Tabitha Reed: I wish there was an option for zero stars. My grandparents bought a brand new dodge ram in 2018, and since last January, they have made 19 trips to Expressway for problems. They say they don’t know what it is, and keep resetting the computer system. The engine light comes back on within days. The backup camera comes on driving down the road. The screen on the radio is all bubbled. Disgusted with the fact that no one there is willing to do more than say they don’t know what is wrong.
