Lisa West: Will never come here again. Walked in and no one was inside. Waited a very long time to get waited on. The girl who took my order was unfriendly, no smile, I could tell she didn’t want to be there. I asked for ‘a little’ extra tartar sauce on my fish sandwich, and of course she drenched it. Also fries were cold and old. Just as rude when she handed me my food; no smile, no nothing. One and done! They really are hurting for workers to have her waiting on customers!

Snarffel McGarlock: I was the only person in the drive-through waiting and waiting... Then another car pulled up on the outside drive-through, After a small wait, they got served, and in didn't. I decided to leave and noticed. They had about 5 cars lined up in their "special order" line. No way 5 people had a special order today. It was breakfast. They got McMuffins. It's not that hard. They simply were manipulating drive-thru wait times to get an artificially good report. Too bad, they used to at least PRETEND to care.

Greta Wong: This is truly the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. It is close to my house so I keep trying to give them another chance hoping they've gotten better. Definitely had not happened today. They had me pull up to wait for my food then gave my food to the wrong car. They tried to give me that food after the other car pawed through it and took it back in (this has to be a health code violation and if not, still gross). I get all the way home after they assure me they have given me the correct order and fresh food. I am missing 2 items and the sandwich has obviously been opened so I suspect this is the food the other customers returned. Go back for the missing items. Get home and realize the sandwich is wrong, too. Take that back and ask that it be corrected. The MANAGER says, "Is she back AGAIN?" while I am waiting for the correction. I loudly announced, "Yes, I sure am" while I am waiting for my food. So, that stop for "fast" food was 3 trips and an hour of my time. Late getting back to work with cold food. I get that fast food has a high turnover rate of employees and mistakes happen, but this location has gotten my order wrong (missing items, usually) a full 80% of the time. Then you add rude management. The free apple pies and coupons just do not make up for all that. Won't even go back for the free stuff - it is that bad. LOL

The entrance situation is weird at some times of night.Inside, there are real wood tables and the people who work there are polite and quick. The food is often quite hot, which is hard to find in Evansville.Overall, this location is much improved from a few months ago when I left a one-star review. I haven't tried curbside yet, but my mobile order and inside order experience have been good. They are actually getting my orders right now.Well done, guys! Keep it up. Everyone's job is important, and the people who work with our food have the most important jobs of all. You're appreciated.

Aaron Peaugh: I am a regular customer at this McDonalds location. I live 4 minutes up the road. It seems over the last six months that this McDonalds has become almost intolerable to eat. I am steadily waiting in the lobby for extended periods of time waiting on my order every time I show up. It seems like the employees would rather stand around talking about marriages and miscarriages or what other drama they can think of rather than having a sense of urgency tending to the customers. Every time I go up there, i see at least three people standing around talking rather than dealing with what needs to be done which is the job at hand. The last five times I have been there have been the worst McDonalds experiences and food I have ever received from any McDonalds. My cheeseburgers have been hard as a rock and you can tell the patties have been sitting way too long. They are hardly edible. Then on top of that I have to piece together my burgers after unwrapping them because the cooks are just tossing them in a wrapper without a care in the world. In my opinion, presentation is just as important as ticket times. Sacrificing a quality looking burger for a few extra seconds shaved off of a ticket is not worth it if you are trying to give customers a quality experience. Every time I get my french fries there is no salt on them and they are handing out french fries that are old and cold. McDonalds has a six minute time frame to sell fries once they come out of the fryer, but yet I am spending 20 minutes in the lobby and watching them a hand out those fries knowing they are not good. It seems like every time I go through the drive-through I am not greeted with a friendly face, instead I get an attitude from someone who does not want to be there. Everybody I speak with that visits this location feels the same way. Numerous people, so I know I am not alone in having faith that somebody cares enough to make a change before I quit spending my money there. Im not usually one to complain, or even spend the time to leave a review. I hope this is taken seriously. Prices have risen, and service has tanked.
