Emma Kolb: do not go here. First of all they are very expensive second of all I went in for an oil change and I told them I wanted the $55 oil change. He’s then tried to convince me to get the $84 oil change but I said no I’ll take the $55 one. He then charged me for the $83 one instead. Then I need my headlights replaced because they were getting a little dim and one was out. I provided the bulbs because I bought them the night before because I knew they need changed. I understand charging for the labor of putting them in but one of the lights he put int didn’t work and before he told me he wouldn’t charge me. but he didn’t test it until after I paid and then said he wouldn’t refund me He also did the very stereotypical thing male mechanics due to women and thatis just tell them everything needs replaced and tell them to buy it. David Franklin: I went to Valvoline simply to have my oil changed before a trip. Since my car hadn't been serviced for a while, I decided to have additional maintenance. Valvoline provided efficient, friendly, helpful service. The young man who serviced my vehicle was kind, humorous and informative. He patiently explained each step in the process, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and competence. Consequently, I have decided to utilize this business for other car maintenance in the future. I highly recommend this Valvoline center for oil changes and other maintenance needs. Excellent experience - it was quick, everything was done well, and I didn't even have to get out of the car!

Donald Dodds: Had my girlfriend take here car here yesterday (2-21-22) to get the oil changed and a once over before she left for a 10 hour trip this morning (2-22-22). I went out to start her car at 2:15 am and checked the tire pressure, the driver rear tire had 5 psi in it and the rest of them had 36-39. They "said" they set the tire pressure to 35 on all of them. Very irritating considering she doesn't know what to look for and this place was paid to do this service. I had to get out and limp the car to the closest store that had an air compressor so that I could fill it up. Now she has to hurry to her destination because we waisted her "buffer" time messing with stuff that should have been taken care of before hand. Wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here if you expect them to do their job.

When we got there it happened to be around lunch hour with about four customers in the waiting area. By the time we left there were 10 customers in the waiting area. Employees were kind and knowledgeable only complaint I have is it took so long approximately 45 minutes but I'm guessing that was due to it being over lunch hour and some employees were probably at lunch

I went in Saturday to get the service after i had to reset my oil monitor my self in the car. The next day I wash my jeep regularly and noticed not 1 but all 4 of my rims have a gouge taken out of them. Since I just had them rotated im sure thats when it happend. Shadi Wadi-Ramahi: Buying a used truck (2007 RAM) and having it serviced at dealer few times I wanted to use them for oil changes to keep records in one place. I have used Valvoline Oil change station before (I like the convenient of able to pull in without appointment but Valvoline is really proud of their high prices and ok service). I came prepared to wait at dealer for oil change not knowing about their hidden GEM Express Lane! Service dep told me about Express Lube and I drove there. This is truly a hidden gem, great service from when you pull in until you get your vehicle. They were one time, did comprehensive check and the value you pay beats any other oil change places you would go to. I thought they only deal with Dodge vehicles but was told we can bring any car! YOU GOT MY BUSINESS, from now on, we will not go anywhere but EXPRESS LUBE. Thank you for great service and prices

Mariah Simpson: I've been here twice in the last week. My first experience was really good. Wayne was super helpful. My second experiences wasn't as great. I made an appointment and when I got there they said I didn't have one. I tried to prove to them that I did, and they refused to look at my phone to see where I had been communicating with someone named Damien. Apparently he does this often where he takes appointments, but doesn't tell anyone, because the lady at the desk wasn't surprised by it. They didn't have the tire size I needed so I ended up going to Discount Tires instead and they told me something completley different than what I was told at Midas, and was able to fix my car for literally 25 dollars. I dont know if I'd ever go back if I'm being honest.
