Allison Svok: I can't say enough about these guys. They are absolutely great! Brent was easy to work with and communicated above and beyond the entire time, including to his guys on his expectations. They were punctual, courteous and worked hard every day that they were here. They cleaned up each day before they left as if they were never here. Life is A Dream: I am giving them an extra star for being located in Evansville and being named Evansville Tile. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable, from the time I started asking questions I could tell the sales representative didn't want my business. When I asked about metal strips and options I was handed a tiny Keychain of the only product he wanted to sell.

They let me know each time they had to fix something on the roof that needed to be done to correct problems, would show me what was corrected and how it was done, very polite group, had alot of pride as they were doing my roof. We received several calls letting us know progress of installation. Very good job cleaning up and even went as far as to spread dirt in low lying areas of our yard. Would recommend to anyone. Castle Brook: Called late December, 2021 and set appointment for a quote on replacement of an exterior deck for January 3, 2022.Dennis arrived a bit late but was pleasant enough; spending a half hour or so listening to our needs, discussing options, timing and taking measurements.As of this writing it is now a month later with NO follow up. No call, no quote, not even a message to say, "we're not interested and sorry to have wasted everyone's time."As with most families these days we are busy and prefer to use our limited time productively. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Leo Kempf: This “company” did do what the contract said. However, it lasted less than 2 years and needs to be done again. I called and was received by an unpleasant individual that told me I was being rude because I questioned the quality of their work. We did get to a point that it was understood that there had been some confusion. I set up to have an estimate made for the work. They never showed up. Use them if you want to, but be VERY CAUTIOUS and have their work inspected.Service:Plumbing leak detection
Jason Jones: I called them for an estimate for a rather costly home remodeling project. Dennis Gates came out and looked it over. 6-7 weeks later, after 3 different phone calls from me and three different promises, no estimate and they didn't even bother to call me back. Whoever is leaving positive reviews must either work for them or be paid by them, because all I got was unprofessionalism and no follow-through. One can only imagine if I had hired them and something went wrong...

Alex Hildeband wheel video: Ivies was wonderful to work with. When he noticed the grout ordered was not the correct color, he immediately called and we were able to fix it. Honest and keeps his promises!
Andrew Nurrenbern: Excellent service and coordination to get the job done! We needed a backsplash and went shopping at a local tile store. Elite Tile was one of the recommended providers and luck just so happens we picked them. The job was done in 2-3 days. They left the place as it was when they came and we are very pleased with the overall experience. By the way the tile looks great!
