I picked up on it immediately and she was embarrassed to tell me what had happened. As she was explaining her banks policy, he continued to yell "I don't care" over her. Obviously he's a dominating bully, that lacks compassion for others. The bank staff could hear him as well. I really felt I should cancel the purchase, but the bank said they hoped I would continue. It has left a negative feeling on something I should have been excited about. I can't recommend friends or family to go there. How embarrassing!!!!

Ben Wolter: My car had maintenance done here months ago as it was covered under an extended warranty from BMW NA. During this time I was given a quote for a VCG replacement as well as resealing the OFH. I usually do my own work, but started working 7 days a week and didn't have time, so I figured taking my car to the dealer service center would be the next best option. I was wrong. In total the repairs for my car took about 5-6 hours, although they charged about 9 hours of labor (which I know there are fixed hours for repairs, I get it.). But this wasn't even the main issue. I first received a call about an hour before the car was ready, saying another issue was found with a coolant sensor and it would be about 600 to replace. I declined this. Then I received a call with the first words being "we have some bad news". There was a leak with the vacuum pump seal causing oil to spray out making the car undriveable. I was then told that a less than $50 seal (yes, OEM part) would need my car to be held overnight and be a $960 repair job. I said I would call them back. When I called back, I told the service member I did not understand how a small seal would cause such a high repair cost, where he then told me the mechanic working on the car took the vacuum pump out and put it back in again and the leak had stopped, but they did not know if it would start again. I asked if the seal had even been checked to see if it was cracked, it had not been. The vacuum pump had not been an issue before, but they had removed it during the replacement of the valve cover gasket, and upon reinstall it now became an issue making the car inoperable, but suddenly stopped?? This entire situation had me sketched out. So I declined the service and said I would come pick up my car. I left with my car and drove back home (about 45 min) when a strong oil smell picked up and I checked under the hood and oil was leaking onto my exhaust. Once again, this was not an issue before. So in short, I took my car to the service center for a repair, and they ended up just causing more issues and being very untrustworthy during the entire process.

There was milk all in my cup holders, under the seats, on the seats, and on the floor. The men in the service department stopped what they were doing and helped us clean it up. They even cleaned my floor mat and cup holders for me so it wouldn’t be sticky. I’ll continue to do business with anyone who is willing to help when they don’t have to.

Brandon Buck: Bought a used SUV from here about a month or so ago. Sharp vehicle and seemed nice. Took on test drive, check engine light comes on so I bring it up to sales manager (I'm assuming) he ends up checking it and saying there was no code. Check engine light was off so I proceeded. Turns out light comes back on, i check it this time and turns out vehicle has transmission leak on a sealed system and the ecoboost/turbo charge system is failing. They did give me a 6 month 6k mile powertrain plan...but I'm having to take time to get it diagnosed (my expense) to attempt to turn in and see if it's covered. Sales rep was great but manager who did paperwork was shady at best and was not upfront sending me off lot knowing what the light was on for. I will think twice next time....if you go here Roger is great sales rep definetely ask for him, just be careful with managers and take what they say with grain of salt. If this protection plan doesn't cover transmission and ecoboost I'm going to be out a few thousand on top of the high used car prices we are forces to deal with due to chip shortages.
Lewis M: They had a car listed on their website that I really wanted that's hard to find, only come to find when I got there to look at it that it had been sold a week ago. Very misleading. People shouldn't have to call for vehicle availability, they should be able to just show up and look at the vehicle in person. It's not that hard to update a vehicle listing to at least show "sold" or be taken off the list the 'same' day that it's sold.

Jenny L Ogden-Pfingston: My son took my 2019 Sentra to a former dealer to ascertain why all the yellow marks, gouges just above both front doors, missing "plugs" in engine compartment , why a complete set of tires were replaced before the car was a year old, electronics for the dash display are faulty, car honks if pressing resume button, dash display changes randomly, overdrive engages randomly no matter what speed is. My son was told the car had been stolen and partially repaired. Also, no spare tire and jack.
Wendy Young: All our recalls were repaired in a timely matter. Shout out to Norm who made things run smoothly and kept us informed. The mechanic performed a free 5 point inspection on top of the recall repairs. When Toyota makes a half ton Etruck we will definitely be back!!

Leon Kyros: So I bought a car from this Evansville dealership last month everything went wonderful at first. But then within the first week, I notice a long crack down my back window, I called and they said "we had no knowledge of this" which shows me they do not inspect any of their vehicles. So instead of fixing it, they gave me the charger and adapter that was originally supposed to come with the car. But I could not prove it was supposed to, cause the moment I went in to sign the papers they took the car down from their website. Then come to find out a week or two weeks later I find out the car itself has a supercharger issue and they won't fix it because they had me sign an as-is paper in which nothing was offered to me about any kind of warranty or services. Now it has been over a month they have failed to give me tags, registration, or plates. So now I can't drive the vehicle because now the temp license plate is expired. I tried to return the car but they will not accept it even though both me and the dealer that sold me the car signed an affidavit that states "If you do not receive a valid certificate of title within the time specified by this affidavit. You have the right to return the vehicle to the vehicle dealer 10 days after giving the vehicle dealer written notice demanding delivery of a valid certificate of title within that 10 days. Upon return of the vehicle to the vehicle dealer in the same or similar condition as when It was delivered to you the vehicle dealer shall pay you the purchase price plus sales tax, finance expenses, insurance expenses, and any other amount that you paid to the vehicle dealer" to which it has been over 10 days since I have asked them for my title and plates. [Even asked twice].This will be the last time I trust any dealership [Sorry to any future dealership I go to cause I will never come back nor reccomend this dealership to anyone.] Cause I will be making sure not a single thing is wrong with my next car before it leaves the lot. I will also read every single paper front to back before I even think of signing it.So not only did they not let me know of the two defects of the vehicle they also are breaking the affidavit they signed. I have never in my life had any issues with a dealership until now. [I have bought 4 vehicles in my life] so all in all I will see lux in court. James Redden: *I hate reading long reviews, but I want to be specific so I don't seem like some disgruntled unappeasable customer.Glad I waited a while to write my review. Purchasing the vehicle was easy. Getting money they contractually owe back is the most difficult part. This money they owed me wasn't me asking for a fix, or just some other general customer complaint asking for additional compensation. This was getting money back from a cancelation, a cancelation I told them they would have to process when I refinanced it. This was a GAP insurance cancelation I initiated by email back in NOVEMBER of 2022. I just received the check yesterday, the 29th of March 2023. Multiple calls between then and now, I was told each time it was on the way. Never received. Finally 3 weeks ago I called, then was told "It fell thru the cracks and would be mailed out next day." (3 weeks later I get it). So if your looking for a good car, they are a good place. If you're looking for service after the sale. Steer clear (Car pun intended).Ask them about this specific review, and ask them how someone can be owed money and it takes 4 months. There is no excuse. I took a chance on a nonfranchise dealer purchase. I will never make that mistake again. They get one star because I love the car, but their mishandling after is why I can't go any higher in my review. Pathetic

We got a 2015 infinite which would come with warranty that would cover pretty much everything. Well we have had some problems with it. Gas gauge wasn't working like couple months after we had it. One of the salesman recommended Answer. Well Answer couldn't get ahold of warranty company to see if they would cover it. They have our car for 3 weeks. Than the infinite dealership toke it gave us a list of problems with but the warranty only cover the starter which there's nothing wrong it with they don't even cover the labor everything they claim that's it wrong with it was about $5200. Then just recently the wheel bearing ain't working called lux talk to salesman of course the one we have been talking to is either off or ain't here right now. so was told he will call back. Well didn't hear from him had to call back totell him if they could just pay the part & my fiancee will do the labor went to Oreilys Lux only paid like $12. I understand car have problems but dealership need to go by their word. They're not doing that.

Brenndah Colyer: I bought a beautiful 2007 Jaguar from Lux Motors 2 years ago and Friday evening I went out to go for a drive and due to a low battery in the key fob, the car would not start. Not a problem, you can insert the key fob into a slot in the console and off you should be able to go. Nope, the valet key came out of the fob and would not lock into place.To rescue came Lux Motors! They drove to my house and were able to start the car and did agree that the design for the fob was not good. This gentleman brought a new remote battery for the fob and a jumpstart just to make sure that he covered all bases!Two years after a purchase, I was treated with wonderful service! Lux Motors is a premier location to find that special car and they behind every purchase! Best place in town and I would recommend them to anyone!
