Aleigha Cook: Went here to get an X-ray for my 11 month old. I had my 5 year old with me and the X-ray tech was SO mean to him. I asked for a manager or someone higher up and they say they never have someone on site. It was the worst experience ever.

Misty Johnston: The ladies at the desk for lab and imaging are SO unfriendly and unhelpful. They act like they are out out that they have to wait on you. I think they need another class on caring behaviors! And it's not just once, it's every time. My husband just went there and said the exact same thing.UpdateJust went for lab draw with my husband and no changes. Still rude still slow. There was no one in there for lab and it took 20 min to get to him. She, the lab tech, was rude and making excuses saying they were slammed. My husband said there is no one here but us.... It is like this every single time!
L&L: I was unimpressed with the lack of friendliness and customer service of the front desk ladies on my visit 4/4/22.One of them did not know what a complete blood count was. That is a very routine, common lab. They also spoke loudly of other patient’s full names and info that would be a HIPAA violation. In my opinion if you are working at a front desk that does not have privacy you should be discreet and quiet if you need to talk to one another about another patient.

John Locke: There's a lot of Truth in most of these reviews. For one Dr Schultz really is great, however I am at the point where I am ready to switch doctors because the office staff has continually let me down for years now. As others have stated they simply do not return calls and they do not seem to care at all about the patients. So much of my time has been wasted just trying to get simple things like PAs submitted, and all I ever get from them is a bunch of passing the buck and playing ignorant. Being ignored like this is absolutely disrespectful and I think it's time to find another doctor if they can't make it right. I would like to think they will see this review and reach out to me and try to assist, but I am almost 100% certain this will not happen.
Jared Gooch: They are okay. Calling them seems a bit more organized now. Have to see them for checkups on medication every 3 months and if you dont they hold your medication till you do actually go to the appointment.

During these years he has consistently been a compassionate and attentive listener to my health concerns. God has blessed him with a brilliant mind and an empathetic heart, both of which he uses with passion as he cares for his patients. When I am in his office he treats me as though I am the only person that needs his help, never being rushed to finish my appointment. As a diagnostician he is gifted, and does not stop investigating symptoms until he has reached an accurate diagnosis. I know that his care has added years and quality to my life. I also have the most high praise for his nurse practitioner, Brittney. She is highly competent, takes time to answer my questions, and demonstrates her caring heart in every interaction. Dr. Schultz is assisted by several wonderful, caring, and knowledgable nurse practitioners and access to appointments is usually done quickly. He also has practice privileges at all of the local hospitals and messages to the office are easily sent by using DeaconessMyChart. ddee247: Dr. Schultz is a very caring doctor. He asks you questions and listens to what you have to say. I never feel like he's in a hurry when he comes in. My husband, kids, and I have been his patients for years. I took my brother to see him when he was dying of cancer. Dr. Schultz ordered a bone scan that showed the cancer was in his bones. His oncologist and the emergency room doctors he saw never did this, even after months of complaining of severe back pain.

Hazie Goines: Find another doctor. Had a nurse practitioner there 4 or 5 years ago that was great. After she left it was all down hill from there. Doctor scheduled me for a procedure (remove a cyst). When I arrived for the procedure, he had no clue why I was there (so he wasn't even prepared for me at all). The procedure never happened, but I was still charged a ridiculous amount for the visit. Do yourself a huge favor and find a doctor somewhere else. Dr. Michael Myers is decent.
Mark Hall: Absolutely terrible. Called for test results got lied to nothing was wrong but multiple flags on labs. Don’t get a call for follow ups or anything. They see you for one minute act like they’re listening but don’t and then send you out the door. They’ve always been like this here. Staff is great other than majority of np’s and doctors

This is our new ‘go to’ place for anything needed in between our regularly scheduled doctors visits. During my most recent visit, the certified medical assistant, Aleece Cox, was very friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The Doctor was also very kind and efficient, and had me on my way in a matter of minutes. We highly recommend St. Vincent’s Westside Crossing !!
Jim Hunter: While the support staff was very kind and helpful, the nurse practitioner, Donna, was the absolute worst. She never introduced herself and berated me for seeking care, yelling the whole time. When I told her I was recommended to come to an urgent care by other health care professionals, she rolled her eyes. The physical exam was given without direct consent, and it was precursory at best. She seemed to think my symptoms didn't warrant her time. I was sent home with no care, no meds, no help, no new information.Other reviewers have remarked on Donna's poor bedside manner and incompetent work. Believe us. Do everything else but go here. You will not be treated well, and you will not resolve your medical issues.

Brandy Brown: R.K Has Awful bedside manner. Lied about my testing results in my chart, that we’re done in office. The office wouldn’t allow me to switch residents even though I was able to switch a family member prior to this incident. Doesn’t deserve to thrive in this department. Should not be allowed to see patients. Rude about having to refill my medications. My insurance wanted me tested for and put into my file that my medicines were necessary and she didn’t want to put in the referral. Finally switched offices, and deciding to leave a review of my recent experience (been going to family practice since I can remember (5/6) years old. Now 24.
Tracy Fritts: I have left messages for my doctor. It's been already two weeks. They are supposed to call me for a follow-up appointment for my blood clots I had in my lungs haven't done that yet. I know they have seen my messages. I think it's very unprofessional for them to treat me like this. I have done everything they have asked. I had to look up on Google caused I can't seem to get a doctor to answer my question so I have treating myself.

Alyssa Balding: This place treated me like I didn't matter. I had to constantly call and remind them about getting something in for me. They mixed up my paperwork. They didn't fax my paperwork (when they finally found it) when they said they would, and then they cancelled the order that went along with the paperwork without notifying me. The entire time I was the one who had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. It has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I recommend keeping on top of the people at this place if you want something done.
