Bob Crane: I called to make my agreed upon monthly payment and they charged me for the full amount owed. I spoke with a supervisor several times and was told that I had been refunded but am still waiting for that to happen. BEWARE
Nick Lindy: Doesn't seem to care about making a mistake and sending to collections even though they had the wrong insurance on file. Rebilled the right insurance and sent to collections on the same day and didn't even send an updated bill when insurance paid. Clearly no understanding of collections or how it impacts a credit score. Thanks for nothing.
