Elliott was one of our favorites, very kind, knowledgeable and can tell he cares about his customers, he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted! Joe was also another one of our favorites he was very kind and caring, he had our house done and move in ready before a month of getting our home in, even with all the rain we had. We have the right property now and will start building soon!
Richard Deffendall: World class team right here! They knocked it out of the park! These guys put the P in Professional. Elliot greeted us the day we walked in just shopping answering any and all questions (and we had a lot) to the day we closed, never disappointing. We had a rather lengthy process with the lender due to some land issues on our end and Elliot and Chris treated it like it was their own problem and helped us every step of the way, calling us randomly checking in to see how things were going or if they needed to do anything. If you're not shopping with these guys, then I feel bad for you! They have our business for life, (but hopefully this is our forever home).

Molly Stoffel: Latisha took her time and explained everything to me, even though I wasn't able to buy a home right now. She was incredibly kind to me, and didn't treat me like I was wasting her time. She said, "Molly, not right now, doesn't mean not ever, it just means that we have work to do." She made me feel like she cared. She even gave me a plan on how things I could work on, and didn't try to pressure me. The place I went to in Illinois once I told the guy my credit score he told me I couldn't buy a house and actually laughed at me. I was so embarrassed. Latisha still checks in on me from time to time and I'm not ready yet, but hopefully by spring of 2024 my credit will be up to where I will be ready. If you are considering, go talk to Latisha, she is kind, patient, and very helpful.

Dakota Whitehouse: Can someone help me or direct me to the right place to actually receive some help?We bought our house in 2017. We have had issues with our house staying cool the entire time we have lived in it. We moved in October 2017, and complained. They sent someone out to look and said the AC was working fine. 🤷🏻♀️ It was already late in the year, so it cooled down quickly. Summer came around and our house was so HOT, specifically our livingroom/kitchen area. I sent emails, I called, I sent more emails. Dead ends, and eventually no response. Since then, we have gotten married, had twins, and our twins are almost 2. Last year we got a rolling AC unit, to cool down our main room, because I was afraid our babies would get too hot. Today, right now, our thermostat says its 80°. It honestly feels hotter. The only decent place is right in front of the rolling AC we got.I have sent so many emails and called so many times over the years. 😭 I dont know what else I'm supposed to do. It was annoying and aggravating for us to be sitting in the heat, but when it comes to our babies I just cant take it anymore. This is awful!!Please help!I have been complaining and contacting them since we moved in and I dont know what else to do. 😭😭😭

Life is A Dream: Owned and operated by the same crooks that sold me a mobile home and refused to give me the title. I had to pay an attorney to get a title for a transaction that occurred 3 years earlier. These people went as far as having their own maintenance manager charged with fraud when he was taking the necessary steps to get me the title. This mobile home park may be operating without a valid license.

Vicki Stephens: Been here 9 years been nice up till now. Can't wait to get out. The new manager has the entire place under surveillance. Has a vengeance against the old manager so takes it out on anyone who is friends with her. Thinks she can over ride water and electric company rules and disconnect you at any time it pleases her. Jeremy Paddock: The harsh notification when we were late on a bill was a bit drastic. But other than that, they have done us good. Parks are usually clean and easily accessible. Also, an abandoned trailer rather close to us has sat for some time. Certainly animals, and possible drug addicts have been the only residents. Can those be done away with? Please?

ty bruce: Beware if you live here ,Jeri, the lady who runs it, will do everything in her power to make your life miserable. they only give you like 10 days before she files eviction. she plays favorites allows some residents to do things that other residents aren't allowed to do, and if you get on her bad side, whoa watch out. Her main overall go is to evict you and steal your trailer so she can sell it for profit. 99 times out of 100, when people are evicted they do not have the means necessary to move a trailer. not only are they difficult to move, the really hard part is having somewhere to move it to, and she knows this and takes full advantage of it.
L Harris: I'll give a better review as requested they help in the time of need for us, allow us to pay a late fee they understand our situation, but this place there are still things that are not okay there's still theif and people keep breaking our windows if the kids parents taught there kids right we would not be harrassed by kids and mouthed off, this is aloud to be put because it nothing to do with office.

Sheila Akers-Rife: Went in on a recommendation of a friend. Wasn’t sure what they had available for housing options I asked about rentals the said no. Never brought up any other options that one may have to reside there. When I saw a sign and called it the woman who answered the pine was rude and impolite. When I asked why she didn’t tell me there were other options she simply stated because in didn’t ask. As a leasing company you would think that they would be more helpful.
Shannon Bland: I don’t recommend anyone to live in this trailer park because they constantly trying to get you evicted to get your property which is your trailer! They say they give you 5 days to pay the lot rent but they will close the office on 4th of July which is on a Saturday so you only have 3 days to pay then want to charge you $70 dollar late fee then on Monday serve you with a eviction notice saying you have to be out in 4 days! Because they can keep your trailer! This place is a major joke so if you want to be taken advantage of and harassed afor paying your lot rent do not buy or rent mobile homes in his trailer park! And the property owner will not return your phone calls! Not to mention that the maintenance crew will steal your property! This is the worst place i have ever lived!

Scott McCain: We had a pleasant experience here just camping in the back of the campground for a weekend. There is a little gift shop on grounds for the basic necessities. I recommend some shower shoes as they are not the best looking ones in the world.

Angela Allen: I was there last summer and was looking at a double wide and everything was great with this lady well then I realized that I wasn't ready to make that purchase that big of a purchase yet so I was still looking around recently I found a lady that lives in the park that's selling her home I went to the office and I asked a question like I know you help with financing so can you point me in the right direction she stayed out bluntly told me sorry we're not going to finance or even help finance even though that home is as beautiful because it was somebody else selling it they couldn't get any extra money out of you

Douglas Flowers: Management harasses people who don't live there, sheriffs are always hanging around, been pulled over 3 times leaving there harassed and searched each time and they've never found a thing and was a bogus reason for even stopping me. Once because there was too much dust on my license plates from a gravel Rd., Once for legal window tint, and once because the sheriff didn't see my seatbelt witch was on when he came to my window and immediately wanted to search my vehicle.
