Midwest Neurological PC: what do users think?
Justin Beach: I had a terrible experience here. I never even got to see the Dr. The staff and supervisor were so incredibly rude it was unbelievable. The supervisor told me that the reviews on Google don't matter because they have thousands of customers. If I were a provider here I would be upset to see how many patients never made it to them just because their staff upset them. They use the fact that there services are in demand so their customer service doesn't matter. Trust me you would have more negative reviews if your older customers knew how to use the internet. I can only imagine how many seniors and people without the mental cognitive ability they were rude to that just didn't know how to complain.
Sabrina Ragler: The two ladies at the front desk were extremely rude. Even to the extent, the second women who was not even involved joined in to bully me in their office. I was told repeatedly on the phone and upon arrival "you should have been here a long time ago" "I don't know if he will see you still" etc. I finally said nevermind just give me documentation that I was here. They kept my pre filled out paperwork, and I double checked the policy and even the website and there is no warning of needing to arrive 30 minutes early. Regardless, even though Dr. Francis wanted to see me, I refused to see him due to the blatant unprofessionalism of his office staff. I cant image having to deal with this office more then today. He may be a great Dr. but due to his staff I will never know. As a first time patient, I was mortified.
The Wandering Unicorn: I went in for an EEG that I now have to retake elsewhere because they didn't give me any pretest instructions. No caffeine for 24 hours. You are only to have so many hours of sleep. The staff was extremely rude. The surrounding buildings look abandoned. That should have been a red flag, along with the negative reviews.Don't go here and waste your time, money, and pain.
Katie: Great office with great staff. Really liked the doctor I was assigned. Felt like he really took the time to listen rather than jumping to conclusions.
Erin Nixon: Dawn- rudest secretary I've ever spoken to.Kim-one of the worst Supervisors I have ever spoken to. She condones all the bad behavior from her employees.Kristie-billing Sdept stated no bills then turned around and stated a bill. She was rude as well.As a caregiver for my mother, they are one of the worse medical facilities I have ever dealt with. After reviewing all the reviews, seems I'm not the only one..if you can avoid this location, please do. They don't even reach out for your results. Trash facility. Kim even stated she didn't even care about the bad review. Pathetic.
Amelia: Inaccessible- unable to talk to anyone or get answers or documents without having to play phone tag for a couple weeks.Degrading- discussion about my symptoms and relapses were shrugged off and I was treating as though I was hysterical. If you need help please go elsewhere.
Shelby Phelps: Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with a medical facility.I had a seizure in January in Indianapolis. I wanted to schedule an EEG and establish a neurologist in Evansville—huge mistake. I was referred by TWO different doctor’s offices for an appointment and an EEG. Each time, the office staff at Midwest Neuro said they would call me back. They never called me back. When they did call me back, they said I needed a specific referral form filled out, even though I was never provided said form. The last time I talked to them was 6 weeks ago, and they still never called me back.I would HIGHLY recommend making the drive to Indy and avoid Midwest Neuro at all costs. It is an absolute shame that I wasted my time waiting to hear from them when I could have been using that time seeing a specialist in Indianapolis.
Tammy Mehringer: This place is a joke. Dr. Brandt was very kind and thorough but the office employees have no clue how to run a business. Paid my $60 co-pay day of visit, like always, just to have them send me a $60 reimbursement check for overpayment, 2 months later I get a certified letter stating they are canceling my next appointment and will no longer be able to care for me due to a $60 co-pay they have not received when I have not even had a follow-up appointment yet. Mind you my deductible and my out of pocket had already been met so all I had to pay was co-pay. Very rude when I called to find out what was going on. This was their mess up not mine.
Kay Dee: I was seeing Dr. Fadheel at this office to treat my multiple sclerosis. During his time as my doctor he had me on an injectable medication to prevent relapses. The injections were painful, left divets in my skin and I was still relapsing. I lost feeling in my legs and went blind in one eye temporarily but he would not explore other medication options.
The Squids Of the shadow realm: Everyone in this office is very rude
Gena Koconis: Dr. Francis seems put out to answer any of your questions. Horrid bedside manner. Waited days for his nurses to schedule the testing that the doctor ordered, I ended up having to call and get the tests scheduled myself.
Alicia M.: Went to this place of business yesterday on a business run and I have to say EVERYONE in this doctors off was EXTREMELY RUDE. Especially, the blondie at the receptionist desk. There was an issue that we stumble upon and she kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell her the situation and would not let me finish asking my question without interrupting me. This was my first and last time here. I only gave the one star because Dr. Fadhill was extremely kind and thorough. That’s it! I do NOT recommend anyone going here. AT ALL. Terrible. Terrible. Customer service.
Cindy Dickens: They called me and said they had a cancelation and asked if I could come in at 11 the next day. Told me it would only take 45 minutes. I am still sitting here at noon waiting to be seen. I have a job I took time off to be here. The reception was rude and said I could reschedule. Hmm.. I just took two hours off work today. Now you want me to take another two hours off another day. Still sitting here waiting. I will never be back here. When they bill me, I should send them my bill for missing work.
T Fisher: Dr Fadheel is kind and compassionate as well as extremely knowledgeable about how to treat my needs as a patient. I am treated like a human before a patient as I walk through the doors. The office is clean and upstairs at the Davita Dialysis Center, on the second floor. Wait time is a little long at times due to how busy they stay but I am always treated with respect at each visit. I have seen this doctor over the course of two years and he has humor even with serious topics, which adds a humanized element to the situation. I recently had a nerve block and he was gentle and kind and respected the dignity aspect of the area required. I recommend this office based on my experiences. You will find this doctor to be kind and gentle and may even make you smile with his humor. He also explains everything that is going on before he treats it. Well done, Dr Fadheel!
Mary Bopp: I had told the doctor that I was helpless. I have went through countless screenings and tests. My legs had been shocked and stabbed with needles. And I never received a call. I called back multiple times for them to tell me that they had called me ( which they hadn’t cause I had every phone number saved ) and told me the results ( which if they did they told a random person who has a different number my results ) and that they were unwilling to tell me my results a second time. I tried to reschedule to see him and I was told he was busy and to wait two months to just hear my results. That would mean an additional two months before we would even discuss treatment options. I am unable to do many things because my legs go numb and give out..and still have no answers. I don’t have the time to go through all the tests or spend the money to redo everything I have already done with him. I am so disappointed .
sabrina sheerin: Exceedingly rude first appt with the included paperwork took 15 min dr fadheel requested no test for me just waved me through and refilled my medication for six months such a rude and inconsiderate dr and with horrid beside manner
Sarah Cole: Dr Fadheel was kind and thorough. He examined me, reviewed my scans, asked lots of questions and repeated what I said back to me so that I knew he heard me correctly. He was honest with his professional opinion. I am pleased with my visit today.
Gertrude Mason: Saw Dr. Fadheel several years ago. He was very kind, answered all my questions, and reassured me about my problems. This year I was again sent to him. He addressed my issues and explained in great detail. I have never had any of problems described. He has never been rude, but always nice and professional.I had a question about my medication last week. I spoke to the nurse. She said she would ask the doctor and call me back which she did.
J F: I saw the doctor for an emg. Front office ladies are very friendly and the female doctor was very personable and friendly. They were running behind schedule, but were very pleasant to deal with. She is a very very intelligent doctor and still has a nice personality!!If you are coming here and giving this place one star reviews I have to wonder if it is because you are fishing for pain meds and this doctor doesn't play your game because honestly, they are very nice people!!! I was shocked... I went in expecting the worst because of all the low reviews on health grades and Google... Not the case. My experience was a good one!! She is a super smart doctor. If you have a complex issue she will be the one you want to see!!! She will figure it out for sure!!!
Shannon Barchett: These reviews had me scared. I can't believe we went to the same Dr. or office!! Dr. Fadheel was kind and smiling. He spent time to double check in a medication book which he showed me (so went over my head) HOW NICE?? The office staff was nice too!! He is going to be in contact with my other specialist and family dr. to discuss his findings. I am so relieved we didn't have the same experience! I'm looking forward to going back! THANKS for setting me at ease Dr. Fadheel!!!
Josh G: Fadheel is extremely rude and just another doctor who only wants to get you in and out of his office asap. My first visit he was moving his hand in the "move it along" gesture while I was talking. My second visit was after an MRI and all he cared about was the seizures not at all about the the other findings from the MRI, which turned out my brain tumor was slowly returning. So I will see Edward Scissorhands as a proctologist before i ever see him again.

Tanaporn Rasameesoraj, MD: what do users think?
Cydney Mosby: She's the best thing to happen to healthcare in Evansville and I am so grateful she is my mom's doctor. She's extremely thorough and checks everything. She discovered all the things that another neurologist missed (or should I say completely disregarded!)
T. Sinclair: Dr Tana is exceptional!! She is extremely knowledgeable and highly intelligent!! She takes her time and is SO thorough!! She will not hesitate to send you for further testing if she feels it could help!! She has honestly been a bit of a godsend to me - She has helped more with my migraines and neurological issues more so than any doctor I've ever seen... not to mention, her bubbly personality is infectious!! She has great ideas and alternatives to just traditional meds... she even encourages me to involve my kids in some (like breathing exercises, meditation, yoga etc) she will also not hesitate to prescribe medications she feels necessary- so she's a unique blend of Eastern & western medicine in my opinion!! I am thankful I was referred her and attribute my progress with migraines 100% to her help!!
Maddy Grubbs: The worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. She was rude, demeaning, condescending, and very impatient. I have seizures from PTSD and she spent the whole time asking completely irrelevant questions. I’ve never contemplated on walking out during a doctors appointment than with this joke. Finally found a neurologist who cares and wants to help. Save yourself the money and don’t go to Tanaporn
Valarie Lewis: Terrible. She didn't listen, was demeaning, and screamed in my face. Avoid like the plague.
Mad Typer: She was great. She paid attention to problems previous doctors had dismissed. Things id been told were in my head. She ordered the tests and found some of the things several doctors have missed. Im doing a test today she ordered and have a couple more to figure out migraines but I finally have an answer to 2 of my problems that i tried for years to fix with other doctors. Shes very up to date a d faced pace which i love. Older people might find her intimidating because shes different but shes the type of doc we need going into the future. Leaves no stone unturned.
Teresa Collins: Dr. TANA is very, very knowledgeable about what she is doing. She checked everything you could imagine! She was great!
Julie Sandefur: She was not even worthy of 1 star. She had no idea how to treat an elderly person. Very rough and talked to fast. Bedside manner horrible. I would never take my 77 year old mother back there. I have had lots of experiences with other doctors and hospitals which were good but this was the worst experience ever.
