It had$386.00. Very suspicious that 3days later my wallet was found empty. And manager didnt want to show me the video. My guess is she tookthe money. Will never go back.

Next Level Shift: Bad experience. I purchased shoes for in store pick up (Evansville Mall). Went to store one week later to inquire. Was told that the order was cancelled due to being unfulfillable. No attempts were made to inform me of this and no refund. I had to request a refund. My child was disappointed.

Good quality well worth it for the price I feel they should have been more expensive but they weren't, staff was super helpful, might be my go to spot for kicks!

After finding out the store doesn’t carry those we were instructed to check out the clearance rack, and after picking out football cleats as our only option we were told at checkout that they couldn’t sell those shoes yet. They said they hadn’t been released yet. There were a few of them too. Idk if the staff was lying or just poorly managed. We wasted precious time trying on shoes that the store can’t even sell.

I asked her the difference between the two balls and the price .. She said she didn't know.???? She then got her phone and scanned one of them and started reading me the information. Scanned the other one and read to me again. I asked what were the prices. She scanned them again and told me. I said I would probably have to ask her again because that was alot of iinfor she had hurriedly read to me. When I had more questions she was NO where to be found nor was anyone else. Then went to check out. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes. The price was higher than what the girl had told us. When I told the checker she said sorry. I paid it and was just so happy to get out of the store ... never to return!!

Holly Wood: Staff ignored me when I walked in. They ignored me for 7 entire minutes at the register. I just stood there with my shoes in hand at the register that didn't have a sign saying go to a different one. A male employee stood by the door talking to himself. A female stood on a ladder fixing a sign and repeatedly looking at me and smiling. Another female eventually came from the back and told the one on the ladder "you have someone". She came down, told me to go to the register I was already at, and was very sweet. I'm still confused why I didn't matter until someone told her I did, but it is what it is. Clean place. Easy to navigate. Easy to find, too.

Jeff Embry: Bought a pair of shoes, took them home with out trying them on, tried them on at home they were a half size big. I put them right back in the box and went to return them, I was told they were unsalable. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Left with a gift card for less than what I paid for the shoes.

Bush's Baked Beans: This shop is one of my favorites. The staff are very friendly to me and everyone else when they walk in. The merchandise are always neatly placed in the spots. The place is always clean and never dirty. Highly recommend. I love the hats

This is poor management, racial bias and a hostile work environment. The manager,stephanie and the employee Cameron should both be terminated!

Jessica Zehr: I refused to share my email and the store manager said, “Well, I hope you don’t need to return them because you won’t have a receipt.” She then stated they were only emailing receipts “due to Covid”. I am a nurse and deal with Covid everyday. This is no reason to demand my email or refuse to give me a printed receipt. This should be reported to BBB.

When I finally got someone to help me they went back to look for a size 12 but when they came back out all he said was sorry no size 10 in stock and turned around and walked away.
