Jennilyn Brown: Very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share and explain that knowledge.Truly depends on the location you go to. Avoid the one on Green River Road.

James Detalente: Took my car to replace the battery, they put the battery in backwards and melted half my wires. They obviously offered to fix it since it was their screw up, told me daily for a week id have it back the next day now on ten days later and still don't have my car fixed but when I asked for a rental or reimbursement for all the money I was spending on Lyft/Uber they refused because they "only agreed to pay for damages they caused". What a joke do not ever go here for anything.

Melinda Garris: I needed windshield wipers. Everytime I walk in the door I get stopped.so they can look up information on the computer. Even though i know the needed size. Then they will walk me to the wipers. It's like I am not able to browse the store. If I need help finding a part I will go to the counter.

Logan Bates: I love this place. They have always done right by me with every car need I have had. The AutoZone team seem to have t he knowledge and know how to get your vehicle back on the road. I have never left Autozone disappointed, if they don't have what I need I can guarantee you they will find out who does and get it to you in a couple of days.I'll simply put it this way if you ask me how Autozone compares to other auto part stores, this is what I'll tell you "I DON'T KNOW I HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO COMPARE THEM TO ANYONE". Autozone is always first, last and only parts store I go to.

Decola answered my questions, showed me other products I thought about purchasing and gave good advice about alternatives. He got me set up as a Rewards Customer. I don't think anyone has ever asked me before! He was polite, quick and always aware of customers and employees in the store.Decola was a good representative of your service!

V Gilbert: I would like to recognize an Outstanding AutoZone Employee Mr. Decola. Mr. Decola assisted me last week at the First Avenue AutoZone store. He went above and beyond to assist me with my turn signal light. I wasn't sure how to access the car part. Mr. Decola not only gave me a short tutorial for my future issues with my lights. Mr. Decola ensured that all my lights were operating correctly. He is a True Professional!!! If you know and employee and spot them doing a great job You should go online and recognize them! Thanks Mr. Decola and AutoZone!!!

Norman Richards: AutoZone on 1st avenue is awesome. Our vehicle is a pain in the neck to put wipers on to say the least! Not only do they do regular diagnostics but they are more than happy to put on wiper blades or install batteries. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly!!
