H & H Music Service: what do users think?
knight turn knight: Very friendly and helpful. Took time with helping the child to choose an instrument wisely. Office staff was very efficient and friendly. They make buying an instrument easy.
AJ Talbert: The only thing better than spending some time on a free day here is that I get to work here too. Good quality products for prices that you won't find anywhere that can beat them.
Joni Zarnoth: Very nice and reasonable!
Robert Cason: The best people, the best service. Period.
Jackie Chin: They are friendly and responsive. Would recommend to friends.
Alistair Hinton: Excellent, efficient and courteous service. We look forward to further dealings with H&H.
Alan Wolfinger: Got my trumpet in tip top shape! Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Practice rooms to try out instruments!
Megan Reburn: H&H has wonderful customer service! Great local company for rental and purchase of instruments and any accessories you might need for them.
Tyler Dixon: The team is super friendly and knowledgeable. It appears they have a good selection and prices. Good deals on sheet music and we really like their rental program. The store is clean and organized. No complaints.
Sara Pillow: H&H Music's staff if very friendly and helpful. They set us up with a previously owned instrument since our student was new to band and we weren't sure how long he would stick with it. When we needed to make change in instruments, they were more than happy to accommodate. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Terry Schaefer: needed some sheet music and Corina ,helped me out.also my name is mike schaefer ,not terry
Jessica Hayes: Great value and service! We highly recommend!
Rosemarie Ivaldi: Great company
Kelly Grimes: 1 week after buying a professional tenor saxophone from H and H, a tornado took our house. The Sax was wrapped and under the tree. By the Grace of God, my husband found the box it was in, soaking wet and frozen. Within hours Mr. Emerson (band director) picked it up and took it home to dry it out. The next day Kelly from H and H picked it up and went through it with a fine tooth comb. I was able to surprise my daughter two weeks later with her new Professional Tenor Sax. Kelly did not have to do this, it was bought and paid for but that is just the type of people you deal with at H and H. The blessed us with repairs free of charge!!
Susan Hutz: I really enjoy working with Kelly at H&H Music Service. The folks there are excellent communicators and are very conscientious in the way they conduct business. I would recommend them very highly. I have found them to be very honest and trustworthy in their business practices.
Sandy Bouchie: I know the owners of H & H and they are wonderful people and their whole family loves music and are very talented. Visit H & H for you music needs, you won't be sorry.
Daniel Craig: I have been doing business with H&H Music since 1990. You won't find a more knowledgeable staff or more courteous service. They stand behind their products and have continually served the USI Music Program with excellence.
Alison Dudley: Very professional and always puts my needs first. Have used this company for 11 years now and still going back.
Amber Gordon: Always very helpful and kind. They never seem to get annoyed by my cluelessness.
David Gereghty: I highly recommend H&H Music for all music needs. The staff is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to give all customers a great experience. They are a great resource to this community!
Randy Parker: For ALL of your music needs big or small!

Samantha: Closed early :(
Chris Ritchie: I have always loved dealing with Tim. He has a wide range of excellent knowledge and helped me get sound equipment for several churches for me.
John Perry: Good selection of guitars and cables etc. Lacks some other necessary equipment so I went to Guitar Center. However will say that store personnel was friendly and helpful just didn't have a lot of selection for the total audio and music enthusiast.
Craig “Big Chungus”: great people, very helpful too. not like the douch bags at guitar center
kerry beard: Did not come to Indiana to buy a guitar, but walked into the store and found a guitar that I had been wanting for years! They made me a good deal, restrung & setup the guitar on the spot! Very friendly & knowledgable staff! Came back to Florida with a dream guitar! Thank-you!
Nick Hollander: Simple store with great service. He will not try and sell you every gimmick 9Out there. He sells you what you need to get the sound you want.
Jerad Last: I have a seagull s6 original, took here to get it set up by a professional and wow he did a great job, way better than guitar center ever did. Cost $30 so close to the price of guitar center but way better work and way better service. All local people should go here when they can
Gill Gill: The Den has been my go-to music store for the past nine years and I would recommend them to anyone. Passionate and knowledgable staff.
Green River Jones: Tim and the staff are great. Solid advice great products and service.Curt Jones

Wetzel Violins: what do users think?
Samantha: I'm always so comfortable when Rebecca works on my instrument. She always does a great job. I appreciate her craftsmanship so much!
John Roach: Having my violin/bow repaired by Rebecca was by far the worst experience of my life. The top had a crack to repair and the bow needed a re-hair and frog repair. When I dropped it off in January 2020 she told me she would have everything repaired and setup in 2 weeks. A month went by and I called her to check on the status. She said 2 more weeks. The next time I called she said about 2 weeks. Throughout 2020 I probably called a dozen times for a status update and she would always say 2 weeks. We spoke in January and February of 2021 and it was always not ready. Finally in the beginning of April 2021 I called and she said it was ready. Thank goodness! At this point I just wanted it back so I didn’t have to deal with her anymore. We scheduled a date and time a week out for me to pick it up. I drove an hour and a half to her house, knocked on the door and she said it wasn’t done yet. I didn’t even know what to say. She said it would only take a couple hours to finish and she might have it done that day. I couldn’t even speak. I pulled my head together and asked her if I could see it. Guess what? It was no where near being completed at all and to top it all off she said my bow was done yet she had never even taken it out of the case. The 200 year old hair was still falling off of it. Against my better judgment, I left it with her. She said she would complete it and ship it that week with no charge on anything. Ironically, 2 weeks later I got my fiddle. She did apologize and I do appreciate that but I learned throughout this turmoil that I have got to be the nicest, most patient human on the planet. 0 stars was not available to rate
Diana Brown: Diamond 💎 in the rough,,,, was not expecting such a great store in a place that does not even look like a place of business from the outside,,, looks like a residential area
Heather Matheis: Kind owner who works hard!
Patrick Scheidegger: I dunno about this place. Very expensive! But she knows what she is doing!! PRO LUTHIER!!!
Alex Schafer: There great and hard working
Matt Wells: We traveled to Evansville from an hour away to find a violin for my daughter. We aren't from Evansville, so we weren't exactly sure where to look, and we ran across this place on Google. We called them to ask if they were open and if they had many violins to choose from, and the lady that answered the phone was not pleasant, and with a very " Caddy Tone" she said" Well, we are a violin store aren't we?". I hung up on her, and we will go elsewhere.
Bruce Beard: Having utilized this repair shop for the expert re-stringing, tuning and repair of my own 4/4, I can honestly say the proprietor is far and above any other individual in her field with regards to the history and development of the stringed instrument. I know of no other person who has all the facets of the violin. The repairs and refurbishment of my instrument was completed in good time, without delay and at a reasonable price. I appreciate all she has done for me with regards to the violin.I appreciate Mrs Wetzel for all she has helped me with thus far.
Rob Schnautz: My parents bought me my violin from them in 1999 and I still have it serviced there. It's a family I trust.
Miriam Roca: Lindas cosas de buena calidad..
Kellyann Walker: Very knowledgeable. Great service.
Lucas Pate: Top notch service, there's no where else around I would take my violin to be serviced. I refer my violin students here to this day!
Lisa Smiddy: Excellent service & very knowledgeable, & friendly
L Barnett: Great place I love 🎻🎻!!😀👍👍👍
Steve Black: Super nice people.
Adam Martin: Rebecca was excellent!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way she could.
Cassandra Ainsworth: Rebecca does a wonderful job! She restored my 200 year old cello, repaired and rehaired my bow and numerous other needed things over the years.I wouldn't go to anyone else !
A Hatfield: Excellent service. Really helpful and friendly.

Moore Guitars: what do users think?
James & Rebecca Perry: Lots of awesome guitars. Great selection
Steve Messa: A nice music store full of friendly and helpful people
Allison Cantu: Brought in multiple guitars for adjustment and pulled them out of the shop worse than they came in. They also told me my amp was ready for pickup and it was still broken.
Chad C. Watson: Best selection of gear and outstanding customer service!
Aaron Thomas: This is a great music store. Nice, neat, and clean. Helpful staff.
Russ Shaber: These guys were great. The only problem, I was going to keep my new PRS HB2 10 top locked away in the case, but it plays and sounds so good I can't keep my hands off her. My other guitars are jealous.
Garry Simmons: I bought a PRS Studio in Dec 2022. Great price and service on a great guitar. High res photos. Accurate weights. Fast, free shipping. A flawless transaction. Recommended.
Brandi Muensterman: Always knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly when I'm shopping for my son's gifts.
True Dat: I would give them 4.5 stars if I could. No need to knock their ratings down for a half star.Found them on YouTube, checked out their website site, saw a guitar that looked awesome, and bought it because it looked cool. Didn't necessarily need it, but it was a brand I've been wanting to checkout for a while now, so I thought win-win.1) I must say that I love free shipping, especially when attached with UPS. Love the fact they use UPS, bless your soul. Box traveled 3,000 miles during the busiest time of the year and arrived without a single dent or crease in the cardboard.2) Also love the fact that they double box it.3) They add a goodie bag with guitar picks, stickers, coffee sample (very balanced), green swively thing (not really sure what it is), inspection card, etc.The little things that add up making the biggest difference.Delivery and presentation 150%, 👏 👏NOW, this is where I deduct a half star.I purchased a breedlove guitar that's absolutely stunning and very well crafted given the low price tag attached, a very solid beautiful guitar that looks and feels as though it should be twice its normal cost. While inspection this gem I couldn't help but notice all these hairline scratches all over it. Most notably this one that is an easy foot in length on a cold day.Hoping it'll buff out, we shall see.It isn't any thing to throw a fit over, not going to return it because of it. Me being ocd and when I think new, purchase new, I expect new to be presented to me. This is the 3rd guitar in a row that I have purchased online with subpar results vs my expectations in the last 2 months.Although this is very low in comparison to a dried out & cracked fretboard, 2 1/2" gouge in the sound board, with over sanded/beveled edges at a $2100 price tag that is supposedly NEW, that must have experienced "disturbed shipping" their words...And still currently waiting on my refund...Gotta say, my confidence in online guitar purchases is at an extreme low. This was almost a prefect experience with Moore guitars, so close. Looking at all their great reviews, beautiful presentation, YouTube, etc. They have passion for what they do and it's very noticeable.Great reviews and kind words behind us, would I purchase another guitar from them? Mmm I don't know, probably not. But that's just me, with my opinion from my online shopping experiences for guitars. I don't know if I'll ever buy a guitar online again period. Just from my own experiences.Your experiences could be something completely different.
James Wittgen: I got a feva’ - and the prescription isMOORE cowbell!!!MUST READ -We went to a couple of other shops around town and decided to land here to buy our teenager his first electric guitar for his 16thB-day. I can’t say enough GREAT things about the experience we have had. ALLEN could not have put things together any better!Fairytale analogy -Allen brought in the young prince to interact and “dance” with several worthy candidates( Strat, Les, Tele, etc.) to find the one that matched his style and taste. And after spending some time together - BAM, he made his decision! Then he picked out all the different wedding colors and trim. It truly was the perfect way to begin a lifelong relationship!!! Allen is a CHAMP!Tasty trivia about the staff -Ed can drop GNR’s Paradise City like nobody’s business! TRUE!!!Moore Music is where it’s at!!!!!!James W.
D Man: First time and last time ordering from their online service. Ordered item then received an email it had shipped then a day later the order was cancelled because it was out of stock. Mmmm out of stock after shipping. Be very cautious ordering on line i don't trust them.
Scott Gentry: Great brands, knowledgable staff.
Randy: The staff were very friendly and helped us pick the perfect guitar.
Leslie Brown: I ordered my Taylor 512ce from Moore Guitars, and I couldn't be happier. I live in rural northwest Pennsylania, and I have very few local Taylor dealers, and forget finding a 5x2 model; so, I have to shop online. Moore Guitars provides great photos of the actual guitar, so I was able to view in great detail the actual guitar for sale, before I decided to purchase. Moore Guitars' return policy made me feel much more comfortable buying such a fine guitar online, so I decided to buy. Checkout was easy, and the guitar was shipped quickly. The guitar arrived right on time, in pristine condition, and with some extra freebies that I actually use. I would not hesitate to buy my next fine guitar from Moore Guitars. Thank You!
Jesse Riddle: The staff here is great. I’ve worked with Hannah and Ed before and they’ve always treated me right. They’ve got great guitars in all price points too. Would highly recommend this place.
Blake Adler: Love this shop. Truly, they are so helpful and nice! Such a refreshing experience in this city!
Sara Russell: I go to Evansville Academy of Music at Moore 's. The staff at Moore's is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Kennedy's Locksmithing: Amazing store!Great people very knowledgeable!Highly recommend!
Mike McD: $21.81 for 2 packages of guitar strings. Fender 9s and super slinky’s. I Should’ve been charged between $12 and $13. When I ask why the prices aren’t posted in front of the merchandise he said that’s not his department. Fender 9s cost $8.99 but Moore music charged me $15. Not in my 18 years of playing guitar have I ever been charged so much for strings. Completely shameful way of doing Business. Wasn’t even given a proper receipt that list the items and price just a small receipt that had the total.
Carolyn Goforth: Very clean and good service.
Mike Melvin: Fantastic, friendly customer service. Great selection of equipment with knowledgeable staff that drops anything they’re doing to help you. I’m a beginner guitar player and bought my guitar and take lessons there and have a great instructor. I had no prior musical experience and everyone is helpful.
