Alan Mason: The people I worked with for mask fittings did a good job. However, this place took me 10 phone calls over three days to get CPAP supplies. They have no way to let me get supplies with a credit card. One after another person give me different phone numbers to call. They are a mess. They are not knowledgeable and not well trained. They simply do not know how to do anything that is not simple routine. If you have an alternative source of supplies, use it. Amazon made it easy.
Janet Timberlake: Extremely reasonable! Rented a knee scooter for a month @ a price all the other places charged for a week!
Jennifer Fleming: Always professional and kind to my sister and me. Sometimes it is difficult to discuss private medical issues; but, not here. They are a great resource for me!
Cheryl Stroud: Always get waited on quickly. I have been going to this store for about a year. They always make sure I leave with something that will help me. Just bought a lift chair, $100.00 off.
T Fisher: This place charges a facility fee on top of your regular bill that insurance doesn't necessarily cover. I recommend going somewhere else. Staff is not personable.
Mark: It is expensive but the people and accommodations are great.

JAZN Properties: If we could give this place a "0" we would! My husband has been trying to get a breathing machine replaced since late October. We got a call that it was in stock on March 1. Yet we still have no machine because they will not verify our insurance nor will they just let us private pay for it! Do not use this company! You constantly get the run around, robocalls, no return ohone calls nor do they do what is required!
Jordan Baer: The worst run organization I have ever seen. They just don't care and they're jeopardizing people's health. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Can't get through the call center number and the office is locked up for only appts that I have no idea how anyone can schedule.

Tim Williams: Many robo-calls regarding equipment with voicemails not returned. Today, ordering supplies with them, the lady continued to cut me off after using terms like "mask" to describe the hose connecting piece that goes between CPAP tubing and a nasal pillow. (She insisted that was a mask, and that the nasal pillow was a "pad.")I asked for part numbers to clarify I was getting the right thing. She said she has no part number but she offered to scheduled me for a "re-education" session. Wow.Here is a picture of a connector (mask she says) and a nasal pad - I added text for clarity. But I need re-education!She just has HUGE communication issues, well the whole place does when not answering/returning phone calls or successfully communicating simple ideas like "the connecting/swiveling piece is considered the mask part."
Linda Brown: I have never had a problem in dealing with St Vincent’s Medical Supply. I have been a customer for years. On a Friday evening I needed help about my oxygen and a therapist even came back to the after closing. He was very nice about it. I am talking about the store on Logan Drive . Great people.!
Anastasia Meriwether: Don't ever go through them my doctor sent over a order for me I called for now two weeks and Everytime they answer they hang up or have me on hold long time there the worse people to deal with and rude.
Michelle Levels: Do not use this place for you loved ones needs. They not only billed his insurance for the wrong equipment, and got the wrong equipment back, they claim they Never got the order for his correct equipment which I verified in person at the location twice that they had the order and claimed it would take a month to get it. Now my dad has no medical equipment that was ordered by his doctor. The staff is rude and hateful and and refused to allow me to speak with management. I will be filing a complaint with Medicare and Medicaid against this scam company.
