SAD NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO READ A MECHANICAL GAS GUAGE ANYMORE. HOPING FOR A FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND OF THIS OVERCHARGE. Joshua Worthington: Absolutely terrible experience. Do not use.I used the website to rent a 26ft truck for moving out of town. When I arrived, they told me they have one, but it's not allowed to leave the city and that the website shouldn't have let me order it for a one way move.The next size truck they had that could go one way was only 15ft. With no other choice I had to take it. Now I'm forced to make multiple 3 hour drive (one way) trips with my pickup because they didn't have the equipment I needed to move despite the website saying they did. I also have to take multiple days off work because of all the extra trips. Extreme waste of my time and terrible customer experience.I'll never use U-Haul again and highly encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere as the equipment you rent might not even be available despite what their website says.

Mike Frank: This place is a dumpster fire. People working front counter are rude and could care less about being helpful.Rented 6x12 cargo trailer weeks in advance with 2 dozen moving pads. Waited for staff to finish talking and checking their phones. Eventually got around to my reservation. No moving pads (3rd time renting from them and 3rd time no moving pads despite being part of the reservation). I made the mistake of asking if they could call around or look into the U-Haul system to find a location that had moving pads available. The counter person side no and walked away. Inside staff is useless and rude. Left me on my own to call around to find moving pads which were clear on the other side of town. So much for a reservation.Only bright spot were the 2 guys working outside. There was a small problem with the trailer, they work quickly to resolve the issue and were apologetic for the delay. Maybe U-Haul needs to move those guys inside.

After calling several places and them not having the trailer we needed to haul this item, this place did, I was so relieved. Everything was set up. Took my credit card to hold it. The lady that took the reservation had asked when we would be picking it up and we had said we were planning 7 am. Now, we had to drive 5 hrs and we told her that so we weren't exactly sure but that's what we had planned for. Of course, naturally we ran into traffic and construction so our drive took longer than 5 hrs. We decided since the place was close to where we were buying the item, that we would stop there first and look at the item real quick(to make sure we were going to buy it for sure) then go get the trailer. I decided to call and let them know we were running late, but we still are planning to get the trailer and we will be heading there, explained we ran into traffic and our drive was longer. We had left at 3 am!!! What does she tell me..... They didn't hear from us so the gave the trailer away, they wouldn't have one until the next day!!!! ARE YOu KIDDING ME!!!!! I told them the night before WE WERE DRIVING FROM 5 HRS AWAY.... you would think they could have at least called to see if we were still needing it!!! She proceeded to tell me "I told you if you were 15 mins late to call and let us know"... NO, she didn't!!! I even had her on speaker phone so my husband can hear the conversation of reserving it and he never heard her say that!!! If I would have known, I would have called. I never rented a trailer before, so I didn't know how it worked. I figured, they took my info to hold it, I didn't think they would cancel it!!! So after calling several other U Hauls AGAIN, I finally found another one that had the trailer we needed, However, it was 30 mins away, back the way we came from... So needless to say, I am very upset with this place and I will be calling the corporate office!!! Do not do business with this place!!!

shelly bushrod: The staff is extremely rude. Kept trying to charge me extra days, when indeed I already paid for the extra days. I put a 100 up to make sure my mileage would be covered. However 79x100 so I drove 21.80 miles and didn’t get nothing but 13 cents back. I tried explaining I paid for the extra days out of my debit card, with my bank statement confirming it. I’m waiting for corporate to fix my account now. But as for the uhaul staff here locally is a complete joke. Not one person was accurate about uhaul’s rental information. Last but not least!!! She wanted me to leave the keys in the truck and said I would get a email I never received. I made it very clear that I am not comfortable not doing a walk through with someone. No worries on my end, I went and snap pictures for my proof. Unprofessional rude, and to keep hanging up on a customer that is owed money is a disgrace.

I called the second time, and the lady misinformed me about an extra payment for expedited shipping and was not helpful or friendly. I called Owensboro branch. I will give them 10 stars. Day and night difference! I am driving the extra miles and going to Owensboro.

Lucas Pate: I just had a propane tank filled here. Leaving this review was an immediate priority. They asked a teenage employee to go outside and filled the tank. She googled how to fill a propane tank in front of me, then started to fill it after about 5 minutes. Then she asked to take a picture of my credit card on her personal phone so she could later "put it in the system". I told the most senior employee on duty I would be paying with cash and informed them of the incident. The employee shrugged off the complaint and offered no recourse. She said taking personal photographs of customers' credit cards was commonplace!! After the tank was filled they left it across the parking lot at the fill station. The valve and protective cap were LEFT OPEN. How does this place operate? The whole staff was spacy, unkempt, and unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for propane or moving needs.

Dylan Buchold: Criminal operation, charged me $300 on damages despite none occuring in the very short amount of time I was in possession of their truck. This effectively quadrupled the original agreed price of my rental. Absolute scam.

Kendra Powell: Spoke with management to have a uBox shipped a month after loading it as I wasn't sure where the nearest location would be at my new address. For whatever reason, uhaul shipped my box three weeks early without even getting the transportation payment. Tried to call this location to get it fixed and they just said I needed to call the 800 number with no explanation or apologizes anything. Now I'm calling all over to figure out how to get my stuff where I need it.

They charged me for the next month even tho I told them I was removing my stuff that day. The lady refused to even give me a number for someone above her. I will never deal with this place ever again. (I NEVER received the refund for the extra month I was charged. We have tried calling and all the ever say is they have to talk to their boss. I’ve still been waiting and her we are starting March with still no refund or even a return call.)

Simon Leon: The Store & 🔒 Lock was not busy. They have both Climate Controlled and Regular with No climate control. You can go anytime you want too to access your storage unit day or night. They have very nice units for Rent.

Madi: The facility is very clean and new-looking. The employee (Angie?) who processed my rental was very kind and gave me a tour of the facility. The outside needs some work - there are potholes that create lakes of water in the parking lot that you have to dodge constantly. I would not recommend going around the back entrance with anything smaller than an SUV.Other than that, the indoor facility is very clean and well-organized.
