Elliot greeted us the day we walked in just shopping answering any and all questions (and we had a lot) to the day we closed, never disappointing. We had a rather lengthy process with the lender due to some land issues on our end and Elliot and Chris treated it like it was their own problem and helped us every step of the way, calling us randomly checking in to see how things were going or if they needed to do anything. If you're not shopping with these guys, then I feel bad for you! They have our business for life, (but hopefully this is our forever home).

The place I went to in Illinois once I told the guy my credit score he told me I couldn't buy a house and actually laughed at me. I was so embarrassed. Latisha still checks in on me from time to time and I'm not ready yet, but hopefully by spring of 2024 my credit will be up to where I will be ready. If you are considering, go talk to Latisha, she is kind, patient, and very helpful.

Dakota Whitehouse: Can someone help me or direct me to the right place to actually receive some help?We bought our house in 2017. We have had issues with our house staying cool the entire time we have lived in it. We moved in October 2017, and complained. They sent someone out to look and said the AC was working fine. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was already late in the year, so it cooled down quickly. Summer came around and our house was so HOT, specifically our livingroom/kitchen area. I sent emails, I called, I sent more emails. Dead ends, and eventually no response. Since then, we have gotten married, had twins, and our twins are almost 2. Last year we got a rolling AC unit, to cool down our main room, because I was afraid our babies would get too hot. Today, right now, our thermostat says its 80°. It honestly feels hotter. The only decent place is right in front of the rolling AC we got.I have sent so many emails and called so many times over the years. 😭 I dont know what else I'm supposed to do. It was annoying and aggravating for us to be sitting in the heat, but when it comes to our babies I just cant take it anymore. This is awful!!Please help!I have been complaining and contacting them since we moved in and I dont know what else to do. 😭😭😭
