The awesome thing is when the lines get too long they always bring up additional cashiers to help out and having both types of checkout lanes is awesome.

Nikki Raymond: My son had been waiting months for this toy to drop its exclusive at target, even woke me up at midnight to check if it dropped. Watched the website all day and finally seen sold out switch to limited stock at your local stores only! Jumped in the car and went to north side first. The lady stated the other worker hadn’t gotten around to put them out on shelves yet and she wasn’t allowed to go back and get it. And had no ideal when he would get them on the shelve. Called east side target the lady stated she had some in the back but of course couldn’t hold them, but if I came to front desk and if they still had she would go get them. Which they did. They had 6 we Bought 3😃 she totally went the extra mile and made my sons day. And I can’t thank her enough! Such. Great employee. To bad I couldn’t say the same for the north side target, unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with the North side target.

Ted Miller: Do not buy their belts.They leave them on a truck and they are old and rotten when you buy them. I bought one and it lasted a little over 17 days. The customer service person I talked basically refused to give me my money back. I came back at another time and talked to a different customer service person. It’s a good idea to save your paper receipts; that’s another way they try to get you.

Chris Shimboff: Lots of nice sales and a fair selection of clothes. The staff didn't really give me the impression that they wanted to be there. The store was filthy! Debris and stuff all over the floors! It doesn't look like anybody had vacuumed or shampooed the carpets in months... really quite disturbing. I guess I wasn't buying clothes off the floor, but still, unpleasant to say the least.

A: Would have purchased more but the girl at the Jewelry counter was like a hawk on me, popping her gum as I asked about something expensive in Your case, she had Zero Interest in doing this.. as I had less expensive things also in my hands, I basically said forget it, I go check out counter, another one of your associates....didn't give me my change bk bc she Shut the register Drawer (thanx) than your Alarm goes off, I go bk into your Store to show her she didn't take the Device off my tennis shoes that weren't in sale with my receipts! Are you kidding me????? I came in there first, hated the vibe so went shopping to cone bk hours later b4 going to my car. Nice!Could someone give me feedback Please!!!!!!!

Nerd Philosopher: I can now understand why this company is struggling. Yesterday I was just in there looking for the rest room, couldn't find it but I decided I'd buy some clothes from the clearance section. 45$ worth of sales they cost themselves that day, plus the future sales since I won't be going back.I go to check out, and I'm interrupted by a different associate named Tom. He tells me that I can save 35% today and 10% going forward with a credit card. I told him I didn't really want one because I didn't want it to hit my credit. He swears up and down that it's a soft touch and won't hurt it.Eventually I agree after his repeated insistence. He takes all my information, address, social, income, etc. which was way more than I felt like giving out to by some clothes, gets me the card, and then he turn to me and says. "I'm sorry, this card can't be used for a discount on clearance items."I was highly upset he lied to me, I wanted to cancel the card. He couldn't do that, I would have to call and cancel. His Manager couldn't either. I left the clothes there as I hadn't paid for them yet, and then did call and cancel the card. I know Tom is probably still gonna get his commission for a sold card, but I want people to understand that this place has no problem pressuring you and lying to you. Nor will they do anything to make it right beyond saying "I'm sorry". You've got to do that part.Tom told me I could use it the next time I came I in. I told him I wouldn't worry about next time since there won't be one.

F: Be extremely careful in using FSA card for FSA approved items. Past weekend I attempted to use my FSA card. Which was viewed at the registered as not paying for anything. I reviewed this morning stating it was actually paid.As I did notify your administrator immediately. It appears this isn't the first time this Target has done this so we are also pushing for DOJ involvement in this.

Mike McD: Check the price in front of the item before picking up from the shelf. Check your receipt after purchasing the item to make sure you where not overcharged. It’s happed to me again tonight, 2nd time in 3 shopping sessions. They ended up yelling at me for bring up the issue of being over charged. “Grow up, sir” was what I was told while leaving target. You should have professionals working your return counter that can handle criticism like professionals.

The Honestreview: Target can be more pricey than other places but sometimes it worth it to miss the riffraff in Walmart. I like that they have a Starbucks in here... who doesn't like coffee while they shop. They recently revamped the place and changed the layout quite a bit. Yelissa: The black lady with the straight bob length hair, it could have been a bit longer. We just picked up an online order and she came off extremely unfriendly. She doesn’t need to be in customer service if she can’t even be nice or even be nice enough to return a gesture of someone saying “Hi” to her. Just a nasty, unfriendly experience overall. Target please hire people who actually care about your customers.
