and be helpful to new people coming to your office.I really wish I had read these reviews, but with insurance you only get some many options to doctors you can see. When I had to leave my other doctor, it was so stressful for me to find another, when I got this appointment set a month ago it was a relief. Now I'm put off from this facility from this one small interaction I am dead set on trying the other options before I go back here. I don't get a very helpful vibe from this place or the staff, and I didn't even meet anyone.
