John Thomas Kaiser: I went here to get my phone repaired because it wasn't charging very well. The repair tech looked in the charger hole and said there was lint in there. I took it home and dug out the lint, and it works like new. That guy probably saved me $90, and I'll definitely go back in the future.

No one was willing to help me at AT&T, where I have always done business & have never changed carriers. I was so disappointed & upset when I left AT&T. I was beside myself. I went from there to Batteries Plus & within 1/2 an hour, he replaced the battery in my phone & had it up & running. I couldn't thank that man enough for helping me that way he did & all the while I was choking back tears. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

When I got my device back I noticed there were some scratches that were on the back of the phone that weren't there when I dropped my device off. When I called and told them, they offered to replace the back glass free of charge. I will for sure go back to them in the future.

Kimberly Waterbury: Totally cannot believe this. AT&T sent me to Smart Phone repair, they wanted at least 165 and sent me back to AT&T and they told me it would be 150 and sent me to uBreakiFix. And you’re never going to believe what Cody did for me in less than10 minutes. He was able to get my phone out of a boot loop in addition they helped me out with a dictation issue that AT&T couldn’t fix in over 30 minutes of troubleshooting. But in less than 2 minutes Cody at uBreakiFix was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do, and ensured me he’d do it for me if I needed to come back. These guys rock, best kept secret. Dustin and Zach were amazing up front as well.

Jason Schuler: Had my screen fixed on a Nord n10 for 100 dollars. When done, the phone had the headphones icon on. So it wouldn't play sound through the phone nor could I make calls without Bluetooth. The associate was perplexed, I had to call the next day and tell him I need it fixed after my battery lasted 4 hours and went in and out of service randomly while dropping calls. He ordered a new audio jack. I had to wait for the audio jack. He put the audio jack in and it was okay for a minute. Then I noticed the screen coming apart from the phone after my phone constantly thought it was in pocket mode. The screws were loose, or messed up, or whatever, the new screen I ordered was coming apart. I took it back again he did something and it was better but still randomly thinks it is in pocket mode. So I gave up and just turned pocket mode off. No new problems yet. Was not offered a discount for all the problems, I guess a new audio jack/charging port that they messed up in first place was supposed to be my consolation prize for a job not done well.

Went here hoping I wouldn't have to spend $800+ on new phone and sure enough to my surprise, it was fixed in 30 minutes for $130! Highly recommend this place. A lot of phone repair stores charge unreasonable amounts to fix a minor issue compared to this place who fixed numerous issues for less than the competitors price for ONE issue.

They returned it to the store & brought the new one that I chose back to the house & installed all on the very same day. They didn't leave until I was comfortable with the operation of my TV & streaming. There are no words that are good enough to describe my gratitude!!!

Got online and was able to make an appointment for 10 minutes from then. Proceeded to explain a problem with my computer bought from there not recognizing my new ssd I had just bought there as well. Wanted to charge me $100 for a diagnostics of an empty computer and then another $100 to install the operating system even though I have a flash drive from Microsoft to install it myself, they just won't accept anything from customers. Terrible service just looking to screw you over is the bottom line. Stay away and buyer bewareUpdate: only problem my computer had was it didn't recognize my new harddrive as a boot option. All it took was to connect it by a USB SATA cable to get the computer to recognize it, then insert it in the proper place and all is well now. Could've wasted $200 but very glad I didn't.

Nathan Gehlhausen: After shopping at various stores I returned to best buy because of Jordan. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hope of recovering data from my old phone that had gotten ran over. All of the other places said there was no hope, but Jordan was familiar with all of the new features and was able to recover all of the data from my old Samsung S4 and put it on my newly purchased S9! He also helped my add the screen protector. It was great to see a sales associate KNOW the products they sell and not just someone looking to sell something.
