North Park Nursing Center: what do users think?
Blank Blank: My father just spent several days there rehabbing from a hospital stay. The entire staff was very professional, welcoming, and treated my father with upmost respect. Their therapy staff is outstanding. They tailored his therapy to his specific needs so he could go back home. If you or a loved one ever need a long term or rehabilitation facility, I highly recommend North Park.
Registered Nurse: Building is Beautiful. Staff & Leadership do a fabulous job. Would recommend this building for anyone thinking about needing rehab to get you back home & on your feet or if you think you need an extended to long term stay North Park would be a super choice!
Chris & Joy Hobgood: Love North Park! My mother-in-law was here after falling and fracturing her hip. Staff was very kind and caring. They went above and beyond while she was there to make sure that she was comfortable. Everyone was very supportive with family and help my father-in-law with all his questions. We would diffently use North Park again
L Harris: Once I'm out of here I will never be back the staff have treated me unkindly some staff are kind and a couple I like, half the time ur questioning what am I eating some food is nasty while others are good I was forced to have a roommate and they didn't change her adult diapers but once a day and a lot of times ur sitting with a call light on for a hour do not have ur family here when my mom was saying she was sick she has COPD they didn't care they brushed it off the place is full of spiders dust is covered in the rooms it's horrible
Just Visiting: Such a wonderful staff. We were so thankful for their kindness while going through a very rough time. Thank you NPNC!
j sharp: My mother and Father was there and when I seen the worker hit my father and when my mother told the nurse to stop hitting on my father and then my loving mother I was crying so hard I can't not drive my self home they stop me from seeing my mother and Father what is that hiding now the food was ❄️ cold and they told them old people to eat and no talking at all they did not know we was there.... If you have love ones there please fine them a better place then this place
Dallin Butts: I enjoy my job at North Park Nursing Center for rehab , geriatric long term nursing ,memory care . I have developed many skills from this job such as multitasking skills. I gained self confidence because they have the best continuous education /Prevention plan for providing safe, compassionate and empathetic residential care. The most enjoyable part of my job was to be there for my residents , providing daily ADLs .Also to laugh with them and to cuddle them when they need me most. The hardest part was to keep standing and running for Resident care when I was extremely tired from heavy staff to resident work load. Co-workers were friendly and helpful, from the doctors to the payroll ,administrator ,nurses, physical and occupational therapists, nursing assistants, recreation leaders ,housekeeping ,culinary department ,activities. The most enjoyable part of the job was having varied duties everyday . With so many different responsibilities that varied from day to day, I learned how to prioritize so that problems were solved and charting was completed in a timely manner.
Kathleen Foster: I was so pleased with my experience at North Park. The nursing staff provided truly personalized care. My requests for help were answered quickly and the nurses never made me feel like I was bothering them. They were warm and caring. They listened to me giving me good advice in return. They all had a great sense of humor. They always made sure I was clean and my room neat. They were very welcoming to my visitors. The physical therapists did their job getting me ready to go home. They were patient with me and gave me a list of exercises to do once I left. They taught me the skills I would need when on my own.The food was good tasting and healthy. If hungry between meals there were always snacks provided.I would recommend North Park to anyone.
Patrick. Fitts: North Park is wonderful. Staff are nice and timely. The building is clean. Very good care.
Aaron Henshaw: I volunteer at north park nursing center with my dogs. The residents and the staff are great. The building is nice. They are all so welcoming and they love my dog very much.
Jasmine Brenda: Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard, wonderful activity staff!
Herschel Seifert: I was here a few years ago for 90 days. Excellent staff, nice rooms, and food was good. I plan on moving there in four to five years. There was no order compared other nursing homes.
Jane Scales: Staff really care for residents and do their very best everyday to care for them
Kimberly Hinton: I have visited the facility, and seen the dutiful care given individual residents. Excellent!
Terry Geer: I’m here at North Park because of burns on my feet and right leg, the people here are taking very good care of me with my burns, they’ve been helpful, personable and a joy to be with. I’ve been here 4 weeks and if I had to do it all over again I would come right back. Everyone here is wonderful. The food has been excellent! It’s a very good place to be and I’m lucky to have found the place, you should come visit!
Jessica C: North Park is a good facility. The management team and staff at the facility is caring. They take really good care of the resident's and each other. The food here is good and they have a great dietary team. You also get options besides whats on the menu.
Amber schnarr: These people only care about receiving money. The administration has no concern for the mental or emotional needs of the residents. They want employees who will turn a blind eye to neglect, and advocating for patients’ rights will get competent, caring employees fired under false pretenses. I would not recommend this facility. Your family will be treated completely differently when you are there vs. when you are not. The management team will lie directly to your face, and dismiss and ridicule you for your concern as you are walking out the door.4 of the 5 Star ratings for North Park listed on this site are by rated by members of the management staff. Food for thought. I pray daily for the residents that I was forced to leave behind. 😔
Cassandra jennings: It's a great place to work
Lindsay Slone: North Park is a great place to go for rehab needs. Staff is friendly and provides amazing care.
Linn Mackey: Staff is friendly and care.
Lori A: The facility has been remodeled, so the overall look isn't bad, but the pt rooms don't look updated & are dark. I question if many practice acts are being violated & ethics of any actual standard don't exist.

University Nursing and Rehabilitation - Evansville Indiana Nursing Home: what do users think?
Leica Carol: Dinner 5/19/2020. Two pieces of bread, cold cheese, and slaw. Inch square piece of cake. Unacceptable by far!!!!!!
James C.: They have a few really great aides and nurses that's it the rest are strung out on drugs and popping pills and whatever else they can get their hands on while on duty. The management is a joke they could care less about the residents and their needs or wants all they care about is money and making sure things are swept under the rug. Restorative aides don't do their jobs and the residents slowly decline because of it and residents are scared to say anything to anyone because as they put it we have to live here and I don't want to be miserable so I just keep my mouth shut unless you have family that makes sure people are doing what they are supposed to be doing and are working instead of playing on their phones or outside smoking then I wouldn't suggest sending a loved one to this facility
S L: This was a wonderful home for our Mom when she moved in about 2 years ago. But, the facility was sold to another company. In the last few months there have been significant changes, none of which have been for the better! The two most important factors to our Mom's satisfaction are good, consistent aids. People she recognizes and feels she can depend upon. And the quality of the food. The turn-over in personnel has been tumultuous! I rarely see any of the aids stay for more than a month or two. These are the most important people for our Mom. They are the face of University Nursing and Rehab to all of the folks in the home. Yet, there is no consistency, which leaves Mom feeling far less secure than before these changes occurred. The other factor that is important to Mom's day to day living is the food. The quality has dropped significantly! The cooks are the same, so, clearly, the change in quality is due to reducing the quality of the food purchased for the facility. These two factors have had a very noticeable effect on Mom's happiness with life!On top of the degradation of Mom's day to day quality of life, the company has notified us that there will be a 23% price increase! I wanted to appeal the price increase with the corporation. But, I have not been able to make any contacts at the corporate level. I found an 800-number, but it was not the correct number to discuss an appeal. I was promised that I would be called back with an appropriate contact phone number. Two days passed, with multiple messages left by me. Finally I called the local number and was told that I could not speak with anyone in corporate. That the price increase could not be appealed! So, . . . . . significantly lower quality of care, significantly higher price, and a company that does not want to speak with the client or her representative! WOW! Kinda says it all! - All they (whoever "they" are) do not care for the people in their facility, the clients or the employees! All they care about is the $!
Vale Farrar: These people treat my family like family.
University Nursing and Rehabilitation - Evansville Indiana Nursing Home: Love this community! I visit a family friend and his care has also been exceptional.

The Good Samaritan Home: what do users think?
Jamable: I can't stress this enough, do not take your family to good sam's. It's like the "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing". I have to get my grandma on Medicaid/Medicare because has I told them I don't have 7,000 dollars to pay every month, we have done everything they have asked us to do (these things take time). Also I'm dealing with my mom who has stage 4 cancer. I had to get a paper to fill out to get my grandmas birth certificate, when I told them we had the paper that we jus have to mail it on Monday, I was basically told to get a lawyer believing Good sam's is going to try and sue. They hide behind "christian value" but act like anything but christians. Nobody talks to the families it was 3-4 months before we got our first bill which came out to 20,000 dollars (mind you I've already told them we don't have money like that). Now the bill is 42,000 because they won't help with Medicaid/Medicare. We had a employee that did help us but as I found out yesterday she no longer works there, and to top the cake they can't find her files she was helping us with (mind you this is the 3rd time this has happened). Basically piss poor management, poor employees, and antivaxxers every where.
U: Soon as I mentioned my loved one was on Medicaid their tune changed. Judging people on their payer. News flash Good Samaritan not many people can afford the $9,000 plus a month charge. Healthcare in America makes me sick! It’s ALL about the money, not about people at all! Absolutely disgusting!
Wilda Bisesi Hahn: Good Sam's used to be a good care facility!
Lisa Wallis: This Long term home is just amazing! Great staff ! New leadership team . Organize and very well Maintained and clean.
Mara Schmitt: The employees at Good Sam go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of the residents and their families. New management is making changes to really make this place thrive. The residents at Good Sam are the number one priority of everyone. Staff from all departments ensure proper care of everyone living at the home. I would recommend Good Sam to anyone!
Kim Jennings: Please do not send your loved ones here!! This is a non caring , short staffed, abuseful place! My father suffered several abusive events, left with diaper discentagrating from no change, urine pouring from his wheelchair...groin black and blue from abuse, forced to eat meal fast, crying all the time when asked about treatment from workers. Even with a report to state abuse continued. He finally went to rest peacefully with tbe lord. Please think several times before using this facility. I dont want other family to go thru this horrible experience. Do your homework!!
Bella Porter: Worked here and was SO understaffed. There were countless residents laying in their urine soaked beds because there isn’t enough cna’s. Please don’t send your loved ones to live here. I will be reporting them to the board of health. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Robert McLendon: I would reconsider having a loved one stay here. They have anti-vaxxers on staff. The elderly in nursing homes are the most vulnerable to Covid and to have someone on staff who is actively spreading disinformation and faking reactions for Facebook fame is just plain wrong!
Adam Parker: Shady people!
Robin Renschler: awful place!
Ted Juenger: Consistently short staffed with disengaged individuals that appear to only be there to make money. Poor to no leadership in this building= chaos and constant turnover.
Kristin Bergman: Took excellent care of my grandmother
George Girod: They are extremely compassionate and kind to my mother. This has been a very good experience for her. I am grateful for having Good Samaritan Home.
Brian Klamer: Pros: The CNA staff, staff nurses, kitchen staff, and all the other "Indians" are super. They are genuinely caring employees with humanely moral ethics. Cons: Too many Chief's and not enough Indians for patient volume of the nursing home. Upper management, ( Indian Chief and Counsel), display negative impression among both staff and families of Medicaid and Private Pay Parties. Current high turnover rate with department managers is unacceptable. Words of wisdom from POA for nursing home patient: Be prepared for plenty of smoke and mirrors during the long term care goals promised by the home.
John Davenport: Smells great (not like a nursing home), it's clean and the staff are super friendly. My great uncle likes it there.

Parkview Care Center: what do users think?
Saundra Hadley: Thank you to the staff at Parkview Care Center for the excellent care of my mother. I dreaded putting her into a nursing home, but she was unable to live on her own and falling. Everyone took great care for her and would always address any concerns or questions along the way. And when my mother fell ill and had to be in hospice, they were so helpful during a very difficult time, to the end. Their physical therapy team, nurses, admin staff and social services are excellent. Thank you, to all of you.
Michelle Dorrough: I worked my first shift here as an agency nurse this week and I had a great experience! Shannon was so sweet and helpful as I had never been here before, even when i kept pestering her with questions. 😆 The rest of the staff was great as well. They were easy to work with, gave me great tips on likes and dislikes of certain patients and really showed how much they cared about their patients/residents. The residents needs and comfort really did come first and call lights were answered as quickly as possible. Several of the residents even showed care and concern for their peers. As far as nursing work goes, I stayed fairly busy passing meds, but it was totally do-able. There was not a crazy amount of charting and calling doctors, offices, labs, pharmacy, ect like I have had in other places. I am looking forward to getting to work for them again!
Carol Maday: My mom loves the activity they do everyday for the residents . They play bingo , they paint , Chips n dip day, they help bake cookies,Corn hole contest , karaoke, they celebrate birthdays , coloring sheets , fruit day and much more . I visit my mom 4 or 5 days a week and every employee in thst.building says hi to me . They do your laundry, you get 3 meAls a day , they keep your room clean . , give you a bath: shower and there is a beautician that is there every Wednesday to either cut , set or perm your hair
Terri Betz: Mom has only been here 1 week, but I can already see how caring the staff is. Everyone is so welcoming and sincere. It feels good to know my mother is is such good care.
Bob Cunningham: My sister was in Parkview for about three weeks. She received excellent care. She commented on how friendly and caring all of the staff were to her. I especially am grateful for Amanda in admitting, and Amber the social worker. I would highly recommend Parkview to anyone. Kudos to the staff and leadership for a job exceptionally well done.
Jennifer Blanchard: I got the opportunity to take my mobile petting zoo to Parkview today. The staff was exceptional!! You could see their love for the residents. They had several other activities planned for them as well. I'd definitely recommend.
Ashley Draper: Admissions and marketing management was very informative and helpful.
Judith Mangum: I have been at Parkview for 4 years. They show nothing but kindness. I have no family but they are my family! God Bless
Kathy Eaton: I can't say enough about how amazing the staff at Parkview have been. My husband was only there for a short time but during that time the staff was caring, considerate and helpful. My husband can be a handful and he was happy with his care.
Linda Howard: Every one treated me very good , my Nurses treated very good as my aides also did , but several quit because of COVID 19 & I really can't blame them !
Noah Nellis: Absolutely despicable place to have your love ones at. They refused to pay attention of times when my mother needed her medicine. They barely came and checked on her throughout the day. When they closed down because of COVID they told a lady outside who was crying because she wanted to see her sister before she died. One of the staff said, “Cry to corporate.” Towards the end of my mother’s stay they only gave us 3 days notice that she had to be out of there due to her insurance not paying. They claimed that we would automatically owe $9,000 if she was to stay just one day over. Everything about this place is horrible except a few staff members. I wouldn’t take my dog here!
Joker's Harley Always: I was there for rehab and they had the most caring staff. Nursing and therapy departments went above and beyond to help get me where I could go home in a timely manner
Wilchela Dircks: We decided to admit my Father in Law to Parkview after his second stroke. The rehab staff and nurses paid such exceptional care. Jo-Anna was so thorough and attentive during his therapy sessions and he still to this day uses the same techniques that he acquired from her. She was pregnant at the time, but that did not hinder her desire to have my dad in the best shape possible. She was set on a goal to get my dad to be able to stand and walk on his own. It was her strength and determination that gave my dad the courage to push through every day they had a session. There was a nurse in the evening which I can’t recall her name I believe it was Maggie, she treated dad like family. And that was what he needed in the time he was there, he needed to be loved and treated like a part of a family and during a pandemic where visitation was scarce they made us feel welcome. They showed us where his room was and we camped outside his window to have picnics. When the facility was back open to visitors the took such great measure to ensure that the residents were safe.He is now home thanks to the love and commitment of the staff there. We highly recommend the facility to those who are looking for care for their loved ones .
Mark Jones: I arrived here 14 days after being admitted to the hospital for double pneumonia caused by COVID-19. From the first person I met to the last the staff is caring. Yes 2 or 3 members of staff are as my mom might say "rough around the edges" but that is ok. I am rough around the edges too.I was sent here for rehab with the intention of returning to my apartment. I started therapy the next morning. I was here less than 16 hours and therapy was in my room. I cannot say enough about the team run by Miss Julie. I hope I don't forget anyone but I apologize if I do. Joanne Jordan Amanda Alex and my breathing angel Stephanie took so much pride and sincere concern for me into their work it is the difference between me getting better and not.Bottom lineStaff terrificFacility CleanFood pretty darn goodNursing great.I could not have been more impressed than I was. Thank God for Parkview.
Amanda K: If you care about your loved one, I beg, please do not take them to this facility. DON is awful; she desn't know what's going on as she has never worked the floor. Residents rooms are the filthiest rooms you have ever seen. There are only a couple of a good CNAs and nurses there. The rest of CNAs are allowed to do whatever they want with no consequences, including not doing a bedcheck the whole shift.
Jo-Anna Hill: I have known this facility for more than 11 years and I love the workers especially the Rehab Team! Everybody loves the residents in a real loving family kind of way; eventhough it is sometimes hard to please the families especially during this pandemic, things are not normal and still has not been, but we are all pulling through, coming to work no matter what just to make sure our residents are taken care of.Grateful for everyone!
Taylor Austin: I have never been so upset with the care I have seen given to my grandmother in the past few years while she has been at parkview care center in Evansville, IN. Thankfully she was just moved to West River nursing home after a year or so of her daughter making calls daily to get her moved. She will probably not live much longer at this point and I feel this is due to the care she received at parkview. She was not bathed, fed or taken care of properly. Now she will not even open her eyes or mouth to eat or drink. I will never recommend this place and will let everyone I know about the horrible care my grandmother received.
Jordan Laughlin: Great place to work! I love the rehab team and seeing our residents make progress. The staff is working hard to keep spirits high during these tough times for the residents, and each other
Jonathan Houston: l miss you Parkview care cnt
The Carhartt Cowboy: They SCREWED my wife. Lied to her, and took advantage of her.
Andrea Fahrlender: I have had both of my grandmas in their care. They treated them like family and cared for them as I hope to be cared for. They make being in a nursing home bearable. I trust them with my favorite family members.

Columbia Healthcare Center: what do users think?
Cynthia Harvey: Beware of employees writing 5 star reviews. It's so obvious that these are fake reviews, each one has only written 1 review. Come on do better. I visited here while looking for a place for my dad. Its dirty and smells like urine. Residents sit in hallways looking sedated. Do not recommend.
A Beran: Excellent care and staff. They truly care about their residents. The therapy department is fabulous and getting their residents back on their feet again is their top priority. I would recommend my loved ones who are in need of either short term rehabilitation or long term care to Columbia.
Audrey Chapman: I was there for a month, because of Covid. I enjoyed my time there, The nurses treated me good. You have to be nice for people to be nice back to you. I always got my medicine on time and same for food , No guessing. Thanks
Gatten: From the time that I first started visiting this facility until now, the difference is remarkable! The interior has fresh paint, new floors, new lighting and new furniture and decor. The staff are simply fabulous. They are so friendly and caring. Watching them interact with the residents is the highlight of my visits! I would not hesitate to choose Columbia for myself or my family!
Sondra Wright: I wish to thank Colombia Health Care.for the wonderful care my sister received at her stay there. The management was so great in helping with all the paper work and getting her settled in. They made sure she had everything she needed for her comfort. The staff was fantastic!! They not only took care of her physical needs, they took care of her emotionally . She loved everyone of them and was so thankful the way they cared for her. I can’t thank Colombia enough for making her final days so blessed!!
Jill Deaton: We have alot of caring people that work here. I also enjoy my residents.
monie22 Brown: This would be my second time working here, but I love every minute of working because of my work family and OUR RESIDENTS!!!!!
Elisha Smith: Not only have I had the privilege of working for Columbia Healthcare since December, but I also referred my Aunt to our facility as well. My family is extremely thankful for the care being given to her following her stroke. This building has had so many positive changes from asthetics to our staff/management team. It is clear that residents come first and excellent outcomes and care are the expectation. The therapy team is top notch, whether it is a short or long term stay, I trust in Columbia as my working family and to care for my loved ones.
Melinda Morse: I’ve only ever worked at two nursing homes since 2012 when I graduated high school. I started in June of 2020 and this place makes you feel very welcome. The residents are amazing and the staff are willing to help out when needed. Strong team and a great boss to lead us! I’m hoping to be here a long time!
Amber Hammel: Columbia has came so far just in the last 12 months since I started in the building! The staff is amazing and provides great care! There is an entire new management team that are striving to make the building a wonderful experience! The therapy team is amazing and are second to none! I highly recommend our building and would place my family here for care!!!
Angela Hagedorn: In the two years I have worked here, Columbia has had nothing but positive changes. Many areas of the building have been updated with fresh paint, new decor and new furniture. The Therapy Department is second to none! They do outstanding work with many, many success stories. The staff is caring, compassionate and dedicated. I would not hesitate to have them care for my family because they treat our residents like family. I am happy and proud to be a part of Columbia!
Debbie White: I have to agree with previous posting that the nursing home smells. It seems there is neglect to the patients as it does not matter what time of day you visit the same patients are asleep in wheel chairs in a circle in the main corridor. The staff will not go out of there way to answer questions as when you ask them they look at you like why are you asking me. Most of the staff is rude. There is only a couple staff members that are approachable.
Nancy Miller: No care, the facility is smelly, they do not answer calls from the room. For periods of time all associates are out on smoke break. We have a situation where we have had no respect from management.
Terry Terry Momon: Know someone that works there
Neshia Gray: Turn over rate is high
S Fin: Mr. Christopher Hayes, a CHN Maintenance employee in Evansville, IN made an internet posting from his Facebook account today 11/4/2013, where he called the shooter from the Los Angles Airport shooting of this past weekend, a "True hero in his book." Furthermore, Mr. Hayes remarked that the murderer (who shot and killed innocent people), "stood up for what he believed and did more than just run his mouth."These comments are reprehensible and reflect poorly on the quality of employees hired by this organization. This man is clearly unstable and unsuitable to work around the public as he overtly expressed a propensity to support violence and mass shootings.

jami beumer: Very friendly staff and a very good place to work
Sarah Lisembee: They offer no care and only empty promises. My grandmother was here for about 4 days and never received several meals, was rarely given her medications or adequate care for her personal health situation. She was left alone for unacceptable amounts of time for someone with high fall risk. They never brought her a dietary menu and only brought her (a diabetic) sugary and salty meals with no nutritional value. We had to bring her meals several times and she wasn't answered several times when pressing the nurses call button. She did not feel cared for and it was an extremely difficult situation. We pulled her from there and will spread our experience with others so they never go to that terrible place.
Debra Attebury: We removed my sister from CYPRESS GROVE n Newburgh because she was not improving she was ther over a month and received 1shower!!!…. She’s now here at river bend an I can tell a big difference.. they work with her every day an she gets a shower twice a week!!! Staff is great with her!!
byad f: My grandma got the best care here! I feel that all the staff genuinely cares about residents and their family members. A lovely place that I recommend to all looking to find care for their loved ones.
Amanda: Emily is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. She is professional, caring, and hardworking! Emily is awesome liaison!!
Dolly George: My Mom was in there several times. She loved it. She was treated awesome. The staff is very kind & caring. They treat you like family. She has been in several different nursing homes and she never got the treatment that she received at Riverbend. They do some very good activities to keep the residents active. I would rate it a 10
Leigh Ann Sears: I have a family here and they have the best care, best therapy and activates for their residents.
justine sheehan: The team at River Bend has always been very professional and helpful when working with them. They always go out of their way to make sure things easy and great.
Dominic Bass: Great place to work. I love the residents and I love my River Bend family. 💙💙
Terri Asher: I visited my Aunt today at this facility. She is nonverbal but wrote down a lot of good things about her care. I noticed how clean and well decorated it was and the staff was amazingly kind. I am so thankful she is in your care, keep up the good work and thank you so much.
J.D. Strouth: The administration acts in the best interest of residents. The nursing staff provides top quality nursing care. The activities staff is relentless in providing residents a wide variety of activities to fit the different likes of residents. The housekeeping staff is diligent in keeping germs out of the facilities.

Daylen Cook: Putting your loved one in a care facility can be a daunting task and a stressful experience, but the administration of Brentwood, and it's staff will make it a smooth transition. The level of individualized care here and staff willing to go the extra mile for residents is what differentiates this place from others. Kind and thorough nursing staff as well. Very clean place, and all around caring staff. Other places may fool you with brand new chandeliers and fancy new tiles, etc, but Brentwood will take care of things where it really counts! I worked here for 4 years now and speak from my exp.
Dallin Koch: Ideal environment for your loved ones, with compassionate, professional staff and committed administration who work together respectfully towards providing exemplary care. Thank you Brentwood for being my helping hands and making my life easier
Brandon Outlaw: My 82 year-old grandmother was very reluctant to leave her home but within a month, she was comfortable and within two months, I don't think you could possibly get her to leave. The staff at Brentwood is excellent in every way and have done everything from helping her settle in making her feel welcome in every way. Make no mistake, this is a top notch facility -- the building, the staff, and my goodness, the food is over the top. Just like a fine restaurant, they have menu choices, tablecloths, napkins, and soft music everyday for lunch. It’s been wonderful to see my Grandmother have a list of Daily events as well She loves The life enrichment programs that facility offers . Thank you Brentwood .
Susan Hon: Horrible don't us that place they won't give me my meds or food. It's dirty. I saw bugs
